EDS-T-3249签发日期：1998.4.11修改日期：2006.6.19版本：41.PURPOSE：目的Thisstandardaimsatdeterminingperformance,durabilityandrigidityofthemanualandpowerwindowregulatorandspecifiestestmethodsandtestspecifications.本标准旨在确定性能、耐久性和刚度的手动和电动车窗调节器和指定的测试方法和测试规范。2.SCOPE：范围ThisstandardappliestothedoorwindowregulatorforpassengercarsandMPV.Particularsnotspecifiedhereshallfollowdrawingspecifications.本标准适用于门窗调节器为乘用车和商务车销量。这里没有指定事项应当遵循图纸规格3.SAMPLEPREPARATION：样品制备3.1.Intheeventofanyintentionaldeviationfromtherequirementsofthisstandard,includingdimensionmeasuringdata,engineeringchangeandchangeincontents,thesuppliershallinformGMDATofthem.在事件的任何故意偏离此标准的要求,包括尺寸测量数据,工程更改和改变内容,供应商应通知他们的GMDAT。3.2.Samplesshallbegreasedtodrawingspecifications.样品应绘制规范上3.3.Samplefasteningtorqueshallconformtodrawingspecifications.样品紧固扭矩应符合图纸规格4.TESTEQUIPMENT：测试设备4.1.Testshallbeconductedwiththewindowregulatorinstalledinthevehiclecondition,slidingresistanceforce(includingglass)againsttheupwardmovementoftheglassmountingpartapplieddownwardandslidingresistanceforceagainstthedownwardmovementoftheglassmountingpartappliedupward.测试应当与窗口调节器安装在车辆情况,滑动阻力(包括玻璃)反对向上运动的玻璃安装部分向下滑动阻力应用对向下运动的玻璃安装部分应用向上4.2.Slidingresistanceforceshallconformtodrawingspecifications.抗滑力应符合图纸规格4.3.Glassstrokeshallconformtodrawingspecifications.玻璃行程应符合图纸规格4.4.Unlessspecifiedotherwise,testshallbeconductedat20±5℃.除非另有说明,试验应在20±5℃进行5.TESTMETHOD/SPECIFICATION：测试方法/规程Unlessspecifiedotherwise,testshallbeconductedinthevehicleorequivalentcondition.除非另有说明,测试应当在车辆或同等条件5.1.Performancetest特性测试5.1.1.Manualwindowregulator手动风窗玻璃升降器Forsmoothoperation,thecrankhandleshallbeoperated5timesbeforetest.对于运行平稳,测试之前手摇曲柄应操作5次(1)Operatingeffort:Operatingeffortshallnotexceed2.1Nmonaverageand2.5Nmmaximumatupanddown.操作工作:操作工作不得超过平均2.1Nm,2.5Nm最大在向上和向下。(2)Spindleidleplay:Max40°主轴空转角度最大40°5.1.2.Powerwindowregulator电动风窗玻璃升降器Motorconnectionterminalinputvoltageduringperformancetestshallbe12±0.2V.(electricwiringresisteris0.2Ω).Whensafetyoptionapplied,measureatrealvehicleorrealvehiclecondition.电压12±0.2V（线阻0.2Ω）当安全的选择应用,测量在实际车辆或真正的车辆情况(1)Operatingspeed:Theupanddownspeedshallbe170±50mm/secrespectively.操作速度:向上和向下的速度应该是170±50毫米/秒的。(2)Operatingcurrent:Usualoperatingcurrentshallnotexceed10A,andconstraintcurrentshallnotexceed25A.操作电流:操作电流不得超过10A,堵转电流不得超过25A(3)Overrideforce:Overrideforceshallbe220±50N.关闭力：220±50N(4)Whensafetyoptionapplied,safetypinchforceanddistanceofreversetheperformanceshellbemeetareferenceregulationrequirement.安全操作，安全夹持力和距离的扭转性能的壳是满足一个参考监管要5.2.Durabilitytest：耐久试验Motorconnectionterminalinputvoltageduringdurabilitytestshallbe13±0.2V.