中山大学博士学位论文快速发展时期广州城市空间结构性增长研究姓名:吕传廷申请学位级别:博士专业:人文地理学指导教师:阎小培20041101摘要摘要城市空间增长是一个社会、经济、自然要素相互作用下的复杂空间过程。城市空间增长遵循着其自身的规律。城市空间增长和格局变化取决于城市各要素空间相互作用,城市土地开发时空格局必须与城市空间增长相适应,才能持续地发展。城市空间增长的主要形态要素包括增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体,三者的结构性增长带动了城市的空间增长,从而导致城市增长和格局变化。本论文在对城市空间增长的理论分析基础之上,提出了影响城市空间增长的三种主要的形态要素:增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体,并且分析了各种形态的不同特征及重要意义。以广州为实证,具体分析了快速发展中的广州市城市空间结构性增长的三个主要因素的特征、空间布局以及三者相互作用下的广州城市空问结构性增长特征,提出了在结构性增长影响下的城市规划及管理原则,论文包括七章。第一章回顾了国内外城市空间增长研究的发展历程及研究的主要内容。提出了城市空问增长的研究中集中涉及的主要形态要素。第二章研究设计,提出了本论文的研究目标和研究框架。确定了以广州为实证研究,并且界定了研究区域的三个层面:第一层次为核心区域,包括越秀、荔湾、东山、海珠北部、芳村,为广州历史形成的老城区。第二层次为中心城区,包括越秀、荔湾、东山、天河、芳村、海珠,广州外环高速公路以内区域,面积约380kin2;第三层次为都会区,包括除第二层次中心城区区域外另增加黄埔、白云、番禺三个行政区,地域面积1434KM2;第四层次为广州市市域及其周边地区。包括南沙、花都等行政区,广州市市域内从化、增城等县级市。第三章提出了城市空间增长的结构形态要素包括增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体。增长的结构形态要素空间组织过程包括功能演替、内部结构重构与外部空间转移。城市空间增长就是在这些主要形态要素相互作用的基础上产生的。本章从理论层面具体分析了三种要素的特征、形态及其作用。◇中山太学博士学位论文快速发展时期广州城市空间结构性增长研究第四章分析了历史时期广州城市空间增长演变的过程及主要特点,重点阐述了历史时期增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体的演化特征。从空间的角度分析了历次城市总体规划的变化及增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体的具体体现。第五章分析了1980年代以来主导广州城市空间增长的增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体三种要素与广州城市空间增长演化过程。重点研究了增长核心的功能演变、内部结构及空间转移,增长轴线的形态、与土地使用的关系及未来发展的趋势;增长生态体的形态及重点生态的演化。第六章在对增长核心、增长轴线、增长生态体三方面分析的基础上,重点分析广州城市空间结构性增长的演变,建立了广州城市空间结构性增长原理并将其转化为城市空间增长管理的基础。同时分析了城市空间结构性增长的规划管理。由于中国城市的发展正处于快速发展之中,本研究基于此宏观背景,从中西方城市空间增长的理论中概括出影响城市空间增长的三个最主要的要素,以此建立城市空间结构性增长原理,再以广州为实例进行检验与验证,并试图将其应运到城市增长的规划管理中。由于广州市在整个中国城市发展中的重要地位,因此,本研究的结果在一定程度上具有较为普遍的理论及现实意义。关键词:快速发展城市空间结构性增长广州市摘要ResearchOnStructuralGrowthofGuangzhouUrbanSpaceDuringItsRapidExpansionPeriodMajor:HumanGeographyName:LvChuan-tingSuperisor:Prof.YanXiao-peAbstractUrbanspacegrowthisknownasacomplicatedspaceprocessundertheinteractionsbetweenthesocial,economicandnaturalkeyelements.Theurbanspacegmwthalwaysfollowsitsinherentlaws.Urbanspacegmwthandpatternchangearedeterminedbyspaceinteractionsbetweeneachurbankeyelement.Thespace-timestructureofurbanlanddevelopmentshallstrictlyaccommodatewiththeurbanspacegmwthandthuscanmaintainsustainabledevelopmentinlongterm.Mainessentialfactorsofconfigurationrelatedtourbanspacegmwthshallincludegrowthcore,growthaxesandgrowingecology,allofwhichhasstructurallygrownandconsequentlydriventhespaceexpansionofthecityandfinallyresultedinurbangrowthandpatterntransformation.Inmythesis1wouldbaseanalysisontheoryofurbanspacegrowth,bringforwardthreemainmodalkeyelementsi.e.growthcore,growthaxesandgrowingecologyandanalyzedifferentcharactersandregardingvitalsignificationsofvariousconfigurations.1wouldutilizeGuangzhouCityasanexampleandconcretelyanalyzecharacters,spacelayoutsandinteractionsofthreedominantfactorsthatdecidetheurbanstructuralgrowthofGuangzhou,whichhaswitnessedfastexpansioninthepastdecadeofyears.Inconclusion1wouldsubmiturbanplanningandmanagementprincipleforGuangzhou,acityundertheinfluenceofstructuralgrowth.Thisthesisshallcovertotallysevenchapters.