1目录第一章:编制依据························································································································1第二章:工程概括························································································································12.1工程简介······················································································································12.2构建种类······················································································································12.3使用钢筋种类·············································································································1第三章:施工准备························································································································13.1技术准备······················································································································13.2材料准备······················································································································13.2技术人员准备·············································································································13.4钢筋原材料的验收····································································································1第四章:施工程序计划···············································································································2第五章:施工工艺与方法··········································································································25.1钢筋加工·······················································································································25.2钢筋绑扎与安装········································································································25.3对原材料的需求····································································································4第六章:施工安全及成品保护措施·································································································41第一章:编制依据(1)四川新地平建筑设计咨询有限公司设计的经审查合格本工程施工图(2)《建筑抗震设计构规范》(GB50011-2010)(3)《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》(GB50068-2001)(4)《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18-2003)(5)《钢筋混凝土过梁》(03G22-1)(6)《钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋》(GB1499-2007)(7)《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2011)第二章:工程概括1.1工程简介本工程为定日县城易地扶贫拆迁集中安置区—A地块项目,该工程位于定日县城,地块北邻皮林拿玛路,南邻外环南路,东邻励志路。建筑面积为17140.92㎡,住宅楼共11栋,分为A、B、C三种户型,层数为4层,建筑高度为12.17m。基础结构形式为条形基础、天然基础;主体结构形式为砖混结构。1.2构件种类普通构件:柱,梁板,楼梯,过梁及其他构件。1.3使用的钢筋种类本工程钢筋主要采用一级、三级钢筋,钢筋直径从6mm到16mm。直径6≤d≤8的钢筋为HPB300钢筋,直径8<d≤16的钢筋为HRB400钢筋。