中南民族大学硕士学位论文“文革”时期湖北荆门县域经济研究——兼论新左派“文革”观姓名：邓静申请学位级别：硕士专业：专门史指导教师：张世保20090601I1967196819665-19681969-197419695197119751-197610II19671968:12345IIIAbstractThispaperisdiscussingabouttheeconomicsdevelopmentofJingmencountyonthebackgroundof“Culturalrevolution”,especiallyanalyzingthereasonsofeconomicschangingonthetraceof“Threedown;TwoUp”.Thispaperalsopointsout:Althoughthesocialeconomicswasseriouslydestroyed,theeconomicsconstructionwasstilldevelopingslowly,besidestheyearof1967and1968,theeconomicsdevelopedinsomedegreeoverall.Atthesametime,rethinkingtheideaof“Newleftwingculturalrevolution”.Thispaperalsopointsout,onthewayofdevelopingsocialismwithChinesecharacteristics,ChinacommunismpartyandalltheChinesepeopleshouldtakethelessonsofhistoricalexperienceandlessonsandapplytheeconomicalruleswhichsuitshistorydevelopmenttodevelopsocialeconomics.Thispaperconsistsoffiveparts:Firstlytheintroductionintroducesthetopicschoosingandthemaintopicstobediscussed,thengeneralizetwoopinionsandresearchingdevelopmentofacademicfield,atlastillustratingtheresearchthoughandmethods.Thefirstchapter:reviewingtheeconomicsdevelopmentsituationofJingmeninseventeenyearsbefore“culturalrevolution”,whichistheeconomicssituationbeforethefoundationofChinaandseveralcomingphrasesafterthefoundationofChinaaswellasanalyzingthecharacteristicsandreasonsofeconomicsdevelopmentforthepreparationofresearchingtheeconomicsdevelopmentof“culturalrevolution”Thesecondchapterwhichisdividedintothreepartsaccordingtothecharacteristicsof“Threedowntwoup”isthemainpartofthispaper.Thepart:fromMay,1966totheendof1968,nationaleconomicschangedfromallgoodtobadseriously.Thispartmainlyillustratesthesocialsituationfromthebeginningofturmoiltotheescalatingturmoilandtheeffectonthenationaleconomics,whichistheparteffecttotheseriouslyworseningonnationaleconomics.Thesecondpart:thebeginningof1969totheendof1974,nationaleconomicswasfromrecoverytodeformeddevelopmenttobeingdestroyedagain.Thenationaleconomicsofthisperiodwasinfluencedbythepoliticalsituationwithupsanddowns.FirsttherecoverydevelopmentaftertheMayof1965,thenstuckintothedeformeddevelopmentIVandthenadjustmentonthenationaleconomicswhichwasstuckdeformedly.Nationaleconomicscametoturnpointbutdidn’tlastlong,themovementof“CriticizingLinandKong”appearedagainwhichmadenationaleconomicsstuckinbadsituationandleadtomostoftheindexofnationaleconomicsdidn’tfinishandproductionandtransportationstoppedandfinancialproblemsandtensemarketandsoon.Thethirdpart:fromtheJan1975toOct1976,nationaleconomicschangedfromrecoverytostuckingintobadsituationagain.Inordertochangethenationaleconomicseffectedbythemovementof“CriticizingLinandKong”,DengXiaopingbegantodoadjustmentsonnationaleconomicsbythesupportofMaoZedong,whichleadtothebestsituationafter“Culturalrevolution”,butinthe“Leftwing”ideasdominatedperiod,“Alladjustment”movementwasstoppedandnationaleconomicswasstuckintobadsituationagain.Thethirdchapter:OverallcommentsandevaluationonJingmeneconomicsdevelopment.In“Culturalrevolution”period,themanufactureandconstructionofJingmenwasseriouslydestroyedandleadtoseriousresults.Thisisthemainaspect;ontheotherside,whatweshouldseeis,inthetenyears,theeconomicsconstructionwasstillgoingonexcept1967and1968andalsomadesomeprogressandgotsomeachievement.Theeconomicshadmadesomeprogressinsomeaspects.Andsystematicallythinkingaboutthe“Culturalrevolution”ontheeconomicsofJingmen.ByresearchingonJingmeneconomicsinCulturalRevolutionperiod,theauthorthinks,itisworththinkingandresearchinginseveralproblemsbelow:1.onthesituationofclassconflictisnotmaincontradictory;weshouldbeeconomics-centeredanddevelopproductioncapability.2.Economicsconstructionshouldfollowtheobjectiveeconomicrulesandpromotesagriculture,lightmanufacturingandheavymanufacturingcoordinately.3.Lettheprogressresultsbenefitallthepeople.Trytodevelopproductionaswellasimprovingthelifeconditionsofpeople,bringtwoaspectstogether.4.Socialpoliticalstabilityisthepremiseofdevelopingnationaleconomics;itismeaninglessifwithoutunifiedandstabilizedsocialpoliticalenvironment.5.InfollowingthedirectionsofthetheoriesofChinesecharacteristicsocialismroad,theeconomicconstructionofJingmenshouldfollowtherealityofJingmenandbeontheeconomicdevelopmentwaywithJingmencharacteristics.Theforthchapter:thispapertriestoanalyzetheeconomicsituationof“culturalVrevolution”periodandthenewleftwingopinionsnowadays,andproofthewrongopinionsofnewwingopinions,whichishistorybackwardsof“culturalrevolution”.Atsametime,thispaperadmitstheachievementof“openingtotheworld”.ByresearchingonJingmen’swindingdevelopmentof“culturalrevolution”and“Newleftwingculturalrevolution”,theauthorthinks,onthewayofconstructingtheChinesecharacteristicssocialismandmodernization,Chinesecommunismpartyandallthepeopleshouldtakehistoricallessonsandapplyhistoricallyeconomicaldevelopmentrulestocontrolandadjustthesustainable,coordinateandhealthydevelopmentofsocialeconomics.Keywords:CulturalRevolutionJingmeneconomicsWindingdevelopmentNewleftwing1______2110(1967-1984)19891949-90199519891987199219911966-19761986219841969-1972200022001120