中山大学博士学位论文快速发展时期广州城市空间结构性增长研究InChapterI1wouldreviewdevelopmentcourseandmainresearchcontentrelatedtourbanspacegrowthresearchbothathomeandabroadandsubmitmainlyinvolvedconfigurationkeyelementsrelatedtoresearchofurbanspacegrowth.InChapterⅡ1woulddeliverresearchobjectiveandframeworkofthethesisandthusthechapterisforthepurposeofresearchdesign.1wouldutilizeGuangzhoucityasthepracticalexampletoimplementmyresearchandidentifythreelevelsofdistrictsasmyresearchobjectsi.a.thecoredistrictwhichincludesYuexiu,Liwan,Dongshan,Tianhe,Fangcun,HaizhuandinteriorzonesalongtheGuangzhouOuterRingExpresswaytotallycoveringanareaofapproximately380km2:thecentralurbandistrictwhichincludessuchabove-mentioneddistrictsatthefirstIeveIandthreeadditionallyaggrandizedadministrativedistrictsasHuangpu,BaiyunandPanyucoveringatotalregionalacreageof1434km2:thethirdlevelshallincludeGuangzhoumunicipalareasandneighbodngzonesandalsocovedngtheadministrativedistrictsofNanshaandHuaduetcandsuchcounty-levelcitiesofGuangzhouasConghuaandZengchengetc.InChapterⅢ1wouldsubmitstructuralconfigurationkeyelements(i.e.growthcore,growthaxesandgrowthisolationzonethatdecideurbanspacegrowth.Thespaceorganizationprocessofthegrowingstructuralconfigurationkeyelementsshallincludefunctionalsuccession,internalstructurereconstructionandexternalspacetransferring.Theurbanspacegrowthistheresultofinteractionsbetweensuchdominantconfigurationkeyelements.Inthischapter1wouldconcretelyanalyzecharacters,configurationsandfunctionsandsuchthreekeyelementsatthetheoreticalsense.InChapterⅣ1wouldanalyzeevolvingprocessandmaincharactersofGuangzhouurbanspacegrowthineachhistoricalterms.1wouldexpatiateandemphasizeevolvingcharacteristicsofgrowthcore,growthaxesandgrowingecologyinvarioushistoricaltermsandintheviewpointofspace1wouldanalyzeallpreviouschangesofoverallurbanplanningandconcreteembodimentofgrowthcore,growthaxesand摘要growingecologyaccordingly.InChapterV1wouldanalyzethethreedominantkeyelements(i.e.growthcore,growthaxesandgrowingecologythataffecttheurbanspacegrowthofGuangzhoueversince1980sandevolvingprocessofGuangzhouurbanspacegrowth.1wouldstressandanalyzefunctionalevolutionofgrowthcore,internalstructureandspacetransferring.configurationofgrowthaxes,theinterrelationsbetweensuchkeyelementsan
