目录1、编制依据及范围···········································11.1编制依据·················································11.2编制范围·················································12、工程概况·················································13、主要工程量···············································24、施工总体布置·············································24.11、2#预制场······················································24.23#预制场·························································24.34#预制场·························································24.4主要资源配置及要求···············································34.4.1劳动力安排······················································34.4.2机械设备配置····················································54.5进度安排··························································55、主要施工工艺、施工方法············································65.1施工工艺步骤······················································65.2关键工序的实施措施···············································65.2.1钢筋加工与绑扎··················································65.2.2模板····························································75.2.3混凝土··························································76、冬季施工··························································116.1冬季施工准备工作··················································116.2成立冬季施工领导小组··············································116.3冬季施工措施······················································116.3.1钢筋加工冬季施工措施·············································116.3.2混凝土冬季施工措施···············································136.3.3机械(车辆)例保、防冻措施·······································156.4冬季施工安全措施···················································156.5冬季施工质量检查···················································177、质量保证措施·······················································178、安全文明生产措施···················································209、环境保护与水土保持措施·············································20小型构件预制方案1、编制依据及范围1.1编制依据(1)武冈城际铁路施工图《常用跨度梁桥面附属设施图》;(2)中铁十四勘察设计院关于《常用跨度梁桥面附属设施技术交底报告》;(3)《铁路桥涵工程施工安全技术规程》(TB10303-2009);(4)《高速铁路混凝土工程施工技术指南》(TZ210-2010);(5)《高速客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工技术指南》(TZ213-2010);(6)《高速铁路混凝土工程施工质量验收补充标准》;(7)《高速客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收暂行标准》;(8)《铁路混凝土及砌体工程施工质量验收标准》(TB10424-2003);(9)各种原材料的实验规范规定1.2编制范围本标段为新建武汉至黄冈城际铁路,设计里程DK26+700~DK61+158,线路长35公里以上范围内涉及的部分预制构件(电缆槽盖板除外,电缆槽盖板外购)。2、工程概况本标段沿线特大桥23359.82m/13座,大桥1039.18m/4座,桥梁长度占全线总长50.75%,隧道1212m/2座,隧道长度占全线总长2.8%,路基21.186km占全线总长49.26%,联络线上、下行全长3557.34米,车站7座(其中高架站3座,普通车站3座,预留车站1座)。