1/24浙江富豪特电器工具有限公司工厂管理制度总纲2/24第一条生产纪律1、遵守企业考勤制度。2、生产过程中必须严格按流程生产,勤俭节约,杜绝浪费。3、爱惜生产设备、原材料和各种包装材料,严禁损坏。4、服从主管的安排,及时作业,保证按时、按质、按量完成生产任务。5、按照要求穿制服上班。6、严禁私自外出,有事必须向生产主管请假。7、保持车间环境卫生,不准在车间乱扔杂物,禁止随地吐痰,每次生产任务完成后要将地面清扫干净。8、当产品出现不良时应立即停工并上报,查找原因后方可继续生产。第二条操作规程1、正确使用生产设备,严格按操作规程进行,非相关人员严禁乱动生产设备。2、生产过程中的设备要按使用说明正确操作使用,注意防火、防爆、防毒。3、严格按照设备的使用说明进行生产,严禁因抢时间而影响产品质量。第三条产品质量1、必须树立“质量第一、用户至上”的经营理念,保证产品质量。2、注意生产过程中的细小环节,力求产品做到细节完美。3、检查产品的标签、名称、生产日期、做到万无一失。3/244、文明装卸货物,堆码合理。第四条安全生产1、生产过程中注意防火、防爆、防毒。2、严格按照设备使用说明操作,防止出现伤亡。3、注意搬运机械的操作,防止压伤、撞伤。4、正确使用带电设备及电气开关,防止遭受电击。5、易燃、易爆物品应单独堆放,并树立醒目标志。6、原材料、包装物、零小的设备应布局合理,堆放整齐。第五条设备管理与维修1、大宗设备应有专人负责。2、所有设备应定期保养,每日检查。3、制订完善的设备维修及保养计划,并做好维修保养记录。安全生产管理规定第一条为加强本公司生产工作的劳动保护、改善劳动条件,保护劳动者在生产过程中的安全和健康,促进本企业事业的发展,根据有关劳动保护的法令、法规等有关规定,结合本公司的实际情况特制定本规定。第二条本公司的安全生产工作必须贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,要坚持“管生产必须管安全”的原则,生产要服从安全的需要,实现安全生产和文明生产。第三条对在安全生产方面有突出贡献的团体和个人要给予奖励,对违反安全生产制度和操作规程造成事故的责任者,要给予严4/24肃处理,触及法律的,交由司法机关论处。第四条安全生产主要责任人的划分:厂长是本部门安全生产的第一责任人,各组小组长是安全生产的现场负责人。小组长安全职责:1、对本班组安全生产和职工人身安全、健康负责。2、发现事故苗头和事故隐患及时处理和上报。3、认真贯彻执行安全规章制度,严格执行操作规程。4、发生事故立即报告,并采取积极有效措施,制止事故扩大,组织职工分析事故原因。5、对从事有明显危险或严重违反操作规程的职工有权停止操作,并安排好岗位操作人员,报告领导。6、有权制止安全考核不合格职工独立操作。7、负责本班组的机动设备、安全防护装置、防火设施的维护保养,使其保持良好状态。8、负责坚持定期召开班组会议,并认真做好记录。9、督促检查本班组人员劳保用品和各种防护器材的按规定领取和正确使用。工人的安全职责:1、认真学习上级有关安全生产的指示,规定和安全规程,熟练掌握本岗位操作规程。2、上岗操作时必须按规定穿戴好劳动保护用品,正确使用和妥善保管各种防护用品。5/243、上班要集中精力搞好安全生产,平稳操作,严格遵守劳动纪律和工艺纪律,认真做好各种纪录,不得串岗、脱岗、严禁在岗位上睡觉、打闹和做其它违反纪律的事情,对他人违章操作加以劝阻和制止。4、认真执行岗位责任制,有权拒绝一切违章作业指令,并立即越级向上级汇报。5、积极参加安全活动,提出有关安全生产的合理化建议。奖励与处罚规定一、对下列表现之一的员工,应当给予奖励:1、遵纪守法,执行公司规章制度,思想进步,文明礼貌,团结互助,事迹突出。2、一贯忠于职守、积极负责,廉洁奉公,全年无出现事故。3、完成计划指标,经济效益良好。4、积极向公司提出合理化建议,为公司采纳。5、无缺勤,积极做好本职工作。6、维护公司利益,为公司争得荣誉,防止或挽救事故与经济损失有功。7、维护财经纪律,抵制歪风邪气,事迹突出。8、节约资金,节俭费用,事迹突出。9、领导有方,带领员工良好完成各项任务。10、其他对公司作出贡献,应当给予奖励的。二、员工有下列行为之一,经批评教育不改的,视情节轻重,分6/24别给予扣除一定时期的奖金、扣除部分工资、警告、记过、降级、辞退、开除等处分:1、违反国家法规、法律、政策和公司规章制度,造成经济损失或不良影响的。2、违反劳动法规,经常迟到、早退、旷工、消极怠工,没完成生产任务或工作任务的。3、不服从工作安排和调动、指挥,或无理取闹,影响生产秩序、工作秩序的。4、拒不执行总经理、经理或部门领导决定的,干扰工作的。5、工作不负责,损坏设备、工具,浪费原材料、能源,造成经济损失的。6、玩忽职守,违章操作或违章指挥,造成事故或经济损失的。7、滥用职权,违反财经纪律,挥霍浪费公司资财,损公肥私,造成经济损失的。8、贪污、盗窃、行贿受贿、敲诈勒索、赌博、流氓、斗殴,尚未达到刑事处分的。9、挑动是非,破坏团结,损害他人名誉或领导威信,影响恶劣的。10、散布谣言,损害公司声誉或影响稳定的。11、有其他违章违纪行为,董事会或总经理应予以处罚的。员工有上述行为,情节严重,触犯刑律的,提交司法部门依法处理。7/24规章制度目录前言·········································································································································8第一章总则·························································································································8第二章员工守则····················································································································8第三章员工薪酬制度············································································································10第四章安全生产管理制度····································································································10第五章人事制度····················································································································11第一节员工的招聘······························································································11第二节员工的录用······························································································11第三节员工证件办理··························································································12第四节员工培训··································································································12第五节人员调动·····································································································12第六节考勤打卡规则··························································································12第七节请假规则··································································································13第八节员工投诉规则··························································································13第九节奖励种类··································································································13第十节惩罚种类··································································································14第十一节辞工制度······························································································14第十二节解除劳动关系条款··············································································14第十三节奖惩处理程序······················································································15第十四节厂服管理规定······················································································15第十五节员工福利待遇······················································································16第十六节优秀员工评比······················································································16第十七节保险制度······························································································17第六章车间管理制度············································································································17第七章质量管理政策············································································································18第一节质量方针及目标:··········································································
