分类号：单位代码：10019密级：学号：B030547博士学位论文都市观光农业园规划研究ResearchonPlanningoftheUrbanAgriculturalTourismPark研究生：钟春艳指导教师：李保明教授申请学位门类级别：工学博士专业名称：农业生物环境与能源工程研究方向：城镇生态与区域规划所在学院：水利与土木工程学院二○○七年六月本论文研究受到“都市农业学科群建设项目”（xk100190553）的资助。独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得中国农业大学或其它教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。与我一同工作的同志对本研究所做的任何贡献均已在论文中作了明确的说明并表示了谢意。研究生签名：时间：年月日关于论文使用授权的说明本人完全了解中国农业大学有关保留、使用学位论文的规定，即：学校有权保留送交论文的复印件和磁盘，允许论文被查阅和借阅，可以采用影印、缩印或扫描等复制手段保存、汇编学位论文。同意中国农业大学可以用不同方式在不同媒体上发表、传播学位论文的全部或部分内容。（保密的学位论文在解密后应遵守此协议）研究生签名：时间：年月日导师签名：时间：年月日6中国农业大学博士学位论文摘要I摘要发展观光农业是我国农业转型的有效探索，观光农业在我国发展前景广阔。都市观光农业园是都市观光农业的主要形式，对于都市农业的发展起重要作用。近年来，都市观光农业园发展迅速，但其开发和规划存在盲目性和随意性，致使观光农业园的效益低下。在可持续发展的大环境下，都市观光农业园应该合理开发规划，保障其可持续发展。因此，对于都市观光农业园规划理论的研究就显得至关重要。当前，观光农业的研究很不系统，对于观光农业园规划的研究停留在个案的研究上。目前，还没有一套完整的适合都市观光农业园规划的理论体系。本研究利用规划学理论与其它相关理论，以都市观光农业园为研究对象，通过对于都市观光农业园规划问题的分析，尝试从都市观光农业园的资源和市场、产业、景观生态环境、区域发展等方面进行专门研究，探讨都市观光农业园的系统合理规划配置，研究出一套适合都市农业观光园的规划理论与方法。为都市农业观光园的开发规划提供依据与参考。主要内容包括以下几个方面：（1）定义了都市观光农业园规划的定义，重点研究了都市观光农业园规划的原则、作用和目的。并尝试建立一套适合都市观光农业园规划的工作流程：规划的准备、规划调查分析、规划方案的制定、规划方案的优化评审、规划方案的确定、规划的审批与实施、规划的监督与修编。（2）界定了观光农业资源的概念，分析了观光农业资源的特点和构成，指出资源调查是要为景观与游憩规划打下基础。接着阐述了观光农业园市场分析的理论，主要包括都市观光农业园市场的特点、市场的分析、市场的预测、供给市场调查。进而运用这些理论，设计问卷进行实地调查，对北京市的游客市场和观光农业园供给市场作了调查分析。做到理论和实证研究结合。（3）将循环经济和生态产业学原理运用到都市观光农业园产业规划中，指出都市观光农业园产业是一种生态产业模式，研究了产业规划的原则、方法、内容。并从观光农业园的农业、旅游与绿色营鐀方面对于产业规划内容进行了探讨。（4）从都市观光农业园的景观生态、景观美学、环境的人本关怀方面，提出了都市观光农业园的景观环境规划的内容和方法。在景观生态中提出了观光农业园环境容量的计算方法；研究了景观昀优格局原理在观光农业园规划中的应用；接着运用我国园林规划设计的原理，对于观光农业园的景观美学规划进行研究；昀后结合人体工程学、行为学、心理学知识，探讨了都市观光农业园环境的人本主义规划内容。（5）通过深刻剖析都市观光农业园独立规划经营的局限性，提出都市观光农业园还需要区域发展规划，为其提供良好的发展背景和环境。并重点提出都市观光农业园区域规划的内容，即坚持科学的发展观、整合资源科学规划、建立行业协会、区域观光农业游客市场的培育与营鐀、建立科学的评价指标体系、构建绿色产业，并对区域发展规划的实现途径作了研究。（6）以北京市孟悟生态观光农业园规划为例进行实证研究。关键词：都市，观光农业园，规划设计中国农业大学博士学位论文摘要II中国农业大学博士学位论文摘要IIIAbstractThedevelopmentofagriculturaltourismisaneffectiveexplorationofChineseagriculturetransformation.Itsprospectsarepromisinginourcountry.Andurbanagriculturaltourismparkisthemainformofurbanagriculturaltourism.Ithasplayedaveryimportantroleinthedevelopmentofurbanagriculture.Recently,urbanagriculturaltourismparkhasdevelopedveryrapidly.Nevertheless,duetotheblindnessandrandomnessexistinginitsdevelopmentandplanning,thebenefitofagriculturaltourismparkislow.Intheglobalsustainabledevelopmentenvironment,thedevelopmentandplanningofagriculturaltourismparkshouldbereasonableenoughtoguaranteeitssustainabledevelopment.Therefore,theresearchontheplanningtheoriesofagriculturaltourismparkisprovedtobeparticularlyimportant.Atpresent,theresearchesonagriculturaltourismareveryunsystematicandtheresearchesontheplanningofagriculturaltourismparkaremerelyindividualcasesstudies.Currently,acompletetheorysystemsuitablefortheplanningofurbanagriculturaltourismparkisinexistentyet.Takingagriculturaltourismparkastheresearchobject,throughapplyingtheplanningtheoryandotherrelatedtheoriestotheanalysisoftheexistingproblemsandtheresearchesonsuchaspectsofurbanagriculturaltourismparkasresourcesandmarket,industry,ecologicallandscapeenvironment,regionaldevelopment,theresearchprobedintothereasonableplanningandschemeofagriculturaltourismparksystem.Asuitofplanningtheoryandmethodsuitableforurbanagriculturaltourismparkwereobtained.Thatcanprovidethevaluablebasesandreferencesforurbanagriculturaltourismpark.Themaincontentsoftheresearchareasfollows:(1)Thedefinitionoftheplanningofurbanagriculturaltourismparkwasdefinedandtheplanningprinciples,functionsandpurposeswereemphaticallyresearched.Asetofplanningworkflowsuitableforurbanagriculturaltourismparkwasattemptedtoestablish:theprophasepreparationofthePlanning,theinvestigationandanalysisoftheplanning,theestablishmentoftheplanningscheme,theevaluationandoptimizationofthescheme,theapprovaloftheplanningscheme,theexaminationandapprovaloftheplanning,theimplementation,thesupervisionandrevisionoftheplanning.(2)Theconceptoftheagriculturaltourismresourceswasdefinedandthecharacteristicsandcomposingoftheagriculturaltourismresourceswereanalyzed.Moreoveritwaspointedoutthatthepurposeofresourcesinvestigationisprovidingfoundationfortheplanningoflandscapeandrecreation.Inthepaper,thetheoriesofmarketanalysisaboutagriculturaltourismparkwereilluminated,whichmainlyconcludethefollowingaspectsasthemarkettraits,themarketanalysis,themarketforecastandthesupplyingmarketinvestigation.Andthetheorieswerealsoprovedbythepracticesthrough中国农业大学博士学位论文摘要IVinvestigatingandanalyzingboththetourists’marketandthesupplyingmarketoftheagriculturaltourismparkinBeijingbyapplyingthetheoriestothedesignoftheon-sitequestionnaire.(3)Theprinciplesofcirculareconomyandecologicalindustrywereappliedtotheplanningofurbanagriculturaltourismparkindustry.Theurbanagriculturaltourismparkindustrywasregardedasonekindofecologicalindustrymodels.Theprinciples,approachesandcontentsoftheplanningoftheindustrywerestudied.What’smore,thecontentsoftheindustryplanningwerediscussedthroughstudyingtheagriculture,tourismandecologicalmarketingoftheagriculturaltourismpark.(4)Thecontentsandmethodsoftheplanningofthelandscapeenvironm