(electricwiringresisteris0.2Ω)Onetimesisdefinedasfullyupanddownofglass,total2cyclelife(20,000times)shallbeconducted.Onecyclelifeconsistsofthefollowingtemperatureandrelativehumidityconditions:20℃,50%6,000times→80℃,90%2,000times→-30℃,0%2,000times.Uponcompletingtestundereachtemperaturecondition,changeinperformanceshallbemeasured.Thefollowingcorrosionresistanceanddusttestshallbeconductedduringofdurabilitytest电压13±0.2V（线阻0.2Ω）一个循环包括玻璃向上和向下，总共2个寿命周期（20000个循环）。一个寿命周期包括：室温下6000次，80℃,90%2,000次，-30℃,0%2,000次。在完成测试在每个温度条件,改变性能应测量。下面的耐腐蚀和灰尘测试应当期间进行的耐久性试验Theperformanceaftereachtemperatureconditiontestshallbesatisfiedwithrequirementsofperformancetest(but,clause5.12.(4)shallbepreformatbefreandafterdurabilitytestonly.).Samplesshallshownosignofwear,deformation,breakageorabnormalnoisethataffectfunction.But,whenapplyasafetyoption,preform10cycleoperationandchecktheabnormalaftereachtemperatureconditiontest每种温度条件下的试验后，性能满足5.1.2的要求,5.1.2(4)部分的要求只针对耐久试验前和耐久试验后。样品不能有迹象表明磨损、变形、破损或异常噪声,影响功能。但是当采用安全选项。操作10个循环并检查是否有任何变形在各种温度试验后5.2.1.Manualwindowregulator手动玻璃升降器(1)Testspeedshallbe4∼6timesperminute.测试速度为4-6次/分钟(2)Overruntorqueofthetestequipmentcrankhandleshaftshallbe4.5∼6Nm.手柄摇动扭矩4.5-6NM5.2.2.Powerwindowregulator电动玻璃升降器(1)Testspeedshallbe2timesperminuteforambienttemperaturedurabilitytestand1timesperminuteforhigh/lowtemperaturedurabilitytest.室温下的耐久速度为2次/分钟，高温和低温下的耐久速度为1次/分钟(2)Themotorshallbepoweredfor1secondaftertheglassstopsatthetopandbottomends.Temperatureoftheyokeofthemotorshallbekepttoambienttemperature.电机通电1秒后玻璃停止在上下结束位置。电机的温度保持在室温。(3)Whenapplyasafetyoption,define1cycleAutoUpandAutoDownsameasglassupanddowninpowerwindowswitch.当采用安全选项时，自动上升和自动下降与玻璃的自动上升和下降一致5.2.3.Corrosionresistancetest抗腐蚀试验(1)Saltwaterconcentrationandtesttemperature:5%,20±5℃盐水浓度5%，温度20±5℃(2)Sprayingmethod:Spray360cctooperatingpart喷雾360cc(3)Testfrequency:Totaltwice,eachuponcompleting3,000timesofambienttemperaturedurabilitytest测试频率：总的进行2次，每完成3000次室温耐久性进行1次。5.2.4.Dusttest防尘试验(1)Dusttypeandtesttemperature:Selectamong1)and2).在下列1和2中选择1)1:1mixtureofJISZ8901Type1andType8标准JISZ8901中的1#和8#粉尘的混合物2)U.S.A.Arizonadust美国亚利桑那州粉尘(2)Testtemperature:20±5℃温度20±5℃(3)Sprayingmethod:Spray5cctooperatingpart喷雾5cc(4)Testfrequency:Total4times,beforeandafterambienttemperaturedurabilitytest试验频率：总的进行4次，每次室温耐久性试验前和试验后进行5.3.Rigiditytest刚性试验5.3.1.Manualwindowregulator手动玻璃升降器Whenloadof200Nisappliedtothecrankhandleknobinthehandlerotatingdirectionwiththeglassmountingpartfixed,samplesshallshownosignofwea
