统计分析流程统计分析流程1.统计BER、IOI、PathBalance、RF_LOSS_TCH分析可能存在的硬件问题,用以提供TroubleShooting基站。一般每个时隙BER1.6(RXQUAL=4,反映下行干扰)时,即下行链路存在质量问题,则TCH为怀疑对象。若IOI10(反映上行干扰)也存在问题,则Freq可能需要重新规划。一般来说,如果干扰来自GSM系统,则INTF_ON_IDLE和BER值都会异常;若来自非GSM系统,则两者之一或全部均可能异常;如果IOI30一般存在硬件问题;若基站过覆盖,则其BER值可能正常而INTF_ON_IDLE值不正常PathBalance=ul_path_loss–dl_path_loss+110.一般在100-120间。若120则接受通路可能有问题,若100则发射通路有问题。建议:检查硬件,重新调测;改频点或重新频率规划;排除外界干扰。另外还应注意告警信息。2.下面将呼叫建立流程中由于各种因素引起的不成功(电话难打)而引发的各项统计,①BTS收到MS在RACH上发出的呼叫请求,但呼叫建立的原因未被证实,由此产生的统计为INV_EST_CAUSE_ON_RACH(位于RSSAbis)。②MS请求分配SDCCH,但由于SDCCH拥塞,BTS发出一条Immediateassignreject消息给手机,分配失败。相关的统计项为ALLOC_SDCCH_FAIL(位于CRM)、CHAN_REQ_MS_BLK(位于RSS)。SDCCHBLOCKINGRATE(%)=ALLOC_SDCCH_FAIL/(ALLOC_SDCCH+ALLOC_SDCCH_FAIL)*100③MS请求分配SDCCH,BTS通过AGCH给手机指配了SDCCH,但在规定的时间内没有得到响应(超时失败)。统计项为CHAN_REQ_MS_FAIL(位于RRSM),对应的计时器为rr_t3101。SDCCHAccessfailureRate(%)=chan_req_ms_fail/(ok_acc_proc_suc_rach-inv_est_cause_on_rach-chan_req_ms_blk)*100④BSC向MSC发出建立呼叫的请求,MSC向BSC回送一条SCCP连接拒绝消息,这种情况统计在CONN_REFUSED(位于SSM)中,若该项数据值过大,表明BSC和MSC之间的信令配合有问题。(注意有些交换机在LocationUpdate、呼叫重建失败、IMSIDETACH时也向BSS端发CREF消息,而由BSS统计在CONN_REFUSED中。)⑤BSC向MSC发出建立呼叫的请求得到证实后,MSC向BSS发一要求分配TCH消息,但由于资源不足而失败。统计在ALLOC_TCH_FAIL(位于CRM)和MA_CMD_TO_MS_BLKD(位于RRSM,还包括Intra_cell切换阻塞的情况)中。Tchblockingrate=alloc_tch_fail/(alloc_tch_fail+alloc_tch)*100⑥BSC通过SDCCH向MS发出一条分配TCH的消息,MS在SDCCH上回送一分配失败消息,BSC再把该消息送到MSC,呼叫建立失败。相关的统计为MA_FAIL_FROM_MS(位于RRSM,还包括Intra_cell切换失败的情况)。此种情况可由下列原因引起:BTS的无线信号覆盖问题;频率干扰;功率控制设置不当等。其中前三种就是未建立SDCCH的情况,与呼叫建立成功率的计算无关。Thefollowingnotesrefertothecallsetupandhandovermatrix:OK_ACC_PROC_SUC_RACHmaybe,butisnotnecessarilyequaltoALLOC_SDCCHbecausetheyarepeggedbydifferentprocessesandfilteringtakesplacebetweenthetwopegs.ALLOC_SDCCHispeggedatthetargetcellforSDCCHHandovers.IfOK_ACC_PROC_SUC_RACHislessthanALLOC_SDCCH,someoftheALLOC_SDCCHpegsareduetoSDCCHHandoversintothecell.AndifALLOC_SDCCHislessthanOK_ACC_PROC_SUC_RACH,someoftheRACHshavebeenfilteredbetweenthetwopegs.CHAN_REQ_MS_BLKmaybe,butisnotnecessarilyequaltoALLOC_SDCCH_FAIL.ALLOC_SDCCH_FAILispeggedforImmediateAssignmentandalsoforSDCCHHandovers.CHAN_REQ_MS_BLKisonlypeggedforImmediateAssignment.CHAN_REQ_MS_BLKandALLOC_SDCCH_FAILonlypegonSDCCHblocking.Thetotalfaileddroppedcallsisgivenby:(OUT_INTER_BSS_HO[OUT_INTER_BSS_HO_ATMPT]-)(OUT_INTER_BSS_HO[OUT_INTER_BSS_HO_SUC]-)(OUT_INTER_BSS_HO[OUT_INTER_BSS_HO_LOST_MS])ThestatisticHO_REQ_MSC_FAILcoversallcasesexceptforblocking(noresourcesavailable).AphantomRACHorbadlyformed(invalid)channelrequestwasdetected,sonoresourcewasallocatedandthecallset-upprocedureended.3.