廢日光燈螢光粉之再利用研究StudyontheRecyclingofPhosphorPowderofSpentLightingLamps研究生:朱葦Chu,Wei指導教授:黃武章Huang,Wu-Jang【摘要】台灣地區每年約生成9000萬支廢日光燈管,所造成的廢日光燈螢光粉估計675公噸。廢棄的日光燈螢光粉中主要含有汞的有害物質,假如沒妥善回收處理,將會污染生活環境並危害健康。目前螢光粉除了以無害化後掩埋處理外,現今回收處置仍是採集中儲存,若能找到螢光粉再利用的機會,例如運用在下水道之管材、道路之鋪設中,即可化解螢光粉處理處置問題。本研究以廢棄回收螢光粉、水泥及環氧樹脂製成樹脂混凝土。再利用單軸抗壓機、熱示差掃描分析儀、傅立葉紅外線光譜儀、拉曼光譜儀、原子力顯微鏡及元素分析儀探討合成材料之特性,最後該樹脂混凝土的毒性特性萃取液係利用感應耦合電漿原子發射光譜儀分析螢光粉中所含之重金屬及有機物溶出情形。結果顯示抗壓強度最強之配比為螢光粉比例67%,最大抗壓強度為902kg/cm2。從耐熱性來看的話螢光粉比例佔40%是最佳使用比例。此外當螢光粉比例增加,亦使得螢光粉樹脂混凝土的表面特性變成越硬,符合抗壓強度測試結果,最後所得混凝土中各重金屬的溶出值皆符合環保署法規標準,因此經前處理螢光粉製備成樹脂混凝土是可行的。關鍵字:螢光粉、樹脂混凝土、抗壓強度、熱示差掃描分析儀、毒性特性溶出程序【Abstract】InTaiwanthespentlightinglampshasbeenexpectedabout90millionperyear,anditwillgeneratenear675tonperyearrecycledphosphorpowder.Therecycledphosphorpowdercontainsmercuryandneedstobeproperlytreated,inordertoavoidthepollutionofenvironmentandhealthdanger.Currentlyitistreatedbydisposelandfillingafterdetoxificationorcentricstorage.Ifwecanfindnewrecyclemodeforphosphorpowders,forexample,applicationonthepreparationofsewagetubeandbuildingroadway,itwouldbehelpfulfortreatingphosphorpowders.Thisstudyuserecyclephosphorpowders,cementandepoxyresintopreparplasticconcrete.Thesynthesizedcompositeswerecharacteredbyunconfinedcompressivestrengthtester,differentialscanningcalorimetry,Fouriertransforminfrared,Ramanspectroscopy,atomicforcemicroscopy,andelementalanalyzer.Inadditiontheinducedcoupleplasmawasusedtoanalyzetheconcentrationsofionsinleachateoftheconcrete.Inthecaseofthepreparedconcretewitharatioofphosphorpowder67%,itshowsthehighestsingle-axialcompressionstrengthof902kg/cm2.Thebestratioofaddedphosphoriscommandedtobe40%basingonthethermalproperty.Asthecontentofphosphorpowderinphosphor-containingpolymericconcreteisincreases,theconcreteshowsahardersurface.Thisobservationwasconsistedwiththesingle-axialcompressionstrengthdata.TheresultsofinducedcoupleanalysisofsyntheticconcreteisfarbelowtheregulatorystandardofTaiwanEPA,thereforeitisfeasibleforde-mercuryphosphorpowdertothemanufactureofplasticconcrete.Keywords:Phosphorpowder,PolymerConcrete,Single-axialCompressionStrength,DifferentialScanningCalorimetry,Toxicitycharacteristicleachingprocedure
