MycompetitionspeechLadiesandgentleman:Goodafternoon,everyoneThankyouforcomingtothiselectioncampaigntoday.Withthetrustandcompletesupportofmyteam,IamdelightedtoannouncethatIamrunningforchairwomanoftheStudentsUnion.Asweallknow,thepurposeofStudentsUnioninouruniversityisforstudentsandservesstudents.Iguesseveryoneinouruniversitywantstohavefriendlysocialcircles,exquisitecampus,variousstudents’activitiesandinterestinggames.Theyarenicewishesthatbelongtostudents,andformidabledutiesthataretakenoverbytheStudentsUnion.Butinachievingalltheseabove,wehavetoestablishastrongteaminStudentsUniontoorganize,asIcansee,andyouareeagertotakepartintheseaofjoy.StudentsUnionisactuallyapowerfulorganizationforwhattheydofortheconvenienceofeverystudentinouruniversity,whichhassetanexcellentexampleforotherstudents’organizationsandprevailsinthecompetitionwiththem.Butweallshouldnoticethat,inordertokeepitsvitalityandenergy,theStudentsUnionneedsanawesomepresidentasaleadertoplan,toarrange,toorganizeandtosuperviseeverydetailoftasks,gamesandactivities,andhewouldbeondutyfromthesecondheisselectedbyyou,sensibleandwisestudent.HavingexperiencedtwoyearsinStudentsUnion,Ihavebecomematureandseasonedenoughtocontinueinthemoreandmoreseverechallengesnomatterhowdifficultitis.Asadiligentwomanwithpleasantpersonality,Ihavebeenalwaysconsideredtobeagoodteammember.Meanwhile,asabigfanofsports,Ifullyrealizetheimportanceofteamworkandadvocatethespiritofbeingquickerandstronger.Ipossessstrongdeterminationtotakefirmstepstowardachievingtheobjectivesofmyteam.Inaddition,myworkingexperiencewiththeStudentUnioninthepasttwoyearswillbeextremelyhelpfultomyfutureworkhereifIgetelected.What’smore,Iamalwaysaresponsiblewomanwhateverthesituationis.Mysenseofresponsibilityhasshowninmywork,andcouldbealsoprovedbymyprizeformycontributionthatIhavemadeduringtheperiodinStudentsUnion.Ifyouareinhesitationtoselectagoodpresident,donotomitmeaslongasyouremembermeandmypreviousperformance.NoonehasgivenhisheartandsoultoStudentsUnionmorethanIhave.Unhappily,sometimesyoumightbeblindedbythosepeoplewhowanttograbyourtrustbyspeakingsugaredwords.ButIamnotaliar,andtolieisnotmystyle.Youcantrustme,andIwouldtestifymyresponsibilityandcarefulnessinthedaysthatfollow.Asignofareallystrongorganizationisthatitcanchangeitsleadershipwithouthinderingitsprogressandwithoutdamagingitsvalues.IfIamelected,IbelieveIhavetheabilitytoleadtheUniontoadvanceintherightdirection.IwillcooperatewellwithmyfellowmembersoftheUnionandtakeinnovativemeasures,includingestablishingastudent-informationcenter,formingateacher-student-friendshipassociation,tomaketheUnionatrueassistancetostudents'studyandlifehereaswellasabridgeofcommunicationbetweenteachersandstudents.IwishyoucouldgivemeachancetoleadStudentsUnionandcreatemorewondersforyou.Iwishyoucouldmakearightdecision.Thankyouverymuch!