若CallSetupSuccessRate低可依次检查以下统计:Note:CONGEST_ASSIGN_HO_SUCispeggedatsourcecell。100%*N_SDCCHSMS_INIT_OPONSE]C[PAGE_RESOK_ACC_PROABLISH]C[CM_REESTOK_ACC_PROREQ_SMS]C[CM_SERV_OK_ACC_PROREQ_EMERG]C[CM_SERV_OK_ACC_PROREQ_CALL]C[CM_SERV_OK_ACC_PROCSIGN_HO_SUCONGEST_ASSTOTAL_CALLRateSuccessSetupCall1)ASSIGN_FAILURE_RATE_LOST(TCH分配失败丢失率)TCH分配没有成功(MA_COMPLETE_TO_MSC),没有发回失败消息(MA_FAIL_FROM_MS),而是超时丢失了。ASSIGN_FAILURE_RATE_LOST(%)=%100*_TO_MS)SUM(MA_CMDOM_MS)MA_FAIL_FR-E_TO_MSCMA_COMPLET-C]CELL_HO_SU_HO[INTRA_INTRA_CELL-_TO_MSSUM(MA_CMD2)TCH分配失败率TCHASSIGN_FAILURE_RATE(%)=%100*_TO_MS)SUM(MA_CMDL_FROM_MS)SUM(MA_FAI3)TCH拥塞率Tchblockingrate=alloc_tch_fail/(alloc_tch_fail+alloc_tch)*1004)SD_RF_LOSS成功分配SDCCH,但是在使用SDCCH过程中掉话。OK_ACC_PROC已经计数。4.若SDCCH拥塞,而TCH未见拥塞,可统计OK_ACC_PROC[LOCIATIAON_UPDIATE](位置更新)是否太高。5.若DropCallRate偏高应分别考虑SDCCHLoss(SDCCH_LOSS_RATE)及TCHLoss(TCH_LOSS_RATE)。(MOTOROLADropCallRate只考虑TCH掉话).TCHLoss又包括射频丢失率(TCH_RF_LOSS_RATE)和切换丢失率组成的(HO_LOSS_RATE),如下所示(以小区统计为例):100%*SS_HO_SUCIN_INTER_BSS_HO_SUCIN_INTRA_BSTOTAL_CALLAREDBSS_HO_CLEOUT_INTER_TMSBSS_HO_LOSOUT_INTRA__HO_LOSTMSINTRA_CELLTCHRF_LOSSES_RateCallDropLevelCellNote:DirectedRetrywillpegtheIN_INTER_BSS_HO_SUCorIN_INTRA_BSS_HO_SUC.100%*SS_HO_SUCIN_INTER_BSTOTAL_CALLAREDBSS_HO_CLEOUT_INTER_TMSBSS_HO_LOSOUT_INTRA__HO_LOSTMSINTRA_CELLTCHRF_LOSSES_RateCallDropLevelBSS100%*STOTAL_CALLAREDBSS_HO_CLEOUT_INTER_TMSBSS_HO_LOSOUT_INTRA__HO_LOSTMSINTRA_CELLTCHRF_LOSSES_RateCallDropLevelSystemSDCCHRFLOSSRATE公式为100%*COK_ACC_PROSDRF_LOSSES_RateLossRFSDCCH若是GCLKShift引起的问题可从intra_bss_ho、inter_bss_ho反映出来。过低的切换速度会导致射频丢失(TchRFLoss),过快的切换速度会导致切换失败甚至是切换掉话。如一般GCLKPHASELOCKLOST,可以用reattempt_plsite#0人工锁相,如果不行的话,就要检查传输和基站时钟(时钟校准)。呼叫处理阶梯图ConnectionestablishmentSuccessful(mobileoriginated)Figure1-1showsasuccessfulmobilegeneratedconnectionestablishment.Figure1-1ConnectionestablishmentsuccessfulFailureFigure1-2showsaconnectionestablishmentfailure:Figure1-2ConnectionestablishmentfailureImmediateassignmentblockedFigure1-3showsanimmediateassignmentblocked:Figure1-3ImmediateassignmentblockedImmediateassignmentfailureFigure1-4showsanimmediateassignmentfailure:Figure1-4ImmediateassignmentfailureSuccessfulmobileterminatedcallFigure1-5showsaconnectionestablishment(mobileterminatedcall)successful.Figure1-5Connectionestablishment(mobileterminatedcall)successfulPagingSuccessRate(%)=OK_ACC_PROC(PAGING_RESPONSE)/PAGING_REQ_FROM_MSC*100如果一个BSC有多个LAC,则先统计小区的PagingSuccessRate后,按照同一LAC相加即的这个LAC的寻呼成功率(PagingS
