东北大学硕士学位论文MG环境下TCF公司财务管理战略研究姓名:齐妍申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:张兰霞20070101MG环境下TCF公司财务管理战略研究作者:齐妍学位授予单位:东北大学相似文献(10条)1.外文期刊M.C.Diez.D.Pouleurs.R.Navia.G.VidalEffectofEDTAandFe-EDTAcomplexconcentrationonTCFKraftmilleffluentdegradability.BatchandcontinuoustreatmentsTheeffectofethylenediaminetetraceticacid(EDTA)andFe-EDTAcomplexonsynthetictotallychlorine-free(TCF)effluentdegradabilityinbatchandcontinuouslyoperatingreactorswasevaluated.Underbatchtreatment,theadditionofEDTAandFe-EDTAcomplexwasstudiedintherangeof80to320mgl~(-1).Undercontinuouslyoperatedreactors,theFe-EDTAcomplexconcentrationvariedfrom20to80mgl~(-1),andthehydraulicretentiontime(HRT)variedfrom48to24h.Sludgeoxygenuptakerate(OUR)andchemicaloxygendemand(COD)removaldecreasedwhenEDTAconcentrationincreasedintheinfluentunderbatchtreatment;however,thisinhibitoryeffectwasreducedbytheadditionofFe-EDTAcomplex.WithouttheadditionofEDTA,CODremovaldecreasedfrom71%to8%.ThemostefficientEDTAremovaltreatment(almost10%)wasthetreatmentof80mgl~(-1)Fe-EDTA.Undercontinuouslyoperatedreactors,CODremovalwasgreaterthan57%inthesyntheticTCFeffluentwithaFe-EDTAconcentrationthatvariedfrom20to80mgl~(-1);however,EDTAremovalwaslowerthan25%inallcases.SyntheticTCFeffluentwithaFe-EDTAconcentrationhigherthan80mgl~(-1)couldnotbetreatedbytheactivatedsludgetreatmentduetoEDTA'sinhibitoryeffectonthesludge.2.期刊论文杨艳.YANGYanTCF方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察-中国肿瘤临床与康复2007,14(5)目的观察多西紫杉醇(TXT)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)持续静脉泵入及低剂量顺铂(DDP)组成的TCF方案治疗进展期胃癌的客观有效率(RR)、毒性反应及生存期.方法全组36例患者均经组织病理学证实.治疗前有可评价的客观指标.其中合并肺转移11例,肝转移12例,腹腔转移7例,腹壁转移5例,骨转移4例.TCF方案应用如下:TXT60mg/m2,ivdrip,d1;CF100~200mg/m2,ivdrip,d1~5,于5-Fu之前用药;5-Fu500mg,ivdrip,d1;5-Fu2~3g/m2,civ,120h;DDP20~30mg/m2,ivdrip,d3~5.每21d重复.结果全组36例均可评价疗效,CR3例,PR19例,SD6例,PD8例,总有效率为61.1%.中位生存期(MST)13个月.主要毒性反应是粒细胞下降、消化道反应和脱发.结论TCF方案治疗进展期胃癌客观疗效肯定,毒副反应轻,患者耐受性良好,可以广泛地应用于临床.3.外文期刊Hara.T.Omura.K.Hirano.M.Asada.Y.Munemoto.Y.Sakamoto.JAphaseIstudyofpaclitaxel,cisplatin,andfluorouracil(TCF)foradvancedgastriccancer.PURPOSE:AphaseIstudyofTCFtherapy,whichconsistsofpaclitaxel(TXL:Taxol)+cisplatin(CDDP)+5-fluorouracil(5-FU),inadvancedgastriccancerpatientswasperformedtodeterminetherecommendeddose(RD)foraphaseIIstudybycheckingthedose-limitingtoxicity(DLT)andmaximum-tolerateddose(MTD)of5-FUabovethefixeddoseofTXLandCDDP.METHODS:ThedosesofTXLandCDDPwerefixedat80and25mg/m(2),respectively,whilethatof5-FUwasincreasedby100mg/m(2)ineachcohortfrom300mg/m(2)(level1)toamaximumof600mg/m(2)(level4).Onecycleconsistedofadministrationoftheseagentsonceperweekfor3weeks,every4weeks.RESULTS:Atotaloftwelveeligiblepatientswereincludedinthisstudy.Atlevel1,twoofthreecasesshowedgrade3leukopenia.Atlevel2,oneofthreecasesshowedgrade4neutropenia(recoveredwithin3days),andanotheronecaseshowedgrade3neutropenia.Atlevel3,oneofthreecasesshowedgrade3neutropenia,andatlevel4,oneofthreecasesshowedgrade4neutropenia(recoveredwithin3days),withgrade3neutropeniaintheothertwocases.Evenatthehighestdoseadministered,noneofthepatientsshowedDLT.Moreover,nonon-hematologicaltoxicityjudgedtobeDLTwasobservedthroughalllevels.Sixofthetwelvepatientshadmeasurabledisease,andtheoverallresponseratewas83%.CONCLUSIONS:AlthoughtheMTDlevelwasnotdetermined,basedontheobservedefficacyandtheresultsofotherclinicaltrials,therecommendeddosesofTXL,CDDP,and5-FUfortheTCFregimenweresetas80,25,and600mg/m(2),respectively,andaphaseIIstudytoinvestigatetheclinicaleffectivenessandsafetyofthisregimenhasnowbegun.4.外文期刊Witte.T.S..Schaefer-Somi.S..Kuchar.A..Moestl.E..Iben.C..Aurich.C.Effectofhen'seggyolkoncapacitationandacrosomereactionofdilutedcaninespermatozoaTheaimofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheinfluenceofprogesterone,cholesterolandcalcium(Ca2+)inanegg-yolk-containingextenderoncapacitationandacrosomereactions(AR)ofdilutedcaninespermatozoaduring4daysofcooled-storage.Forthispurpose,wefirstinvestigatedtheeffectofsupplementationofaTris-citrate-fructosebuffer(TCF)withprogesteroneinafinalconcentrationof0.1,0.2and1.0mugprogesterone/mlTCF-dilutedsemen.WethencomparedtheeffectsofTCFandthesamebuffer-containing20%eggyolk(TCF-EY).IneggyolksandtheTCF-EY,progesteronewasmeasuredbyenzymeimmunoassay,cholesterolbyenzymaticcolorimetryandCa2+byflameatomicabsorptionspectrophotometry.Forbothexperiments,ejaculatesfromeightdogswereused.Forthecomparisonofdiluents,oneejaculatewasdividedandonehalfdilutedwithTCF,theotherwithTCF-EY.OnehalfofeachTCF-andTCF-EY-dilutedsamplewasevaluatedimmediately(D1),theotherafterstoragefor4daysat+4degreesC(D4).Indilutedsemen,motilityandviabilityweremeasuredbyacomputerassistedspermanalyzer(CASA;SpermVision,Minitiib,Germany),capacitationandARwereevaluatedwithamodifiedchlortetracyclineassay(CTC)andtheARadditionallybyflowcytometry.Results:Supplementationofprogesteronerevealed,thatbetweenEllandD4,totalandprogressivemotilitydecreasedwithallprogesteroneconcentrations,whileviabilityaswellaspercentageofcapacitatedandacrosomereactedspermatozoastayedconstant.Progesterone-,cholesterol-andCa2+concentrationsineggyolkswere524.8+/-131.4ng/g,13.9+/-2.03mg/gand1.27+/-0.17mg/g,respectively.IntheTCF-EY-diluent,there
