中南民族大学硕士学位论文知识经济视野下高校科研人员义利协调研究姓名:刘黎明申请学位级别:硕士专业:教育经济与管理指导教师:杨卫东20080528I21IIIIIAbstractSinceEuropeandAmericatooktheleadtoentertheknowledgeeconomysociety,thewholeworldwillcomprehensivelyentertheknowledgeeconomyinthe21stcentury.Thiswillbetheworldeconomicandsocialdevelopmentmainstream.IfhasmissedthebestopportunityoftheIndustrialRevolution,facedwiththeneweconomicandsocialdevelopmentopportunity,Chinashouldnotmissitanymore.or,we’rereallyforgottenbytheworld.Theknowledgeeconomyessentiallyisthattakesthehighandnewtechnologyasabacking,takestheknowledgeasthefoundation,includingsuchseveralstepsastheknowledgeproduction,dissemination,developmentandutilization.Butasthesocialcerebrum,theuniversityhasmassivehigh-levelprofessionaltalentedpersonsandbrightprospectsinproducing,teachingandstudies,shouldimpelourcountry'sknowledgeeconomytoenterthehealthydevelopment.Ourcountryshouldfirstblowthebugleofknowledgeeconomydevelopmentintheuniversity.Iftheuniversitywouldundertaketheroleofleaderoftheknowledgeeconomytime,mustimprovethequalityoftheknowledgeproduction,dissemination,developmentandutilization.Amongthem,theknowledgeproductionisthepremiseandfoundation,theknowledgedisseminationisthekey,theknowledgedevelopmentandutilizationisthegoalandvaluerealization.Theuniversityteachersareanessentialroleinthisprocess,themajorityofuniversityteachersallhavedualstatus,bothteachersandscientificresearchersfornewknowledge.Theirinitiative,activityandenthusiasm,isthebeginningandpremisetoimpeltheknowledgeeconomysmoothlydevelop.However,thecoreworktodrivethegooduniversityscientificresearcheristoharmonizetherelationbetweentheirrighteousnessandadvantagetomakeitbalancedandharmonious.Atpresent,thistopicisnotstudiedsystematicallyinourcountryandanyforeigncountry.thisarticle,fromtheknowledgeeconomyangleofview,fromthewaytoproposethequestion,analysisquestionandsolvethequestiontoresearchit,inordertogettheeffectthatafewordinaryintroductoryremarkssothatothersmayoffertheirvaluableideas,thentosolvethequestion.Thisarticleisdividedfourchapters.Thefirstchapteristheintroductionpart,explainswhytoselect,hasexpoundedtheresearchsignificance,andafterreadinglotsofarticlesandbooks,hasoutlinedpresentdomesticandforeignsituationaboutthestudyofthistopic.Then,explainedwaystostudythistopicinthearticle,finallypromulgatesthepossibleinnovationspots.Fromchapters2to4,separatelyIVdistinguishingthecategoryofrighteousnessandadvantage,theinharmoniousphenomenabetweenrighteousnessandadvantage,thereasonsoftheinharmoniousphenomenabetweenrighteousnessandadvantageandthecountermeasurefortheinharmoniousphenomenahasbeencarriedontheelaboration.Afterchapterone,thisarticleanalyzestheconcept,category,relations,valueorientationofuniversityscientificresearcher'srighteousnessandtheadvantage,proposestheviewofthreelevelsofcoordinationoftheuniversityscientificresearcher’srighteousnessandadvantage,foruniversityscientificresearchersareengagedintheenterprisewiththeenvironmentparticularitywhichlocatesThen,undertheviewofharmonybetweentheuniversityresearcher`srighteousnessandadvantage,thisarticleanalyzestheunbalancedphenomenabetweentherighteousnessandtheadvantageanditsreasons.Theseunbalancedphenomenamaybeinducedbelow:theacademicsacrifice,theacademiclowefficiency,theacademicinactivityandacademicfalse-creationandsoon.Wecanfindtheessencefromthesuperficialphenomena.Undertheviewoftheknowledgeeconomy,throughtheanalysisoftheuniversityknowledgeproduction,dissemination,developmentandutilization,throughpsycho-analysistotheknowledgeproducer,takeadvantageoftheknowledgeeconomicexistingbasicruleandthebasicprinciple,thearticlefindsoutthereasonsbehindtheseunbalancedphenomena.Thesereasonsmainlyare:theknowledgeeconomicstatusmovesrapidlyfrontistheobjectiveeconomicconditionofthescientificresearcherunbalancedrelationbetweenrighteousnessandadvantage;inthepresent,fundsforknowledgeproduction,assignmentmechanismofeachresources,bigproductionmethodofthescientificresearch,appraisalactivityinknowledgeproductionandsoon,haveprovidedthesoilfortheinharmonybetweenrighteousnessandadvantage;theimpededcirculationofknowledgeisthefrailtyoftheuniversityinteriorintellectualpropertyrightsmanagementsystem;theruleofthevaluelocalizationnearbyistheeconomicalreasonofthelong-standingmarketdefeatoftheinharmonicsituationbetweenrighteousnessandadvantage;thefuzzyquantificationofknowledgeanditsvalueisthetechnologydefecttoincurtheinharmonicsituationbetweenrighteousnessandadvantage,ithasreflectedthetoolflawforthebalanceandtheharmonybetweenrighteousnessandadvantage;andtheknowledgeproducer'spsychologicalreasonisthesubjectivereasonoftheinharmonicsituationbetweenrighteousnessandadvantage.Thisarticlebelievedthat,weshouldtakethesixcountermeasurestocauseharmonybetweenrighteousnessandadvantageoftheuniversityscientificresearcher:Vfacinguptoandgraspwelltheopportunityofknowledgeeconomy;strengtheningacademicautonomy,guaranteeingtheacademicfreedom,establishingandperfectingfoursystems,namely,academicarbitrationsystem,academicrisksystem,academicfundsystem,academicflexibilitycontrolsystem;p
