亨氏(中国)佛山市一期婴儿米粉项目HeinzProjectMustangQualityControlPlan质量控制计划(Rev:02)四川省第六建筑有限公司No.6ConstructionCompanyofSichuanProvince2013.05.05TableofContent目录1GeneralDescription概述2QualityControlTarget质量控制目标3QualityControlPrinciple质量控制原则4QualityControlBasis质量控制的依据5QualityControlOrganization质量控制组织构架6ConstructionQualityControlProcedure施工质量控制程序6.1GeneralQualityControlFlowChart总质量控制流程6.2Material&EquipmentsProcurementProcedure材料设备的采购程序6.3Mockups模型样板6.4ConstructionQualityControlInspectionProcedure施工质量控制验收程序6.5NCRProcedure不符合项整改程序6.6Material&EquipmentsDeliveryandstorage材料设备的进场及存放6.7InspectionandTestPlan检验、试验计划6.8FinishedProductsProtection成品保护7ConstructionQualityControlDocuments施工质量文件8SubcontractorManagement分包管理1GeneralDescription概述ThisqualitycontrolplanisusedforHeinzProjectMustangforGCandGC’ssubcontractors’constructionqualitycontrol.Tomakesureallworkcanbeperformedperproceduresandbasedondrawings,codes/standardsandClient’srequirements.本质量控制计划适用于亨氏野马项目总包及总包分包的施工质量控制,确保所有工作在遵守图纸、规范/标准、甲方的要求的基础上按程序进行。2QualityControlTarget质量控制目标2.1Complywithdesigndrawings,standard&Codes满足设计图纸、国家规范、标准的要求2.2MeetgeneralcontractandClient’srequirements满足总包合同及甲方的要求2.3FirstPassforInspectionandAcceptance争取一次性验收合格2.4Trytobuildagoodproject争创优质工程3QualityControlPrinciple质量控制原则3.1Controlbeforehappening事前控制3.1.1QualityControlContents质量控制内容Knowwellqualitycontrolskillsandcodes/standardsbeforeconstructioncommencement掌握和熟悉质量控制的技术,掌握有关技术文件规范。Inspectionsubcontractorscertificates施工队伍的资质检查。Materialandequipmentsprocurementtechnicalreviewandprocurementplanbeforepurchasing工程所需的原材料、半成品、购配件的质量控制。Inspectingtoolsandinstruments施工队伍的计量器具的检查。Inspectingconstructionmachinesandequipments施工队伍所使用机械的检查。Inspectingsubcontractor’sstaffcertificates施工队伍管理人员资质和上岗证明书的检查。Workmethodsstatementsubmittalandreviewbeforespecificworkstart单项工作开始前的施工方案的提交及审查。3.1.2Technicaldisclosure技术交底3.1.2.1Disclosureshallbedonebytheprojecttechnicaldepartmenttotheengineeringdepartment,thenbytheengineeringdepartmenttotheconstructionteamsmanagement;theengineeringdepartmentshallsuperviseforthedisclosurebythemanagementofconstructionteamstotheoperators.由项目技术部向工程部交底,工程部向施工队管理层交底,并监督施工队管理层向其操作层交底。3.1.2.2Disclosuremeetingshallbeorganizedforimportantprojectsectionsandsub-itemsbythetechnicaldepartment,andHeinz/StellarandJianlishallbeinvitedforthesolicitationoftheiropinions;ameetingminuteshallbeformedafterthoroughdiscussionofconstructionproceduresanddetailsbyallparticipants,soastobringthewholeconstructionprocessundereffectivepreemptivecontrol.重要分部分项工程由技术部组织交底会,邀请Heinz/Stellar及监理参加,并征求其意见,与会各方就有关施工工序及细节做认真讨论,并形成会议纪要,使整个施工过程处于有效的预控之中。3.1.2.3Thetechnicaldisclosureshallbecarriedoutinsuchamannerthateverymemberintheprojectmanagementandoperationunderstandtheprocessmethodsandqualityrequirementsoftheconstructionoftheprojectsection/itemswithintheirresponsibilityscope.技术交底要做到使项目所有管理层及操作层的人员明确了解分部分项工程施工中各自责任范围内的过程施工方法和质量要求。3.1.2.4Technicaldisclosureofconstructionteamsshallbesupervisedandinspectedbyprojecttechnicaldepartment,onceeveryhalfmonth,theresultsofwhichtobereportedtothetechnicalresponsibleperson.施工队技术交底由项目技术部监督检查,每半月检查一次,并将检查结果报技术负责人。3.2DynamicManagementandTracingduringProgress动态管理及过程跟踪3.2.1Processcontrolbeforecommencement开工前过程控制3.2.1.1Theprojecttechnicaldepartmentshallberesponsibleforthepreparationplanbeforecommencement,whichshallaccountforhuman,machine,materials,timelimitandotherfactors.项目技术部负责编制开工前准备计划,计划应全面考虑人、机、料及时间等因素。3.2.1.2Uponreceiptofdrawings,aninternaljointdrawingexaminationbytheengineering,qualitydepartmentsshallbeorganizedbythetechnicaldepartment,chairedbythetechnicalresponsibleperson.接到图纸后,技术部组织,由技术负责人主持,由工程部、质量部,进行图纸内部会审。3.2.1.3Practicalandfeasibleconstructionplanandqualityplanshallbepreparedinlinewiththecharacteristicsoftheconstructionstage,sectionandsub-items.根据施工阶段、分部、分项工程的特点,编制切实可行的施工方案和质量计划。3.2.2Constructionprocesscontrol施工的过程控制3.2.2.1Constructionprocesscontrol施工过程工序控制Controlconstructionprocessandtracingconstructionprogress.AndnonextworkcanstartbeforeupperworkinspectedandacceptedbyStellar/Jianli.Afterupperworkfinished,self-inspectionshouldbedonebysubcontractorsorGC,ifpasstheinspection,thenrequestStellar/Jianlitoinspect.工序把关、过程跟踪。坚持上道工序不经检查、验收不准进行下道工序的施工。上道工序完成后,先由施工单位进行自检、专职检查,验收合格后,申请Stellar/监理单位检查验收。3.2.2.2ProcessTracingChart工序过程跟踪框图:DisapproveWorkfinishedSelf-inspectionbyGC/SubcontractorCorrectionTestingFiledinspectionInspectionapplicationtoStellar/JianliStellar/JianliapprovetheworkafterinspectionDisapproveNextwork不合格工序施工完毕施工单位自检、专职检、初检返修试验室检验会同现场检验报验、Stellar会同监理单位验收Stellar/监理单位代表签署质量合格意见不合格进行下道工序3.2.2.3Responsibilityforkeyprocess(structuralexpansionjoint,waterproofing,provisionandpre-embeddingengineeringofequipmentfoundations,indoorbackfillingoffirstfloor,roofwaterproofing,toiletwaterproofing,combinationofsuspendedceilingandmechanicandelectricinstallation,externaldoorandwindowinstallationandwaterproofing,andsoon)shallbeassignedtospecificpersonsandkeyprocessshallbecontinuouslymonitoredwithrecordskept.对关键过程(结构伸缩缝及防水施工、设备基础的预留预埋施工、首层室内回填土、屋面防水、厕所间防水、吊顶与机电配合、外门窗安装及防水等),要重点落实负责人,并进行连续监控,做好记录并保存。3.2.2.4Theengi
