北京科技大学硕士学位论文-1-摘要20世纪80年代,中国培训行业开始起步,而中国培训市场的真正启动则开始于20世纪90年代。随着人们对人力资本认识的逐步加深,职业培训也随之进入了新的阶段。从此,职业培训问题从原来的边缘地带,逐步进入到“大教育”的核心层面,并成为整个国民教育体系和终身教育体系的重要组成部分。民办培训作为职业培训中的一个重要组成部分,已经发展成为中国职业教育体系中的重要成员。作为民办培训的重要载体,我国民办培训机构正处于发展的战略机遇期,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。本文对我国民办培训机构做了以下几方面的研究,(一)应用了人力资源开发理论、终身教育理论和学习型社会理论分析了我国培训机构存在的必要性和重要性,并用波特的竞争理论进一步分析了我国当前民办培训机构面临的机遇和挑战。(二)运用历史发展的观点研究分析了我国民办培训机构的发展历程和现状。(三)运用SWOT分析技术对我国民办培训机构的发展进行战略分析,分析了其内部条件优势和劣势同在,其外部环境机会和威胁共存。(四)详细分析并实证研究了新东方的经营战略、管理模式等,从而总结出一些基本的规律,以期能探索建立指导我国民办培训机构发展的战略管理模式。针对上述研究提出了我国民办培训机构发展的战略对策:(一)主观上讲,民办培训机构应该把培训作为一项全程服务,从前期的市场调研,到后期的评估反馈,特别是对培训案例的研究应该予以重视。同时民办培训机构也要加强自身的人员队伍建设,完善机构的一系列管理制度等。(二)客观上讲,政府应加强对民办培训机构的政策支持、法律支持,最终达到民办培训机构和社会整体发展的良性循环。关键词:职业培训,民办培训机构,发展,战略北京科技大学硕士学位论文-2-AstudyonthedevelopmentstrategyofChinesenon-governmentalvocationaltraininginstitutesAbstract1980's,Chinatrainindustrytobegintobreaktheice,butthatrealnessthatChinatrainsamarketplacegetsitingearistostartfrom1990's.Withthefactthatpeopleisdeepenedbytoknowsuccessivestepsofhumancapital,occupationtrainsalsobeingthatuptohaveenteredthenewstage,Herefrom,occupationtrainsaproblemtocomplywiththeoriginalborderzone,entersthecorefacearrivingatbigeducationstepbystep.andbecomesentirepopulareducationsystemandthesystemoflife-longeducationimportantcomponent.Aimportantcomponentintrainingactiontotrainforakindofworkisrunbythelocalpeople,alreadyisdevelopsimportantmemberinbecomingChinesevocationaleducationsystem,Astheimportantcarriertrainingbeingrunbythelocalpeople,ourcountrytheausterechallengebeingtrainingorganizationtobeinthestrategyopportunityscheduledtimedeveloping,beingconfrontedwithatthesametimealsoisrunbythelocalpeople.First,themainbodyofabookresearchinseveralaspectstrainingorganizationtohavemadethefollowingarerunbythelocalpeopletoourcountry:(One)hasapplieddevelopmentofhumanresourcestheory,ourcountrywhohaseducatedtheoryandlearningsocietytheoreticalanalysisallself'slifehastrainednecessityandsignificancethereexistinginorganization,andanalysedfurtherwithPorter'scompetitiontheorycurrentlycivilian-runourcountrytrainingopportunityfacingtheorganizationandchallenge,(Two)appliestheviewpointthathistorydevelopstostudyanalyticalourcountrythesumcurrentsituationtrainingdevelopmentoforganizationcourseisrunbythelocalpeople,(Three)applySWOTtoanalyseatechnologytheanalysistrainingdevelopmentoforganizationthestrategybeinginprogressbeingrunbythelocalpeopletoourcountry,reachwhoseinsideconditionadvantageandinferiorpositiontherebyandcoexistinwhoseoutsideenvironmentchanceandthethreat,(Four)comparativeanalysisanddemonstrationhavestudiedafewsuccessfularerunbythelocalpeopletrainorganization,managingapatternandsoon,havesummedupoutafewfundamentallawsthereby,havebuilttheStrategicManagementpatternguidingourcountrytotrainforakindofworkorganizationdevelopingberunbythelocalpeopletolookforwardtobeingabletoprobe.北京科技大学硕士学位论文-3-Secondly,thecountermeasuretrainingorganizationthestrategydevelopingisrunbythelocalpeoplespecificallyforassaidornarratedabove,studyingresult,reachingourcountry:(One)talksonsubjectivity,civilian-runtrainingorganizationoughttoservethewholejourneytrainingactionone,frommarketresearchtheearlierstageto,laterstageestimatingcouplesback,oughttoespeciallytotheresearchtrainingcase'stakeseriously,Theteambuildsthepersonnelthatatthesametimecivilian-runtrainingorganizationalsoaskstoreinforceoneself,aseriesofmanagementsystemperfectingorganizationwaits,(Two)talksontheobjective,thegovernmentshouldreinforcethesupporttrainingtheorganizationpolicysupport,lawtobeingrunbythelocalpeople,reachthevirtuouscircletheentiretytrainingorganizationandsocietybeingrunbythelocalpeopledevelopingultimately,primalproblemneedingtosolveinbeingputintoeffectinstrategyhas,Deployresourcerationally,keeptheframeworkoforganizationandthestrategymatching,perfecttheatmospherestimulatingmechanism,buildingtheculturesupportingstrategyandbuildstrategymanagerialcontrolsystem.KeyWords:vocationaltraining,non-governmentaltraininginstitutes,development,strategy北京科技大学硕士学位论文-1-目录摘要..................................................................................................................................1Abstract.....................................................................................................................................21绪论.......................................................................................................................................11.1问题的提出...............................................................................................................11.2研究内容与研究意义...............................................................................................11.2.1研究内容.........................................................................................................11.2.2研究意义.........................................................................................................21.3研究方法和创新点、难点......................................................................................21.3.1研究方法....................................................
