中南民族大学硕士学位论文电子商务环境下的供应链管理姓名:李萌申请学位级别:硕士专业:@指导教师:余序洲20050101I2080,,,,,,,,,,,2090,InternetInternet/IntranetInternetIIERPCRMERPIIIAbstractSince1980s,enormouschangeshavetakenplaceintheenvironmentofthemarketplace.Thedemandsofthecustomerstendtobediversifiedandindividualized,anduncertaintyincreases.Whattheenterprisesfaceisanunpredictablebuyers-orientedmarketoftenthousandchangesinthetwinklingofaneye.Thetendencyoftheeconomicglobalizationbecomesincreasinglyobvious,whichnotonlybringstheopportunitiesbutalsoheatsthecompetition.Enterprisesbegintoconcentrateonthecoreability,putthelimitedresourceinthebusinessactivitiesthattheyareexpertin,whilediscardingtheoperatingmodethattheymanagedeverythingincludingdesigning,producingandmarketing,andsetuppartnershipswithsuppliersanddistributorsallovertheworldonthebasisofmutualism.Forthisreason,scmbecamethehitoftheresearchandpracticesince1990s.Supplychainmanagementsuitsthepresentcomplexandchangeablecompetitionenvironment,soitgraduallyascendstoanewmanagingmodefromakindofmanagingtechnique.Thecompetitionsofthemarketarenotthecompetitionsbetweenenterprises,butthatbetweenonescmofagroupofenterprisesandanother.Internetande-businesshavechangedthemanagingmodeoftheenterprisesandthebusinessoperatingmodeoftheworldeconomyandpromotedthegreatadjustmentofglobalizedeconomyandindustrialstructure.Everydayselling,informationdistribution,andthesource’supplyoftheenterprisescanbeexchangedviatheinternet.Worldeconomyhasenteredtheneweraofinterneteconomy.Supplychaintodayhaslongdevelopedfromsinglecorrespondingrelationshipoftherawmaterialsandthebuying&sellingoftheproductstoa“supplyingcommunity”composedofmanymerchantsincludingmanufacturers,suppliersoftherawmaterials,andretailersetc.ThestructureofSupplychainbecomesmoreinternetized,andtherelationshipsoftheSupplychainmembersmorecomplicated,whichmaketheSupplychainmanagementmoredifficult.Underthecircumstanceofglobaleconomy,thedevelopmentofe-businessbringsnewopportunitiestosupplychainmanagement,anditintegratesthecurrencyofmaterials,funds,andinformationbynetworktechniques,sothatitcanconnectstoclients,employees,suppliers,andagencyallovertheworlddirectly,dominatingamorecompetitiveposition.E-businessenablestheenterprisestodealwiththebusinessflexiblyanddeliverthegoodsquickly,andithelpsthemtooptimizetheirinnerrunningIVprocessandpushtheirgoodsandservicesforwardthemarketinamorefastandconvenientmanner.Supplychainmanagement’sdevelopmenttointernet-basednetworkoneenablesthemanufacturers,distributers,andsupplierstoberegulatedandcoordinatedjointlysoastoadapttothechangeablemarketandreachtheefficientandintegratedSupplychain.Itisallduetothesupportoftheinformationtechnologiestosupplyimplementationofmanagementofthechainandconcreteoperation,anditcandispeltheinformation-baseddetachedislandofdifferentshapebetweenenterprisestomanagethesupplychainwithine-business,integratethebusinesscourseseparatedinthepastthroughInternetande-businesstechnology,coverfromsuppliertothecustomer,setupinformationsharingandbusinessofsteppingenterprisestointegrate,enableenterprisestocombineandoptimizesocialresourceswhichutilizeeachsidebetter,shareandoccupymoremarketchances,creategreatervalueforenterprise.Asonebrand-newmanagementthought,supplychainmanagementemphasizescooperationandcoordinationofthechainofeverynodalenterprise,establishstrategicpartnership,reachoveralltrendsoptimumgoaltogoontostanduptointegrateorganicsupplychainandenterpriseexternalsupplychainofenterprise,realizethepurposesoftwo-winormulti-winfinally.Itisabrand-newsubjecttostudythesupplychainmanagementundertheenvironmentofe-business.Thistextwilldiscusse-business’sinfluencetosupplychainmanagementsystematically,includingsupplychainmanagementandthechangeofthetheoryofitine-businessenvironment,andputforwardtheintactsupplychainmanagementsystemstructureine-businessenvironment.Supplyingchainmanagementandmergerofe-commerce,thegoalismakingandissuppliedwiththeinformationsharingamongmembersofthechain,isitsupplywithmanufacturer,seller,supplier,chainofactivity,etc.cancarryonunifiedcoordinationandplantomake,demandthatIsraelshouldbechangeabletothemarket.Andshouldreachandshare,supplyingnodalenterprisesofchainshouldcarryontheinformation-basedtransformationfirst,andallmembersneedacommoninformationexchangeplatform,astothis,thistexthasproposedtheschemeofcombiningERP,CRMandsupplychainsystem,anddiscussedthatstructuresthecommonmodeofmanagingplatformofsupplychain.Thesurveyatfirstofthesissuppliestheresearchofmanagementofthechainandusesthecurrentsituation,hasanalysede-businessandrelationofSupplyingchainVmanagement.Chaptertwoanalysetheconceptofe-commerceandimpactonbusinessadministration.Chapterthreediscussindetailthesupplychainmanagementtheory,andthedevelopmenttrendundertheenvironmentofe-business.Chapterfourreaserchtheideaofcombininge-businessandsupplychainmanagementindetail,includingcombiningenterprise'soriginalsystem(CRM,ERP,etc.)andsupplyingchainsystem,Analysethesetting-upofsupplychainplatforminangleofCollaborativeCommercefinally.AndexpoundfurtherwiththecaseofChineseenterprise’smod
