I摘要由于我国人口增长和城市经济的迅速发展,导致我国水资源面临着严重短缺和水体污染的双重局面。大连市是水资源严重短缺的城市之一,饮用水水源受到不同程度的污染,水资源供需矛盾日益突出。因此有必要建立净水处理厂以有效减缓这种局面,解决区域供水水量和水质的要求,保证人民身体健康。本论文是在《大连市三十里堡净水厂供水工程项目总体设计方案》为主要的研究资料,在大连市总体规划的基础上,对大连市三十里堡净水厂处理工艺进行研究设计。研究内容和主要成就如下:(1)在《大连市城市规划》的基础上对大连市普湾新区和普兰店市的供水规模进行预测,确定净水厂的设计工程规模为:近期(2015年)设计规模40万m3/d、远期(2030)设计规模80万m3/d。通过对净水厂三个厂址:五十里堡、大王沟和窖地屯厂址的优化比较确定其最佳厂址为大王沟。(2)根据《生活饮用水水质卫生标准》GB5749-2006中对生活饮用水的水质卫生要求和大连市自来水集团公司的发展规划要求,确定该净水厂出水的浊度小于0.5NTU,特殊情况1.0NTU。出厂水压力应满足供水区配水管网控制点服务水头不小于28m的要求。对大连市三十里堡净水厂的几个进水水源地的水质进行分析,同时对大连市共用水源地的周边净水厂的出水水质进行分析。根据这两种水质分析结论结合国内外净水厂的净水工艺的参考,确定该净水厂的处理工艺采用常规处理和强化常规处理。针对两种方案:即方案一(机械混合池-小网络反应池-平流沉淀池-V型滤池)和方案二(机械混合池-机械反应池-高密度沉淀池-V型滤池)两个工艺进行技术和优缺点对比,确认该净水厂净水工艺为方案一。(3)分析净水主体工艺的各个单元的功能和作用。根据净水处理厂的设计条件和原则,经过选取合适设计参数后计算各个处理单元的构筑物的尺寸和占地面积等。在此基础上,对净水厂的工艺平面布置和竖向设计、净水厂总平面设计进行设计。进而完善大连市三十里堡城市净水厂的设计方案。关键词:净水厂水质分析工艺设计方案比较设计计算IIAbstractAbstractAbstractAbstractAsthepopulationincreasingandrapiddevelopingofurbaneconomyinthenation,thedouble-situationofwaterresourceshortageandwaterpollutionistheproblemwearefacingcurrently.DalianisoneofthemostwaterlackingcitiesinChinawiththedrinkwaterresourcepollutioninvariousdegreesandsevereimbalancebetweensupplyanddemand.Soitisimportanttobuildwatertreatmentplanttorelievethesituation,meetthedemandofthewaterqualityandquantityinregionwatersupply,andensurethehealthofcitizens.TheresearchmaterialofthispaperisThedesignplanofwatersupplyprojectofwatertreatmentplantinSanshilipuofDalian.OnthebasisofgeneralplanofDalian,thetreatmentprocessofwatertreatmentplantinSanshilipuofDalianwasresearchedanddesigned.Theresearchdetailsandmainachievementsareasfollows:ThewatersupplyscaleofPuwannewdistrictandPulandiancityofDalianwaspredictedonthebasisofurbanplanningofDalian,andtheprojectdesignedscaleofthewatertreatmentplantis400,000m3/dinshort-datedand800,000m3/dinlong-dated.Aftertheoptimumperformancecomparisonsofthreewatertreatmentplantlocations,Wushilipu,DawanggouandJiaoditun,Dawanggouwasdeterminedasthebestlocation.AccordingtothesanitarydemandofdrinkingwaterindrinkingwatersanitarystandardGB5749-2006andthedevelopmentplanofDalianwatersupplygrouplimitedcompany,theturbidityofthewatertreatmentplant’soutletwaslessthan0.5NTU,specificsituation1.0NTU.Thepressureofplant’soutletshouldmeetthedemandthattheservicewaterheadofthecontrolpointofthewatersupplynetinsupplydistrictishigherthan28m.Thewaterqualitiesofseveralinflowwaterheadsiteswereanalyzed,andatthemeantime,thewaterqualitiesoftheoutletsofthewatertreatmentplantnearthecommonwaterheadsiteswerealsoanalyzed.Onthebasisoftheanalyzesofthewaterqualitiesandthereferenceofthewaterpurificationprocessathomeandabroad,conventionalprocessandreinforcedconventionalprocesswasdeterminedasthetreatmentprocessofthewaterplant.Thetechniqueadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftwoplans,planone(mechanicalmixingpool-smallnetworkreactiontank-horizontalsedimentationtank-Vfilter)andplantwo(mechanicalmixingpool-mechanicalreactionpool-highdensitysedimentationtank-Vfilter),werecompared,andplanonewasdeterminedasthewatertreatmentprocessoftheplant.Thefunctionsandeffectsofeveryunitsinthewatertreatmentprocesswereanalyzed.Accordingtothedesignconditionsandprinciplesofthewaterplant,thesizeandfloorspaceofeverytreatmentunitbuildingwerecalculatedafterchoosingthesuitabledesignparameters,andonthisbasis,theplanelayoutandtheelevationplanningoftheprocess,thegeneralplanelayoutoftheplantweredesigned.So,thedesignplanofthewatertreatmentplantinSanshilipuofDaliancanbeimprovedfurthermore.KKKKeywordseywordseywordseywords:watertreatmentplant,waterqualityanalysis,processdesign,plancomparison,designcalculationIII目录中文摘要....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................IIII英文摘要............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................IIIIIIII目录................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
