否ForOfficeUseOnly公司使用公司使用公司使用公司使用DateReceivedDateA/COpen.IBCodeApprovedBy.StandardBullion4CustomerAgreementAccountNo.:_______________客户协议客户协议客户协议客户协议帐户号帐户号帐户号帐户号码码码码NOWISHEREBYAGREEDasfollows:现双方同意如下：1.PARTIES协议双方协议双方协议双方协议双方a.)ThisBULLIONtradingaccountagreementsetsoutthetermsandconditionstowhichtheCustomerissubjectupontheCustomerbeingacceptedforaBULLIONtradingaccountbySTANDARDBULLIONHOLDINGSLTD.(“SB”).本黄金、白银交易帐户协议列述客户在〝标准集团有限公司〞(〝标准〞)开设的黄金、白银交易帐户的交易规则及条件。b.)“TheCustomer”istheaccountholderofthisBULLIONtradingaccount.“TheCustomer,”whereverusedshallincludeinthecasewheretheCustomer(s)is/areindividual(s)includetheCustomer(s)andhis/her/theirrespectiveexecutor(s)andadministrator(s).〝客户〞是指本黄金、白银交易帐户的持有人。无论什么情况使用的〝客户〞应包括:如果客人是个人，包括客户和其各自的执行人及管理人。2.TRADING交易a.)CustomerrequestsandSBagreestotradeCustomer’saccountinthebullionmarketassetforthhereinbelow.客户要求〝标准〞及〝标准〞同意为客户的交易帐户依据以下列述的条件在黄金、白银交易市场进行买卖交易。b.)ThecustomerauthorizesSBtopurchaseandsellbullionforCustomer’saccountinaccordancewiththecustomer’selectronic,writtenororalinstructions.客户授权〝标准〞依据由客户透过电子、书面或口头发出的指令进行黄金、白银买卖。c.)AlltransactionswillbesubjecttotermsandconditionssetforthbySBandinterpretationsofthegeneralpracticeofbulliontrading.所有买卖交易，必需遵守由〝标准〞所订立的交易规则及一般黄金、白银买卖交易的操作规则。d.)SBmayexecuteallpurchasesandsalesofbullioncontractsforCustomer’saccountthroughSBorthroughanomnibusclearingagreement.在执行客户帐户的黄金、白银买卖交易时，〝标准〞可以将所有买卖交易透过〝标准〞或一个综合结算协议执行。3.MARGINS保证金保证金保证金保证金a.)ThecustomershalldepositwithSBmarginatsuchlevelasspecifiedbySBfromtimetotime.有需要时客户必须按照〝标准〞指定的数目存入保证金。b.)AminimumdepositprescribebySBshallberequiredoftheCustomerpriortoopeningallnewaccountswithSB.TheCustomershallmaintainaNecessaryMarginwithSBasrequiredbySBfromtimetotimeforalltradingtransactionsinordertosecureperformanceofhiscontractcommitments.Foraslongastheaccountshowsanopenposition,theCustomershalldepositandmaintaintheNecessarymargininhisaccount.IftheNecessaryMarginisimpair
