2013届毕业设计(论文)英文文献与翻译院、部:电气与信息工程学院学生姓名:唐建芳指导教师:黄墩惠、董海兵职称:副教授、讲师专业:电子信息工程班级:电子0901学号:094011401322013年6月LabVIEW-basedsystemcomponentsformilitarysubmarinescompacttestsystemWeusedLabVIEW,NITestStand,andPXItobuildaprototypetodemonstratethatthenewsystemcannotonlyusemoderntestequipmentandmethods,butwithoutsacrificingfunctionalityunderthepremiseofthecurrenttestsystemcostisonlyasmallpart.VickieHoffmann,OrbisInc.LabVIEWgraphicsofsignalprocessingplatformbysyllabarysignalprocessing,andanalysisandmathematicsoperationsfunctioncompositionofsignalprocessingandmathematicsfunctionlibrarycomposition,containsWavelettransform,andtime-frequencyanalysis,andimageprocessing,andfilterdesign,andsoundandvibration,andsystemidentification,andRFanalysis,professionalmethodoftoolpackage,whilecompatible.mfile,mathematicsscriptlanguageandfunctioninterface,mayandNIhardwareofseamlesscombination,makesalgorithmgetfastvalidationanddeployment.LabVIEWsignalprocessingplatformhasbeensuccessfullyusedinelectronics,telecommunications,electricalandmechanical,chemical,medical,aerospace,physicsandotherfieldsofteachingandresearchwork.ChallengeBasedVERSAmoduleEuropeanstandardbus(VMEbus)testequipmentisoftenusedsubmarinesystem,verifywhetherthemoduleisinitssub-componentscanbereadytouse(readyforissue,RFI)staterequirestheuseoflarge,complex,andlaboratoryenvironmentstestingequipment,andrequiresallthesub-componentsofthemoduleinaunifiedcenterfortesting.SolutionUsecompacttheNIPXImodularinstruments,LabVIEWsoftwareandNITestStandtodevelopandVMEbustestequipmenttestfunctionwiththesamemilitarytestsystems,whilesignificantlyreducingthesize,reducecomplexityandcosts,sothattheNavycanbedeployedinthetestsystemstrategiclocation,andreduceoverallmaintenancecostsandsubmarinefleetlogisticscosts.OrbisInc.(Orbis)isacompanywith130employeesofsmallbusinesses,isheadquarteredinthestateofSouthCarolinainCharleston.ItscorebusinessistheU.S.DepartmentofDefense(DoD)toprovideengineeringandprojectmanagementservices.Orbisisalsocommittedtoconductcutting-edgeresearchanddevelopmentprojects,focusingondevelopinginnovativeautomatedtestsystems(ATS).TomeetmilitaryneedsCriticaloperationalsystemsandsupportsuitemanysystemsbasedonVMEtechnology.Thesesystemsmaintenanceandtroubleshootinginvolvessub-assembliesbetweenthemoduleandtheRFIsparepartsareinterchangeable.Systemtroubleshootingproceduresuseanyofthemodulesmustbere-testedandverifiedbeforetheycanreturntoRFIstatusandkeptasaspare.Asthetraditionalsystem,alltestswerecarriedoutinacentralposition,thetotalcostofownershipwillincrease.Inadditiontothecostoftransportmodule,anothermajorcostfromthepartstomaintainsufficientinventorytoreplacebeingtestedandthecomponentsduringtransport.BasedontheautomatedtestingandfunctionaltestingfortheU.S.DepartmentofDefensetowritecodefortheexperience,theNavyfoundOrbistohelpthemdevelopacompact,flexibleandcanmeetorexceedtheexistingtestsystemsfunctionalprototypetestsystem.Wehavesuccessfullybuiltaprototypetodemonstratethenewsystemcannotonlyusemoderntestingequipmentandmethods,andinthepremisewithoutsacrificingfunctionalitytestsystemscurrentlycostonlyasmallpart.FromtheNIPXImodularinstrumentstofindsolutionsByusingthestand-aloneinstrumentsandmodularinstrumentsforcomparingvarioussolutions,wedecidedtousePXImodularinstrumentationplatform,becauseweneedacompactandflexibletestsystem.Next,weanalyzedthesuppliers,choseNIPXIdevicesasthesolesupplierbecausethecompanyistheleaderinPXI,NIoffersawiderangeofPXImodulestomeettheneedsofourtestsystemsandtechnicalrequirements,theThecompanyalsoprovidesaplugandplayenvironment.PXIplatformforourdevelopmentprovidesagoodstart,becauseNIModulesandLabVIEWtoensurethatalldevicescancommunicatewithouthavingtocreatecustomdevicedrivers.WeusetwoNIPXI-2531moduletocreatean8×128crosspointswitchmatrixtothePXImeasurementmoduleconnectedtoallpointsonthemassinterconnectinterfacetestadapters(ITA).Withthisswitchmatrix,wehavetoconnecttotheITADUT(UUT)toachievefullfunctionaltestconfigurationsalltherequiredconnections.Additionally,wewillVMEinterfaceisintegratedintothetestsystemandconnectittotheITA,whichprovidesforeachUUTcomprehensiveVMEbustest.IntegratedNIPXIandLabVIEW,NITestStandWeprimarilywritteninLabVIEWandNITestStandtestsystemstestassembly.Byeliminatingtheneedtowritecustomdrivers,NIsoftwaregreatlysimplifiesthehardwareandsoftwaresystemsintegration.Afterstartingtheprogram,LabVIEWwillcalleachPXImodulesforself-testoperation,checkthecalibrationdateisvalid,andthenthefunctionaltests.EachtestwritteninLabVIEW,NITestStandtocallintheexecution.Theendofthetestexecution,thetestwillbebasedonthecollecteddataandgenerateareadablereportcanbeexportedinXMLformat.NITechnologyListOurapplicationthroughtheNIPXI-8108embeddedcontrollertoachievethemanagementtasksthroughtheNIPXI-6653andNIPXI-6651moduletocontrolthetimingandsynchronization.Fortheconnection,cyclecomputingandcommunications,weuseNIPXI-7813Rtoachievedataintegration,NIPXI-7853RmoduleprocessconnectionandsignalprocessingaswellasNIPXI-7854Rmoduleforsignalprocessing.Inordertodevelopthecurrentstabilizationsystem,weuseNILabVI
