LS高弹性联轴器安装使用维护说明书TechnicalManualforTheHighlyFlexibleLSCoupling上海大华联轴器厂SHANGHAIDAHUACOUPLINGSPLANTLS型高弹性联轴器是一种扭转弹性橡胶联轴器，可以补偿相连机器轴线的径向位移、轴向位移和角向位移。用弹性元件来保证联轴器的扭转传递，并且具有各种不同的扭转刚度和阻尼系数可供选择，因而能充分地调节传动系统的扭转振动性能。LS型高弹性联轴器主要由扭转弹性部件、膜片部件、联接件及扭转限位装置组成。扭转弹性部件由多个元件组合而成，它根据结构尺寸和刚度级别的要求布置成单排和多排型。每排弹性元件又由多个扇形块组成。膜片部件是由多个呈正切方向布置的挠性杆组成。它们都是布置在弹性部件的后端，并允许承受轴向位移。扭转限位装置是当弹性部件破坏的瞬间，防止联接机器的断开，这时就变成扭转刚度联接。ThehighlyflexibleLScouplingisatorsionallyflexiblerubbercouplingthatcompensatesredical,axialandangularshaftdisplacementsoftheconnectedmachinery.Thetorqueistransmittedbyflexibleelements.Andthedifferenttorsionalstiffnessanddampingfactorsavailableprovidedthepossibilitytosatisfactorilytunethetorsionalvibrationbehaviourofthedrivesystem.ThemainpartsoftheLScouplingare:thetorsionallyflexiblepart,themembraneparttheconnectingpartsandthetorsionallimitdevice.Thetorsionallyflexiblepartconsistsofelements,whichcanbearrangedinonerowormorerowsrespectively,dependentonthecouplingsizeandthestiffnesslevel.Theflexibleelementsaredividedintoseveralsegments.Themembranepartconsistsofanumberofflexiblelinkswhgicharearrangedtangential.Theyarearrangedbehiandtheflexiblepartandpermitaxialdisplacement.Thetorsionallimitdevicewillatthemomentoffailureoftheflexibleelements,preventseparationoftheconnectedmacinery.Theconnectionwillthenbetorsionallyrigid.1连接盘、扭转限位装置2挠性杆座3轴套4挠性杆5LS弹性元件disassembyringflangedcasinghubflexiblelinkLSelement弹性元件是用耐热橡胶制造的，允许使用环境温度-45℃～+70℃，同时要防止联轴器橡胶部分永不受油和热辐射的影响，为使使用寿命长，应注意足够的通风口孔。如果联轴器在运行期间没有超过提供的技术数据，则联轴器不需要维修。联轴器安装及对中每个参与扭矩传递的螺栓必须用扭力扳手紧固，并满足紧固力矩的要求。紧固力矩见下表。Theflexibleelementsaremadefromheat-resistantrubber,theadmissibleambilenttemperaturesrangefrom–45to+70℃.Meanwhile,therubberpartsshouldneverbeaffectedbyoilandheatradiationwithrespecttoalonglifetime,considerationshouldbegiventosufficentlylargeventilationholes.Thecouplingdoesnotneedanymaintenanceifitneverhappenedtoexceedtheprovidedtechnicaldataduringitsoperation.TheInstallation＆AlignmentofLSCouplingEverybolt,whichactsasapartoftorquetransmiting,mustbetightenedbytorsionalforcespanner.Therequirementsoftighteningtorque,asshowninfollowingtable,shouldbesatisfactory.螺栓规格预紧力Pre-tensionForce(N)拧紧力矩TighteningTorque(Nm)8.810.912.98.810.912.9M43900550066003.14.45.2M564009000108006.28.710.5M69000127001520010.51517.5M8165002320028000253643M10265003700044500507084M1238500540006500086121145M14530007400089000135195230M1673000102000123000215300360M1888000124000148000290410490M20113000160000192000410580700M22142000199000239000560790950M2416400023000027500071010001200M27215000300000365000105014501750M30260000370000440000140020002400联轴器主动端、从动端的对中，对中方式参见下图。ThedrivingendandthedrivenendofLScouplingshouldbealignedasshowninfollowingfigure.对中允许误差见下表：Thepermissiblealignmenttolerarfollowingtable联轴器型号Size径向对中允差±mmRadical轴向对中允差±mmAxial角向对中允差±mmAngularLS1210～23200.350.500.35LS2510～31200.500.600.50LS3310～70200.600.700.60弹性联轴器弹性元件元件检验弹性联轴器装机运行100小时后，应对弹性元件进行第一次检查，然后每2000小时或6个月检查一次。装机运行9000时或10年后，应进行弹性元件更换。在检查时发现弹性元件有裂痕或有其它损坏现象应立即拆卸弹性元件。ExaminationforFlexibleElementsofLSCouplingThefirstcheckshouldbedonetotheflexibleelementsafterLScoupling’sinstallationand100hoursoperatingtime.Afterthat,thecheckshouldbedoneevery2000hoursoperationor6months.Theflexibleelementsshouldbereplaced10yearslatersincetheirinstallationorafter9000hoursoperation.Ifcracksorotherfailuresabouttheflexibleelelmentsarefoundwhilechecking,theyshouldbedismantledandchangedimmediately.弹性联轴器贮存暂不装机使用的弹性联轴器应保存在通风良好的仓库中，并要求避免太阳光直接照射，离发光源一米外，避免油类及碱性物的粘染，并处于自然状态。在正确保管条件下，库存期为2年。StockofLSCouplingTheLScoupling,whichisnotusedforthetimebeing,shouldbekeptinstorehousewithgoodventilationcondition.Anditshouldbepreventedfrombeingirradiatedwithsunlightdirectlyandawayfromlightsource1meter.Also,itshouldavoidbeinginflectedwithoilandalkealinematerials,andbeinnaturestate.Thestockperiodis2yearswiththenormalstorecondition.
