ThechartgivesinformationaboutthetotaltimeofphonecallsusedintheUnitedKingdom,separatedintothreegroupsbetween1995and2002.Fromthechart,ononehand,itisclearthatlocalcallsfixlinewereusedmost,thoughtheactualnumberfluctuatedannually(whichistheonlyfluctuationamongthethreecategories).Startingat72millionminutesintheyearof1995,thenumberoflocalcallsreacheditspeakat90millionin1999anddroppedgraduallytotheamountwhichissimilartothestart.Ontheotherhand,however,thetrendoftheresttwogroupswaskeepinguprisingduringthe7years,especiallyfortheuseofmobiles,fromonly4millionin1995to45millionin2002whichincreased10times.Comparedtoit,theincreaseofthenationalandinternationalbyfixedlineisnotsoobvious,beggingwiththe37milliontoover60millionintheend.Overall,duringthe9years,thetotaltimepeopleusedonphonecallsgrowsalotwithalargecontributionfromthemobiles.Inmycountry,itisnotaseveretaskforordinarystudentstogotouniversity,especiallyafterthepolicyofexpandingenrollment.However,whatcomesafteristheheatargumentaboutwhetherthecollegestudentsbringadvantagesordisadvantagetoacountry.Manypeoplebelievethatthecountrywillbenefitfromthelargenumberofcollegegraduates.Iagreewiththemwiththefollowingreasons.Onthesurface,individualsgetmorebenefitbyreceivingthehighereducation.Infact,itisnumerousfortunesforacountrytoownsomanyhighqualitycitizens,contributingtosolvemanysocialissueseasilylikeviolentcrimes,whichlargelydependonthelevelofindividualeducation.Inadditiontothis,universityeducationprovidesmanyyoungtalentstoprofessionalfieldssuchasmedicaltreatmentandtechnicalcreation,andacountrywillnotrealizeabalancedevelopmentwithoutthem.Thereis,however,anobviousfactthatwecannotignore,whichistoomanygraduatesdirectlycausescountryunemployment,andasfarasthecurrentcircumstance,itisneverwhatacountryhopetohappen.Generally,thissituationisresultedfrommanyfactors.Forexample,whatstudentsstudyatcollegecannotcatchupwiththecurrentpracticeundertherapidsocialprogress,andcompaniesarenotwillingtoteachafreshmanallfromtheverybeginning.Oregotisminvolvedinthegraduatesinsiststhemselvesentitlingabetterposition.Overall,Isupporttheideathatcollegestudentsequalinestimablevaluetoacountry.However,ifwewantthemtotapintothefullpotentialandavoidnegativeimpact,thereisalongwaytogo.