3、主要工程量桥梁遮板25555片、电缆槽93459个、桥梁栏杆19110片、路基栅栏2871片、路基C15砼预制块护肩1978.4m、水沟盖板共19500块。4、施工总体布置本标段设置小型预制构件厂2座,各预制场布置要符合工厂化生产的要求,办公区、生产区、生活区等做到区域功能分明并设置明确标牌。道路及排水畅通,场地四周用通透式围栏或砖墙封闭,设置大门一处,场地均采用C15砼进行硬化,砼厚度不小于15cm。操作间与生产区均搭设棚护结构,作业人员均在棚内进行作业。4.11、2#预制场DK46+500-DK61+158里程范围由一分部负责。综合考虑一分部管段地形及地质条件,沿线附近并无可用作预制场的适宜场地,为保证工期,根据实际工程量,拟建1#个预制构件场。1#预制构件场占地7000平米;2#预制构件场选择在里程DK38+400线路左侧的钢筋加工场内,占地10000平米;1#预制构件场的混凝土由路口#拌合站提供,2#预制构件场由梁场2#搅拌站供应。两个预制场承担成产任务为:桥梁遮板488孔/17426片、电缆槽488孔/63510个、桥梁栏杆31859m/15929片、路基棚栏1156.5m/386片、路基及隧道电缆槽1570.5m/3140个、路基C15砼预制块护肩1156.5m;水沟盖板3105米。4.4、主要资源配置及要求4.4.1劳动力安排所有人员必须经过培训后方可上岗,特种作业人员必须具有相应资格证书持证上岗。劳力需求计划如下:1#预制厂主要劳动力安排见下表序号工种人员备注1厂长12副厂长23技术人员44质检员15实验员26安全员27钢筋工24钢筋下料及加工在钢筋加工厂集中完成8模板工169混凝土工2010修补工411驾驶员5含混凝土运输、桁吊操作等12杂务工12负责现场整理、混凝土养护等合计932#预制厂主要劳动力安排见下表序号工种人员备注1厂长12副厂长23技术人员44质检员15实验员26安全员27钢筋工24钢筋下料及加工在钢筋加工厂集中完成8模板工169混凝土工2010修补工411驾驶员5含混凝土运输、桁吊操作等12杂务工12负责现场整理、混凝土养护等合计933#预制厂主要管理人员及劳动力安排见下表序号工种人员备注1场长12技术员43测量员34实验25质检员16钢筋工207模板工248混凝土工159修补工210驾驶员612杂务工5=合计844#预制厂主要劳动力安排见下表序号工种人员备注1厂长12副厂长23技术人员44质检员15实验员26安全员27钢筋工20钢筋下料及加工在钢筋加工厂集中完成8模板工169混凝土工1010修补工211驾驶员5含混凝土运输、桁吊操作等12杂务工12负责现场整理、混凝土养护等合计854.4.2机械设备配制根据工程需要,合理投入机械设备,做到机械设备数量充足、状态良好,确保施工顺利进行。4个预制厂主要投入的设备如下。4个预制场机械配置及汇总表序号机械设备名称规格型号功率、容量、吨位数量单位合计1钢筋切割机G405.5KW1台42钢筋弯曲机GW405.5KW1台43钢筋调直机GT4-85.5KW1台44电焊机AXC-400-115KW3台125振动台/15KW2台86平板振动器2台87小型震动棒1台88平板车/5t2台49强制式混泥土搅拌机JS500/2台810台秤TGT-1000/18台1811试模150×150/18套184.5进度安排由于工期短,工程量大,小型构件应提前进行预制。现拟定2012年2月21日至2012年11月1日为我标各分部的建厂时间,各分部小型预制构件生产时间为2010年10月1日~2011年5月15日。5、主要施工工艺、施工方法5.1施工工艺步骤总施工工艺如下:胎膜、底模→刷隔离剂→绑扎钢筋→安装模板↓混泥土养护←浇筑混泥土5.2关键工序的实施措施根据单位工程具体情况,结合吊装方案设计预制构件制作平面布置图,对构件按位置编号,做好预制、运输、施工时的总体规划。5.2.1钢筋加工与绑扎钢筋在进场前,必须进行检验,合格并报驻地办、总监办审批后,方可进场。材料进场后存放在仓库或料棚内,必须用方木或其他方法垫起,不得直接堆放在地面上。工地临时保管钢筋时,应选择地势高,地面干燥的场所,根据天气情况,在雨天必需加盖篷布。所用钢筋必须有材料出厂合格证,钢筋级别,钢号、直径必须符合设计及规范要求,钢筋在使用前应该具有复验报告,钢筋表面不得有裂纹、油污和片状铁锈;钢筋下料前,首先对施工图中各种规格的钢筋长度、数量进行核对,无误后方可进行下料。根据钢筋原材长度与图纸设计长度并结合规范、招标文件要求,在满足设计、规招标文件要求的同时,尽量减少钢筋损耗,合理搭配钢筋,错开接头位置,确定钢筋的下料长度。钢筋焊接前必须保证焊工持证上岗,钢筋接头采用搭接焊,焊条要求I级钢筋采用422焊条;II级钢筋不小于502级,严禁使用422焊条。焊工焊接钱应进行试焊,焊件合格后方可进行焊接。双面搭接焊时应不小于5d+2cm。切保证焊接缝饱满、连续、无气泡。焊缝厚度满足设计要求。钢筋间距、搭接长度均要符合规范,设计图纸、招标文件要求,受力钢筋同断面街头面积不大于50%,在接头长度区段内(35d区段内),同一根钢筋不得有两个接头。钢筋加工应在钢筋加工棚中进行。钢筋加工半成品应摆放整齐,下垫上铺,防止淋浴。施工时先将一定数量的箍筋套在主筋上,按图纸尺寸将箍筋均匀分不开,由三到四人配合绑扎主筋。钢筋网片的绑扎应全书绑扎交接点,各网片间的搭接位置应正确。注意钢筋及钢板的预埋,预埋时必须保证按照审核过的图纸尺寸,不得遗漏。现场钢筋按要求绑扎完毕,经自检合格报检监理检查,检查验收合格后方可进行下道工序施工。5.2.2模板遮板模板采用定制钢板模板、其他构件采用塑质模具。根据施工计划、小型构件数量,定制模板数量。钢模进场后要进行试拼,对钢模拼装后的整体平整度,线形,结构尺寸均要进行复核。为便于脱模,钢模内侧应涂脱模剂,严谨使用废弃机油等一些污染混凝土光泽度的水剂。新到模板除锈工作要彻底,对脱模后的模板要及时用磨光机打磨干净,避免脱模后砼表面无光泽度、缺棱掉角等影响产品外观质量的情况。模板安装时螺栓连接必须紧
