超支化聚酯功能化纳米粒子改性的浸渍漆性能大幅度提升以超支化聚二羟甲基丙酸酯表面功能化的纳米粉体HMPA-Al2O3为填料,以绝缘浸渍漆为基体制备导热浸渍漆并对其性能进行研究。得出以下结论:(1)超支化接枝改性Al2O3纳米粉体,能有效地提高粉体在浸渍漆中的分散性能和界面相容性,当粉体的填充量为20%时,超支化接枝改性的Al2O3粉体依然能均匀地分散在浸渍漆中,几乎看不到团聚现象,而不经过改性的粉体,在浸渍漆中团聚很严重。(2)填充超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉体的浸渍漆冲击强度、导热性明显改善。当填充量为20%时,超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉体填充的浸渍漆的冲击性能达到最大值,是未填充浸渍漆的4.96倍。当填充量达到25%时,填充超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉体的浸渍漆导热率达到最大值,为未填充浸渍漆的1.82倍。(3)填充超支化接枝改性Al2O3粉体的复合材料的体积电阻率有所升高,但升高幅度不大,保持在一个数量级之内,浸渍漆依然能保持良好的电绝缘性。威海晨源化工新材料有限公司整理自《超支化聚酯功能化纳米粒子改性浸渍漆的研究》付继芳a,b,肖映林a,陈怡a,b,施利毅a,b,陈立亚a,钟庆东a,b(上海大学a.纳米科学与技术研究中心;b.材料学院,上海200072)绝缘材料,2011,44(2),4-8Hyperbranchedpolyestermodifiednanoparticlescangreatlyenhanceimpregnatingvarnishperformance.UsingAl2O3nano-particlesmodiffiedbyaliphatichyperbranchedpolydihydroxytoluenepropi-onate(HMPA)asfiller,usinginsulatingimpregnatingvarnishasmatrixtopreparethermalconductivityimpregnatingvarnishtostudyitsperformance.Getthefollowingconclusions:(a)hyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticlescaneffectivelyimprovethedispersionperformanceandinterfacecompatibilityoftheparticlesinthevarnish,whentheparticlesfillingamountis20%,hyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticlescanstillevenlydispersedinthevarnish,almostinvisibleagglomeration,whiletheparticleswithoutmodificationhaveseriousagglomeration.(2)varnishfilledwithhyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticles,itsimpactstrength,thermalconductivityissignificantlyimproved.Whenthefillingamountis20%,varnishfilledwithhyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticlesreachesmaximumimpactpropertieswhichare4.96timesthannonfilled.Whenthefillercontentis25%andfilledwithhyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticles,impregnatingvarnishthermalconductivityreachesthemaximumwhichis1.82timesthannonfilled.(3)compositevolumeresistivityisincreasediffillingwithhyperfunctionalAl2O3nanoparticles,butincreasedslightly,keepwithinanorderofmagnitude,thevarnishisstillabletomaintaingoodelectricalinsulation.WeihaiCYDendrimerTechnologyCo.LtdforwardsfromStudyofImpregnatingVarnishModifiedwithHyperbranchedAl2O3NanoparticlesFuJiFanga,b,XiaoYinglina,ChenYia,b,ShiLiyia,b,ChenLiyaa,ZhongQingdonga,b(a.Nano-ScienceandTechnologyResearchCenterofShanghaiUniversity;b.SchoolofMaterialsScienceandEngineering,ShanghaiUniversity,Shanghai200072)InsulationMaterials,2011,44(2),4-8
