1利雅得水泥厂石灰石预均化堆场施工方案RiyadhCementCompanyLimestonePreblendingStockpileConstructionScheme说明:Instructions:该方案编制依据:ThisSchemeiscompiledaccordingto:1、石灰石预均化堆场施工图纸Drawingsforlimestonepreblendingstockpile2、总承包合同要求RequirementsofGeneralContract3、施工现场环境、机具,施工经验等Siteenvironment,equipments,andourconstructionexperiences4、建筑施工手册(第四版)ConstructionManual(fourthedition)一、工程概况BriefIntroductionoftheProject1、工程性质和作用该工程为利雅得水泥厂石灰石预均化堆场,其功能是储存和运输石灰石,建筑工期:土建部分计划92天。质量要求:土建工程范围是按照业主提供的文件所进行的交钥匙模式施工,在施工的每一步都要业主的质量认可,达到业主的满意。NatureoftheProjectanditsfunctionTheProjectisthelimestonepreblendingstockpileofRiyadhCementCompanywhosefunctionistostoreandtransportlimestone,andthetimelimitforthefoundationis92days.Qualityrequirements:TheCivilWorksScopeisaTurnkeypatternexecutedasperthedocumentationsofferedbytheOwnerwitheachsteptobeapprovedbyandtothesatisfactionoftheOwner.2、建筑的结构特征该工程主要由网架基础、堆取料机轨道基础和石灰石运输廊道组成,网架基础由40个钢筋混凝土基础组成的半径为56m的环形基础,基础之间用基础梁连接,供上部施工金属网架。堆取料机轨道基础是半径为51m的环型钢筋混凝土基础,基础底宽1.2m,高1.3m,设置8道混凝土后浇2带以降低混凝土收缩应力,基础上部设计有预埋螺栓,用于堆取料机轨道的安装。石灰石运输廊道为本工程施工的重点,其主要部位是位于场内的箱体结构进料仓,外部结构尺寸;高11m,宽8m,长40.5m,壁厚1m,底标高-11m,局部-12m,因为是地下工程,施工时要考虑防水,防潮措施。StructureCharacteristicoftheConstructionTheProjectconsistsofnetframefoundation,stockingandreclaimingtrackfoundationandlimestonebeltconveyor.Thenetframefoundationismadeupof40reinforcedconcretefoundations.Thefoundationswillbeconnectedwithbeams.Thefoundationofstockingandreclaimingtrackisaroundoneofasemidiametre51m.Thewidthoffoundationis1.2m,length1.3m.8concreterearcastingbeltsareinstalledtoreducethecontractionstressoftheconcrete.Pre-embeddedanchorboltisinstalledontheupperpartofthefoundation.Thelimestoneconveyoristhehighlightoftheproject,withthebinasitsmainpart,thedimensionofwhichisasfollows:height11m,width8mlength40.5m,thickness1m,bottomelevation11m,part12m.Waterproofingandmoistureproofingshouldbetakenintoconsiderationsinceitisanundergroundproject.二、施工目标ObjectiveoftheConstruction1、工期目标计划2005年8月25日开工,2005年11月25日结束,工期92天。TimelimitoftheConstructionTheConstructionbeginsonAug25,2005andwillfinishonNov25,2005withtheperiodof92days.2、质量目标确保优质工程,达到业主工程师满意。GoalsofQualityQualityistobeofsuperiorandtothesatisfactionoftheOwner’sengineer.3、安全生产目标坚持:“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,保证一般事故率小于0.15%,工亡率为0,在施工期间杜绝一切重大安全事故。ObjectiveofSafetySafetyandprecautionfromaccidentswillalwaysbeputinthefirstplace.Commonaccidentratewillbecontrolledwithin0.15%anddeathrate0%.Anymajorsafetyaccidentwillbeshunned.4、文明施工和环保目标强化施工现场科学管理,满足现场环保要求,达到业主工程师满意。