This paper from the technology capability ofthe product mix, the structure of the mould embarks, the pouring system, the cooling system,the ejection mechanism,the parting surface’s selection,the guding mechanism has made the detailed analysis.According to the subject, the primary mission of this subjection is the injection mould design for the drinking cup lid. That also means we must to design a injection mould to produce the drinking cup lid to realize the automation and increase the output.Aiming at the actual situation of the cup lid ( it used as packing vessel and mass production),the mould uses multicavities suitably . Its merit lies in reducing the production cost of the cup lid greatly . Through this paper we can know that this mould can achieve the quality and processing technology requirement of the drinking cup lid .
