ICS13.030.40J88JB/T8699-1998高压风机袋式除尘机组High–pressureventilatorbagfilterunit1998-03-19发布1998-07-01实施中华人民共和国机械工业部发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································14型号、规格····································································································································································································25技术要求·········································································································································································································26检验方法·········································································································································································································47检验规则·········································································································································································································58保证期···············································································································································································································59标志、包装、运输和贮存·····································································································································································5附录A(提示的附录)机组入口风量换算为工况流量的计算方法··············································································7JB/T8699-1998目次II前言本标准是首次制订。本标准的附录A是提示的附录。本标准由机械工业部环境保护机械标准化技术委员会机械除尘与有害气体处理分技术委员会提出并归口。本标准主要起草单位:天津市第二机床附件厂、海宁市除尘实业总公司、天津市通风机厂。本标准主要起草人:赵玉萍、顾李定、白秀春、刘俊才、夏国频。JB/T8699-199811范围本标准规定了高压风机袋式除尘机组(以下简称机组)的定义、规格、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输与贮存。本标准适用于机组的设计、制造、检验与使用。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。GB699—88优质碳素结构钢技术条件GB700—88普通碳素结构钢GB912—89碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧薄钢板和钢带GB985—88气焊、手工电弧焊及气体保护焊焊缝坡口的基本形式与尺寸GB/T1173—95铸造铝合金技术条件GB/T1184—1996形状和位置公差未注公差的规定GB1236—85通风机空气动力性能试验方法GB1800—79公差与配合总论标准公差与基本偏差GB/T1804—92一般公差线性尺寸的未注公差GB/T3078—94优质结构钢冷拉钢材技术条件GB3194—82铝及铝合金板材的尺寸及允许偏差GB3274—88碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧厚钢板和钢带GB9787—88热轧等边角钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差GB9788—88热轧不等边角钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差GB11653—89除尘机组技术性能及测试方法GB12138—89袋式除尘器性能测试方法GB/T13306—91标牌GB/T15187—94湿式除尘器性能测试方法JB/T5917—91袋式除尘器用滤袋框架技术条件ZBJ72042—90通用机转子平衡3定义本标准采用下列定义。机械工业部1998-03-19批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准高压风机袋式除尘机组High–pressureventilatorbagfilterunitJB/T8699-19981998-07-01实施JB/T8699-199823.1高压风机袋式除尘机组由风机、电机、袋式除尘部分组成的除尘机组,风机全压大于6kPa。3.2资用压力即多级风机全压中可供外接管网消耗的压力。3.3处理风量(入口风量)(在机组进口法兰处测得的)进入机组的含尘气体流量,以m3/h计(GB11653—89中3.3)。3.4设计入口风量规定的入口风量,在此风量下,机组有符合要求的性能指标,是使用机组的计算基础。3.5设计过滤风速对应于设计入口风量的机组过滤风速,以m/min计。3.6工况(实际)流量在实际工作场所(吸风罩口)的温度、湿度和压力下进入除尘器的含尘气体流量。3.7最大真空度机组运行时,机组入口处气体压力相对于大气压力的最大负压(即关闭进风口,使入口风量为零时的负压值),以kPa计。4型号、规格4.1机组型号表示方法与含义如下:4.2机组的规格见表1。表1机组规格设计入口风量m3/h20032050080012602000设计过滤风速m/min1.55技术要求5.1机组应符合本标准要求,并按经规定程序批准的图样与技术文件或供需双方协议制造。5.2机组的除尘率对325目滑石粉在设计过滤风速下不低于99.5%。当过滤风速上升50%,其除尘率下降不多于0.3个百分点。除尘率计算允许内插,机组的粉尘排放浓度应符合有关标准。5.3机组的滤袋清灰应在停机状态下进行。5.4机组的资用压力在设计入口风量下应大于4kPa。5.5机组的技术参数见表2。机组设计入口风量机组单级风机二级风机滤袋式除尘LEJ(D)×××JB/T8699-19983表2设计入口风量m3/h20032050080012602000机组最大真空度kPa1814129.67.56.3过滤面积m22.23.55.58.81422入口资用压力kPa>4机组压力损失kPa<2.35.6机组的噪声值在机组正常工作时应小于85dB(A)。5.7在设计入口风量与资用压力下,机组的漏风率应小于3%。5.8风机叶轮必须逐个进行静平衡校正。其平衡品质等级G不低于ZBJ72042中规定的5.6mm/s级。5.9风机各级机壳的联结应采用过渡配合。5.10除尘滤袋框架成形后应去除毛刺,手感光滑,不得损坏滤袋。5.11滤袋框架应符合JB/T5917的规定,骨架的横向变形量在最大负压工作下不应超过L/20(L为两支点间的距离)。5.12滤袋与框架的配合关系应保证滤袋能轻松装入,同时在最大负压下滤袋不发生吸贴。5.13滤袋应有两道或两道以上缝纫线,滤袋表面不得有破洞。5.14除尘器、风机的壳体焊接应平整、牢固,不得有烧穿、裂纹、孔眼、夹渣及未焊透等缺陷。焊接后应清除焊渣、焊瘤等焊接残留物。外露焊缝应光滑、平直和均匀。焊缝接头形式与尺寸应符合GB985的规定。5.15机组零件选用材料的要求应符合表3的规定。表3零件名称材料牌号标准号壳体Q235AGB912,GB3274,GB700叶轮(导风轮)辐片LY11,LY12GB3194叶片L1,L2GB3194轴45GB699,GB/T3078带轮ZL102GB1173角钢Q235AGB9787,GB9788,GB7005.16机组壳体的形位公差要求机组的壳体采用钢板制造,焊接成型后其形状和位置公差应符合GB1184中B级的规定。5.17机组零部件加工、安装要求5.17.1叶轮与主轴采用键联结,孔与轴应为过渡配合。5.17.2叶轮的叶片应为固定式,叶片应均匀地铆接或焊接在叶轮辐板上,其任意两相邻叶片间的弦长允差为±1mm。5.17.3叶轮外径处的轴向跳动不大于1.5mm,径向跳动不大于1.0mm。5.17.4所有加工件的未注尺寸公差按GB1800的IT12级制造,所有铆焊件的未注尺寸公差应符合GB/T1804中v级的规定。5.18机组壳体的耐压强度值应大于机组的最大真空度值。JB/T8699-199845.19机组的外观与涂漆要求5.19.1机组壳体的外观应光滑、平整,焊接件的外表面不应有明显的锤痕及凹凸不平。5.19.2机组涂漆前应将被涂表面的铁锈、焊渣、油污、尘土及其它赃物清除干净,不涂漆的零件要涂防锈剂,涂漆的漆膜下应无铁锈,色泽应均匀,不得有发脆、剥落、卷皮、裂纹和刷痕等缺陷,漆膜厚度应大于45μm。6检验方法6.1机组样机的入口风量测量按GB11653的规定,其静压测孔结构按GB/T15187—94中6.4的规定。机组的现场入口风量测量按GB12138的规定,测点位置应为入口管道上尽量靠近除尘器处。6.2机组的入口风量按附录A(提示的附录)的方法换算为工况流量。6.3资用压力的测量,对机组连续发尘4h,发尘浓度为4g/m3±0.3g/m3,滤袋正常清灰后机组达到设计流量的情况下按GB11653的规定。6.4漏风率的测量6.4.1机组样机的漏风率测量在机组正常容尘、
