来访人员EHS告知书EHSNotification尊贵的来宾：Dearguests,欢迎莅临******集团公司！WelcometoSUNPOWERGROUP!本公司主要危险及有害因素为：火灾、爆炸、触电、高空坠落、起重伤害、中毒窒息、灼烫伤、机械伤害、辐射伤害等；为了保证您的人身安全，预防安全事故发生，请您仔细阅读以下内容并配合执行：Inthecompany,youmayhaverunintosuchdangersandharmfulfactorsasfire,explosion,electricshock,high-altitudefalling,liftinginjury,intoxication-causedasphyxia,burnandscald,mechanicalinjury,andradiationinjury,etc.Forthesakeofyourpersonalsafetyandpreventingaccidents,pleasereadthefollowingEHSNotificationcarefullyandprovidecooperation:1.未经许可严禁携带有毒有害、易燃易爆化学品进入我司；Donotcarrypoisonousandharmful,flammableandcombustiblechemicalstothecompanywithoutpermission;2.进场后请按照保安人员指引将车辆停放在指定位置；Pleaseparkyourvehiclesinthedesignatedplacewiththeguideofthesecurityguards;3.厂区内车辆限速5km/h，并禁止鸣号；Thevehiclespeedlimitoftheplantareais5km/h,anddonotusethehorns;4.进入生产车间前按照陪同人员的要求正确佩戴安全防护用品，严禁穿裙子、短裤、背心、高跟鞋、凉鞋、拖鞋进入生产车间；Pleasewearsafetyprotectiveequipmentscorrectlyaccordingtotheaccompanyingpersonnel’srequirementsbeforeenteringtheproductionworkshop,anddonotwearskirt,shorts,vests,high-heeledshoes,sandals,andslippers;5.生产车间内严禁吸烟；Donotsmokeintheproductionworkshop;6.进入车间后，请按照陪同人员的指引在安全通道内行走，并注意车间内各种安全标志；Pleasewalkinthesafetychannelaccordingtotheguidanceoftheaccompanyingpersonnel,andpayattentiontosafetysignsintheworkshop;7.进入生产区域，请不要触摸设备、设施，并与其保持一定距离，防止意外发生；Donottouchanyequipmentsorfacilitiesandkeepcertaindistanceintheproductionareatopreventaccidents;8.未经我司许可，严禁在生产区内、安全敏感区域对我司设备、图纸、工艺资料、生产过程等进行照相、摄像活动；Donottakephotosandcamerashootingofthecompany’sequipment,drawings,processdata,andproductionprocess,etc.intheproductionareaandsafetysensitiveareawithoutthecompany’spermission;9.如需进入车间内作业，还需遵守以下要求：Thefollowingrulesshallalsobefollowedforanyin-workshopoperation:仔细阅读我司《安全工作规程》的各项规定，并确保与您有关的工作要求已经完全掌握；Readthecompany’sWorkSafetyRegulationscarefully,andensurethatyouhaveagoodcommandofallworkingrequirementsrelatedtoyou;取电作业须提书面申请，经我司制造部部长批准后，在指定位置取电并使用；Submitwrittenapplicationforanypower-takingoperation,andusepoweratthedesignatedpositionwithapprovalofthemanufacturingsectionchief;动火作业须提出书面申请，并注明动火范围和时间，经我司制造部部长批准后在指定范围和时间内实施；Submitwrittenapplicationforanyflameoperationwithspecifyingtheoperationrangeandtime,andconducttheoperationwithinthedesignatedrangeandtimewithapprovalofthemanufacturingsectionchief;离开本公司时须归还《安全工作规程》ReturntheWorkSafetyRegulationsbeforedeparture;10.如有异常情况发生，请按照陪同人员或岗位操作人员的指令迅速撤离至我司紧急集合点。Incaseofanyabnormalconditions,pleasepromptlyevacuatetothecompany’semergencymusterplaceaccordingtotheinstructionsoftheaccompanyingpersonneloroperationpersonnel.本人已仔细阅读上述内容，并承诺遵守各项要求。I,theundersigned,havecarefullyreadandundertakentoabidebytheabovecontents.来宾单位Companyname来宾签名Signature日期Date备注Remarks
