GaoanmeteorologicaldisastersinjiangxiprovincedistributionanalysisAbstract:thegaoanislocatedinthemiddleandlowerreachesoftheYangtzeriverinjiangxiprovinceinthenorthwest,belongstosubtropicalmonsoonclimatezone.Withintheterritoryofhighterrainnorthsouth,low,middleflat,withlowhillsandvalleyplainwhite,diverseclimate,wasmorethanameteorologicaldisasterareas.Basedonjiangxigaoanofmeteorologicaldisastersfrom1949to2010censusdataandmeteorologicaldatafrom1959to2010,usingthesynopticclimatology,disasterscience,statistics,andsoonthebasicprincipleandmethodofthemainmeteorologicaldisastersoccurredingaoanareclassified,andthemeteorologicaldisasterweremadeaccordingtodifferentlanddevelopmentruleanalysis.Keywords:gaoan;Disasterclassification;Disasterdistributioncharacteristics1.wordsbeforeGaoaningeographicallocationandterrainconditions,coupledwiththeinfluenceoftheeastAsianmonsoon,formedasubtropicalhumidmonsoonclimate.Duetothemonsoonandsoonerorlater,andthepowerdegree,topographicrelief,climatefactor,differenttimeandspacedistributioninequalityfactors,makethediverseclimate,weatherchangeisbig,andheavyrainfloods,wind,hail,drought,hightemperature,thunderandlightning,lowtemperaturefreezingharmandothermeteorologicaldisastersoccurredfrequently,willinducelandslides,mud-rockflow,plantdiseasesandinsectpests,forestfiresandothersecondarydisasters,resultinginseriouslossesofpeople'slifeandpropertyandtheindustrialandagriculturalproduction,theinfluenceofeconomicandsocialdevelopment.Especiallyinrecentyearsfrequentextremeweather,meteorologicaldisasters,theeconomicandsocialdevelopmentandpeople'slifeandpropertyposeaseriousthreat.2.sourceData:(1)meteorologicaldataused.In1959~2010gaoangroundmeteorologicalobservationdata.(2)thedisasterinformation.In1949-2010fromagriculture,forestry,waterconservancy,land,trafficdepartment,civilaffairs,andotherstakeholdersdisasterdisasterinformation.Accordingtothefrequenciesofdifferenttypesofmeteorologicaldisastersandspace-timedistribution,weather,climatecharacteristics,thecauseofdisaster,sorting,statisticsandanalysis.3.gaoanbasicsituation3.1geographiclocationGaoanislocatedinjiangxiprovinceinthenorthwest,jinjiangganrivertributariesupstream,midstreamandXiaoJiang28°02'northlatitude44~28°38'29,eastlongitude115°12'00'~115°34'56.Gaoanlocation,only60kilometersfromtheprovincialcapital,nanchangcity,isthewestinnanchangthroatregion,thesouthat,camphortree,thenortheastistheworldfamousscenicspotofmountlushan,320nationalroadacrosstheterritory,jiangxiandguangdong,Shanghaihighwayroute,zhejiang-jiangxirailwayline,atkamstraightdowntheganrivercity,waterandlandtransportationisveryconvenient.Northandsouth82kilometerslong,46kmwide,withatotalareaof2439.33squarekilometersinthecity.3.2climatesituationGaoanahumidsubtropicalmonsoonclimate,warmandhumid,fourseasons.Duetotheobvioussaddleterraincharacteristics,thetemperaturewithintheterritoryofsignificantdifference,ontheleveldifference,degradationfromnorthtosouth.Therefore,thetemperatureishigherthanthenorth,southcentralsouthaffectedbytheridge,mapleridge,lotushilltownofhotansouthtown,partofthelowertemperature.Ascanbeseenfromfigure1,city,gaoanarea,few,longtan,YangWei,onthelake,suchaseightsightssandhills,annualaveragetemperature17.5℃orhigher;Waring,WuQiaoandWangGuwei,villagebefore,MrTenet,lotushill,city,cityalone,partoftheannualaveragetemperaturebetween17.0~17.5℃;Shenyang,WuQiao,MrTenet,lotushillapartoftheannualaveragetemperature17.5℃.Higherthanthemountains,intheplainsofverticaldifferences,eachadditional100metersaltitude,temperatureisanaverageof0.5℃.ThehighestHuaLinShan,lotushillandmapleridge,lowesttemperature,itsrepresentativeisHuaLinShan,annualaveragetemperatureis13.3℃.Figure1gaoanaveragetemperaturedistribution(unit:℃)Gaoanyearsofaveragerainfallof1622.7mm,withlessrainfallspatialdistributionpresentsthenorthmorethanthesouth,themountainsthanhills,themostforHuaLinShan,2081.5mm,theleasttothesoutherntipoflongtan,only1619.7mm(figure2).Precipitationinterannualchangeisbig,themaximumvalueappearedin1998,upto2327.3mm,theminimumappearedin1978,only1025.5mm;Seasondistribution,1~3monthsaffectedbycoldairandgroundstationaryfront,lowtemperaturesoundsmore,accountedfor21.1%ofannualtotalprecipitation,precipitationonJanuary12,2008-31gaoancontinuedcoldwetweather,causingseriousdisasters;FromApriltoJuneisofteninfluencedbysouthwestwarmcurrentandlowtrough,haveprecipitationconcentrationperiod,strongwinds,heavyrain,thunderandlightningtostrongconvectivesevereweather,suchaseasilyleadtoheavydisasters,accountedfor47.4%ofannualtotalprecipitationprecipitation;7~9monthsarecontrolledbysubtropicalhigh,thehotweather,oftenaccompaniedbystrongconvectiveweather,afternoonprecipitationaccountsfor20.6%ofannualtotalprecipitation,10~12monthprevailingnorthwestwind,lessrainfallinacoldclimate,rainfallaccountsfor10.9%ofannualtotalprecipitation.Figure2gaoanprecipitationdistribution(unit:mm)3.3thesocialandeconomicconditionsMeteorologicaldisasterlossessizedependsnotonlyonthestrengthofthenaturalprocessesorphenomena,duration,scope,anditalsodependsontheaffectedarea's