PursuitoforderandenvironmentalprotectionItisourgoaltoreinforcethescientificmanagementofthesiteconstruction,tomeetwiththeenvironmentalprotectionrequirementsandtomakeourOwnerandEngineersatisfactory.5、服务目标3建造业主满意工程。TargetofourserviceAprojecttothesatisfactionoftheOwner三、管理组织机构本工程根据其特点,在现场成立项目经理部,实施总承包管理模式,由项目经理、项目总工程师、项目经济师组成,负责对工程的领导、决策、指挥、协调、控制等事宜,对工程的进度、成本、质量、安全和现场文明施工等负全部责任。AdministrationByvirtueofthecharacteristicofthisproject,thebusinesspatternofGeneralContractingisbroughtintoeffectandtheProjectManagementDepartmentistobeestablishedontheSitewhichismadeupofProjectManager,ProjectChiefEngineerandProjectEconomist,whoareresponsiblefortheleading,decision-making,superintending,coordinatingandcontrollingoftheproject,andwhoarealsoinfullchargeoftheprocedure,cost,quality,safetyandorderlyexecutionoftheproject.四、施工方案1、土方工程1-1、室外自然地坪平整后-0.2m,网架基础土方挖深为1.1m,堆取料机轨道基础土方挖深0.6m,采用机械破碎挖土,如遇回填土石方,需继续挖至原土层,石灰石运输廊道基础挖深11m,土方开挖前,先爆破,后采用反铲分两层开挖,边坡坡度根据岩石性质,层理特性和挖方深度确定,一般为1:0.35—1:1.5,基底根据构筑物尺寸每边留置不少于1m的工作面,挖出的土方用自卸汽车运至场外,并平整好场地。Outdoornaturalleveling-0.2m,netframefoundationexcavationdepth1.1m.stockingandreclaimingtrackfoundationexcavationdepth0.6m.adoptmachinerycrushingexcavation.Ifmeetrefillingsoil,shoulddigtotheoriginallayer.Limestoneconveyorfoundationdepth11m,blastingbeforeexcavation,slopingisbetween1:0.35—1:1.5.1mofworkingplaceisreserved.Theexcavatedsoilandrocksareremovedbydumpertotheoutsideandlevelingisdone.1-2、土方回填采用铲运机运土分层回填,每层回填厚度不大于30cm,用蛙式打夯机夯实,并夯实后达到干燥时的密度的确90%,上表面用振动压实机压实地表。Refillingisdonebycarryscraperandtherefillingisdonebylayers,eachlayerthethicknessislessthan30cm.andthefroghammerisusedfortamping.Andthedensitywhenbeingdryis90%,vibratingcompactorisusedtocompactthesoilsurface.2、网架基础和堆取料机基础工程施工方法Netframefoundationandreclaimerfoundationconstruction2-1、基础摸板利用多层胶合板、木支撑,棱角用小木方制成45度角,棱角直角边长20mm,支撑方式如下图:Foundationmouldboardwilluseply-board,woodsupporter,andanglewill4befilledwithsmallwoodencubewith45º,thelengthofangleis20mmwhichisshownbythefollowingdiagram:2-2、堆取料机基础螺栓可采用预留孔洞或沟槽,后栽螺栓的方式施工,保证螺栓的位置准确,后灌注的混凝土掺加膨胀剂,膨胀剂的使用参照使用说明书,并经业主工程师确认后施工。Thefoundationboltswillbeembeddedintheconcretetoguaranteethatitisinstalledattheappropriateplace.Theconcretewillbeaddedswellerwhoseusagewillfollowinstructions,andwiththeapprovalofengineer.3、石灰石运输廊道工程施工;Limestoneconveyorcorridorconstruction3-1、施工步骤;从进料仓开始以设计的变形缝划分,分四个施工段,进行流水施工。Process:fourpartsaltogetherfromtheentranceofthematerials.3-2、模板工程施工方法;模板采用18mm厚木质胶合板,50×100(mm)松木方制作,木楞间距300mm,用φ48×3.5钢管做支架固定,参见“墙体模板施工图”施工,通廊内侧用φ48×3.5钢管架设满堂脚手架,外侧架设双排脚手架,脚手架同时当作钢支架支撑模板,脚手架横杆和立杆的间距均设为600mm,保证模板支撑强度和刚度,双排脚手架外侧与基坑壁靠紧,使其不
