人工时效处理对2D70铝合金组织和性能的影响摘要:2D70铝合金属于Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni系铝合金,是可热处理强化的耐热铝合金,具有塑性高、耐热性好以及良好的铸造性能等特点。在冷和热状态下均具有高的塑性,其半成品齐全,主要有预拉伸厚板、板材、型材、管材、自由锻件和模锻件等,该合金能制造各种形状、尺寸不同的飞机零件。2D70铝合金的强化机制是固溶及沉淀强化,合金元素Cu和Mg有强化作用。2D70铝合金在150℃可长时间工作,在175℃以下时,合金的性能和组织变化都不明显。其热加工工艺复杂,在不同的工艺条件下,2D70铝合金可获得不同的组织和性能。本综合试验将2D70铝合金在510℃下进行固溶处理后,在经过不同温度(100~200℃)和不同保温时间(10~25t)的人工时效处理后,通过对2D70铝合金不同硬度和金相组织的分析,研究时效对2D70铝合金组织和性能的影响。关键词:2D70时效组织性能ArtificialagingtreatmentonMicrostructureandpropertiesof2D70aluminumalloyeffectAbstract:Aluminumalloy2D70belongstoAl-Cu-Mg-Fe-Niseriesaluminumalloy,isstrengthenedbyheattreatmentheatresistantaluminumalloy,withhighplasticity,goodheatresistanceandgoodcastingproperties.Inthecoldandhotstatehavehighplasticity,thesemi-finishedproductrange,mainlytheprestretchingplates,plates,profiles,pipe,forgingsandforgingpieces,thealloycanmanufacturevariousshapes,sizesandaircraftparts.Thestrengtheningmechanismof2D70aluminumalloysolidsolutionandprecipitationstrengthening,thealloyingelementCuandMghaveaggrandizementeffect.2D70aluminumalloyatatemperatureof150DEGCcanworkforalongtime,in175DEGC,alloyperformanceandorganizationalchangeisnotobvious.Theheattreatmenttechnologyissophisticated,underdifferentconditions,2D70aluminumalloycanbeobtainedwithdifferentmicrostructuresandproperties.Thecomprehensivetestof2D70aluminumalloyin510DEGC.aftersolidsolutiontreatment,afterdifferenttemperature(100~200)anddifferentholdingtime(10~25t)artificialagingtreatment,throughtothe2D70aluminumalloywithdifferenthardnessandmetallographicstructureanalysis,tostudytheeffectofagingonmicrostructureandpropertiesof2D70aluminumalloy.Keywords:2D70prescriptionmicrostructure
