广西师范大学硕士学位论文广西竞技游泳后备人才的研究姓名:远航申请学位级别:硕士专业:体育教育训练学指导教师:殷玲玲20090401IIIIIIResearchontheReserveTalentsofGuangxiProvince’sCompetitiveSwimmingGraduate:HangYuanTutor:LinglingYinProfessorMajor:PhysicalEducationTrainingProfessionsresearchDirection:TheoryandTrainingofSwimmingGrade:PostgraduateofGrade2006Abstract“Shortrace,trackandfield,callisthenicsandswimmingarealwaysthesustainablesrategicOrientationofGuangxiprovince’scompetitivesports,amongthem,swimmingplaysanindelibleroleinthedevelpmentofitscompetitivesports.AndamongalltheaquaticSports,swimminghasthelongesthistory.Fromthe1920sto1970s,Guangxiprovincehasbroughupbatchesofexcellentswimmers;however,from1980s,thedevelpmentofcompetitiveswimmingturnedouttobestagnant,andswimmersarekeptfromthestageofChina'scompetetiveswimming.ThedevelopmentofGuangxiprovince'scompetitiveswimminghasseenabrillianthistory,butitslumpedupafterthenewcentury.Asthemainsourcesofgoldmedal,swimminghowever,doesnotgainadominantpositioninGuangxi'scompetitivesports.Thispapertriestostudyonthestatusquooftalentsuccession,analyzetheinfluencingfactor,uncoverthelawofdevelopmentanddrawlessonsfromthepast,thustofindoutcompetitiveandeffectivecountermeasuresandmakecontributiontothecultivationofreservetalentsforGuangxiprovince.Themaincontentsofmyinvestigationareasfollows:takethetrainersandreserveteamasthestudyingsubject.1.Focusingonthestatusquoofreservetalents,thentothequestionofchoosingpromisingtalents,trainingandcurrentsituationofcontest;2.Focusingonthestatusquooftrainers,studythetrainingmethods,self-cultivationandresearchcompetenceoftrainers,makearesearchontrainer'son-jobtrainingandtermsofemployment;3.Makeaninvestigationintotheconditionofswimmingpools,equipments,facilities,andexpenditure;managementmechanismandsocialsecurityofcompetetivesports;socialawarenessandrecognition.Accordingtothefindingsofmyinvestigation,IsummerizedtheinfluencingfactorforthedevelopmentofGuangxiprovince'scompetitiveswimmingasfollowings:1.ThoughGuangxiownsanumberofreservetelents,theweaknessisthatthereisfewswimmerswhoareabletobeselectedtohigherswimmingorganization,fewatheletscanmakeaccomplishment;Meanwhile,agecompositionandthechoosingofpromisingtalentsarenotscientific,studentresourceretrictsthechoosingofpromosingtalentsproperly;2.Reservetalents’inadequateintrainingperformance,intensityoftrainingandfundamentaltechnicsshouldbeconsideredasofgreatimportance,andIVtheirpsychology,intellectandethicalthoughtsaspriorities.Thecompetitionmechanismhasnotmature,reservetalentsgetslimchancetoparticipateinformalswimmingcontest,theircompetitivelevelturnouttobeadownwardtrend;3.Trainersshouldswifttheirtrainningmethodsfromeperientialorientationtoscientificorientation,moreprofessionaltrainingshouldbeprovidedforthem,andtheirresearchcompetenceshouldbeproperlyimproved;4.Insufficientswimmingpools,euqipmentsandfacilities,reservetalentscannotgetenoughtraining,alsotheprovincialexpenditureislimited;5.Amaturemanagementmechanismandsocialsecuritysystemisneeded.Accordingtotheproblemslistedabove,hereIgivesomerespondingadvice:1.Investmorefundsintheestablishmentofswimmingpools,equipmentsandfacilities.Improvethemarketizationofswimming,developsportsandorganizationswhichisrelatedtoswimming,thustogainawin-winsituationinsocialbenefitandeconomicbenefit;2.Reinforcetheadministrationeffect,reformthetrainingmechanismofreservetalents,rationalizetherelationshipbetweenalllevelsofmanagementdepartment,thustoimprovetheefficiencyoftrainingmechanismofreservetalents;Makefulluseofthefunctionofeducationdepartment,topromoteooperationamongsportsschools,middleschoolsandcollegesanduniversities,andforma“combinationofphysicaleducationandculturaleducation”schooltrainningsystem3.Enhancethecomprehensivequalityofathletesandtrainers,payattentiontoathletes’integrateddevelopment,lettheconceptof“quality-orientededucation”penetratetoathletes’trainingprocess.Setuparegulatedsystemfortrainers,makestrictdemandsonselecting,employment,assessmentandsupervisionfortrainers,toformareasonableincentivemechanism;4.Putemphasisonscientifictalentsselectingandtraining,improvethecompetitionsystem.Establishasoundandscientificresearchteamfortrainingofcompetetiveswimming,reformtheexistingcompetitionsystem,enablereservetalentsgetmorechancesforcontest;5.Deepeningthestatusofswimminginamateursports,raiseathletes’socialsecurityandwelfare,givemorepublicitytoswimming,increasesocialawareness,socialacquisitionandparticipation,motivateathletesandtrainers’enthusiasmbybettersocialsecuritysystem.KeyWordsReserveTalents,Trainers,Cultivation,StatusQuo,Development461234567891031661014%42222936%31112131420%15%10%5%3%3%44%1516172%11.30%39.80%33%13.50%3%12%38%35%12%180%10%20%30%40%50%60%1915-1613-1411-1255.1959.0455.3558.6657.671:01.2755.441:01.1159.741:00.2057.571:07.60-0.25-2.07-4.39-1.54+0.1-6.332021222331%19%22%3%25%2400.10.20.30.40.50.60.7252627282930313233343536373839404142434445广西竞技游泳后备人才的研究作者:远航学位授予单位:广西师范大学相似文献(10条)1.期刊论文刘苹.LIUPing东莞市、荔湾区竞技游泳后备人才培养现状及制约因素分析-体育学刊2009,16(4)对广东省游泳之乡竞技游泳后备人才培养的现状进行概述,然后从政府支持、学训关系处理、管理制度以及选材和竞赛4个层面对其制约因素进行剖析,认为政府支持和领导
