摘要该设计是插线板底座的注射模具设计,通过计算校核,利用pro/e软件设计出可行的模具和模架。该说明书包括了自己独自查阅的相关材料、模架、零件公差、软件等的数据和资料,并对其进行了加工和整理。该设计是以ABS为材料,全名是聚丁二烯橡胶于单体苯乙烯和丙烯腈的接枝共聚物。这是一种运用广泛的塑料、是继钢材、木材、水泥之后,当代新兴的第四类工业材料之一。塑料制品生产的关键常在于模具。塑料模具工业在现代制造业中所占的比例越来越大。塑料制品的主要加工方法塑料成型加工,常用的塑料成型工艺有注射成型、压缩成型、中空成型等,注射成型是塑料模塑成型的一种主要成型方法。注射成型技术出现了许多新的工艺方法,如无流道凝料注射成型、热固性塑料注射成型、排气注射成型、反应注射成型以及多品种塑料的共注射成型。关键词:pro/eABS注射成型Abstract The design is a socket base injection mold design, by calculating the check, use pro/e software to design a practical die and die holder. The specification includes himself read the related materials, mold, part tolerance, software, data and information,and has carried on the processing and finishing. The design is based on ABS as materials, full name of polybutadiene rubber in the monomer styrene and acrylonitrile graft copolymer. This is a use of a wide range of plastic, steel, timber, cement is afterwards, contemporary and burgeoning fourth types of industrial materials. The production of plastic products is always the key mold. Plastic mold industry in the modern manufacturing industry accounted for an increasingly large proportion. Plastic products the main processing method of plastic molding processing, commonly used in the plastic injection molding process are injection molding, compression molding, blow molding, injection molding plastic molding is a main method of forming. Injection molding technologyappeared a lot of new method, such as no flow channel congeal material injection molding, thermosetting plastic injection molding, injection molding, exhaust reaction injection molding as well as many varieties ofplastic injection molding.