本工程的钢筋规格种类多,主要钢筋分布情况:底板主要采用直径为12mm、14mm钢筋,柱纵筋主要采用直径为12mm,14mm钢筋,箍筋采用直径6mm、8mm钢筋,剪力墙采用直径为8mm、10mm钢筋,剪力墙边缘构件主要采用直径12mm,14mm钢筋。梁纵筋主要采直径为12mm、14mm、16mm钢筋。板筋主要采用直径为8mm、10mm钢筋。第三章:施工准备3.1技术准备组织技术人员、施工管理人员认真熟悉图纸、会审记录、施工技术验收标准,作好技术交底及安全交底,并组织班组人员学习有关技术标准及操作规程,熟悉施工图纸,对绑扎中存在的重点、难点组织攻关小组,采取相应措施解决,确保钢筋绑扎质量,并按进度计划提出材料需用及加工计划。3,2材料准备提前作好带绑扎丝的砂浆垫块,按计划提前制好支撑铁件或铁马凳。并准备好施工工具3.3技术人员准备钢筋翻样工,钢筋制作工,钢筋绑扎工,合理安排人数防止窝工现象。3.4钢筋原材料的验收对进场钢筋严把质量关,每批进场的钢材必须具有出厂质量证明书,按批号和直径大小分批现场抽样(试验及监理人员参加),进行力学试验合格后,方可使用到工程中。第四章:施工程序计划2钢筋计划—钢筋进场-翻样-下料-安装绑扎-验收-下道工序第五章:施工工艺与方法5.1钢筋加工(1)钢筋原材料加工严格按照钢筋配料单加工:确定弯曲调整值、弯钩增加长度、箍筋调整值等参数,保证下料长度准确。钢筋除锈:钢筋在下料前应先除锈,将钢筋表面的油渍、漆渍及浮皮、铁锈等清除干净,以免影响其与混凝土的粘结效果。(2)钢筋调直:采用卷扬机调直钢筋,其调直冷拉率:Ⅰ级钢不大于4%,Ⅱ级钢不大于1%;经过调直工艺后,钢筋应平直,无局部曲折。(3)钢筋切断:钢筋切断应根据其直径及钢筋级别等因素确定使用钢筋切断机进行操作,切断时要将同规格钢筋根据不同长度长短搭配,统筹排料,先断长料,后断短料,减少短头,减少损耗,切断长度允许误差为±5mm。(4)钢筋弯曲成形:弯曲成形采用钢筋弯曲机和手动弯曲工具配合进行,弯曲后钢筋平面上没有翘曲不平现象,弯曲点不得有裂纹。(5)成型钢筋检查及验收:Ⅰ级钢筋末端的180°弯钩,圆弧弯曲直径不应小于钢筋直径的2.5倍,钢筋平直段长度不应小于钢筋直径的3倍,135°弯钩弯曲直径不应小于钢筋直径3倍,平直段长度为10倍钢筋直径。(6)钢筋的储运及运输:钢筋及半成品钢筋在现场租用场地加工。钢筋半成品要标明分部、分层、分段和构件名称,按号码顺序堆放,同一部位或同一构件的钢筋要放在一起,并有明显标识,标识上注明构件的名称、部位、钢筋直径、根数以及尺寸。(7)构造钢筋:钢筋加工时还需考虑钢筋工程中的附加钢筋,楼板双层钢筋网片中固定钢筋间距的撑铁等。(8)钢筋加工应严格按图纸和钢筋翻样料表进行制作,加工制作前应由专人对翻样结果进行复核,确保钢筋翻样成果准确无误。钢筋半成品按规格、使用部位等分类堆放,挂牌标识(注明钢筋规格、使用部位、责任人),所有钢筋半成品经验收合格后方可按使用部位投入使用。所有钢筋加工机械如调直机、弯曲机、对焊机均应由专人负责,并需持证上岗。钢筋的现场代换必须经过计算,并经业主的现场代表、监理单位、设计单位同意后方可进行。5.2钢筋绑扎与安装钢筋绑扎前先认真熟悉图纸,检查配料表与图纸,设计是否有出入,仔细检查成品尺寸、形状是否与下料表相符。核对无误后方可进行绑扎。采用20号钢丝绑扎直径12以上钢筋,22号钢丝绑扎直径10以下钢筋。5.2.1柱竖向钢筋的弯钩应朝向柱心,角部钢筋的弯钩平面与模板面夹角,对矩形柱应为45°角,截面小的柱,用插入振捣器时,弯钩和模板所成的角度不小于15°。箍筋的接头应交错排列垂直放置;箍筋转角与竖向钢筋交叉点均应扎牢。绑扎箍筋时,铁线扣要相互成八字形绑扎。柱筋绑扎时应吊线控制垂直度,并严格控制主筋间距。箍筋及柱立筋应满扎。下层柱的竖向钢筋露出楼面部分,宜用工具或柱箍将其收进一个柱筋直径,3以利上层柱的钢筋搭接,并与上层梁板筋焊接,当上下层柱截面有变化时,其下层柱钢筋的露出部分,必须在绑扎梁钢筋之前,先行收分准确。5.2.2梁与板纵向受力钢筋出现双层或多层排列时,两排钢筋之间应垫以直径25mm的短钢筋,如纵向钢筋直径大于25mm时,短钢筋直径规格与纵向钢筋相同规格。箍筋的接头应交错设置,并与两根架立筋绑扎,悬臂挑梁则箍筋接头在下,其余做法与柱相同。板的钢筋网绑扎时,相交点每点都绑扎,注意板上部的负钢筋(马丁筋)要防止被踩下;特别是雨蓬、挑檐、阳台、窗台等悬臂板,要严格控制负筋位置,在板根部与端部必须加设板凳铁,确保负筋的有效高度。板、次梁与主梁交叉处,板的钢筋在上,次梁的钢筋在中层,主梁的钢筋在下,当有圈梁时,主梁钢筋在上。框架梁节点处钢筋穿插十分稠密时,应注意梁顶面主筋间的净间距要有留有30mm,以利灌筑混凝土的需要。钢筋的绑扎接头应符合下列规定:搭接长度的未端距钢筋弯折处,不得小于钢筋直径的10倍,接头不宜位于构件最大弯矩处。受拉区域内,_级钢筋绑扎接头的末端应做弯钩。钢筋搭接处,应在中心和两端用钢丝扎牢。受拉钢筋绑扎接头的搭接长度,应符合结构设计要求。受力钢筋的混凝土保护层厚度,应符合结构设计要求。板筋绑扎前须先按设计图要求间距弹线,按线绑扎,控制质量。5.3对原材料的要求5.3.1进场的钢筋必须符合现行国标的规定。5.3.2每次进场钢材必须有出厂合格证明、原材质量证明书和原材试验报告单,进场钢筋原材力学性能试验结果必须符合规范要求。5.3.3进场钢筋规格、形状、尺寸必须符合相关规范要求,进场钢筋由物资部门牵头组织验收,检查分两步进行:A外观检查:每批钢筋抽取5%进行检查,钢筋表面不得有裂纹,结疤和折迭,表面凸块不得超过横肋高度,每1m长度弯曲不大于4mm,交货时随机抽取10根称重,其重量偏差不得超过允许偏差。B试验检查:每批钢筋中任选两根,每根上截取两个试件进行拉伸试验和冷弯试验,如果有一项试验结果不符合要求,则从同一批中另取双倍数量重新作各项试验,如仍有一个试件不合格,则该批钢筋判定为不合格,退回厂家并作好相关物资管理记录和重新进场计划。5.3.4钢筋进场后必须严格分批按同等级、牌号、直径、长度堆放整齐,并挂牌标识厂家、牌号、等级
