爱方城项目屋面工程施工方案编制人:审核人:审批人:北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司2012年3月29日目录一、编制依据···························································································11.1.施工图纸及施工组织设计································································1北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司11.2.标准、规范、规程及其他···································································2二、施工部位的工程概况···········································································22.1.建筑与结构设计概况·········································································22.2.施工特点、重点与难点········································································3三、施工准备···························································································33.1.技术准备··························································································33.2.材料及机具准备·················································································3四、施工安排···························································································44.1施工顺序安排····················································································44.2人员安排···························································································4五、主要施工方法及工艺···········································································45.1工艺流程···························································································45.2作业条件···························································································45.3找坡层施工························································································45.4保温层施工························································································55.5找平层施工························································································65.6防水层施工························································································75.7防水保护层施工·················································································115.8屋面细部做法···················································································12六、质量标准·························································································156.1主控项目·························································································156.2一般项目·························································································156.3允许偏差项目···················································································16七、成品保护·························································································16八、安全、环保措施················································································178.1安全要求·························································································178.2环保要求·························································································17一、编制依据1.1.施工图纸及施工组织设计北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司2施工图纸爱方城项目1-3#及地下车库工程施工图纸施工组织设计《爱方城项目1-3#及地下车库工程施工组织设计》1.2.标准、规范、规程及其他序号施工规范、规程名称编号1《屋面工程质量验收规范》GB50207-20022《建筑工程施工工艺标准》DBJ14-032-20043《屋面防水工程施工及验收规范》GBJ207-834《工程做法》05J15《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-20016《屋面工程技术规范》GB50345-20047《高聚物改性沥青卷材屋面防水层施工工艺标准》GY1005-1996二、施工部位的工程概况2.1.建筑与结构设计概况本工程屋面包括1#-3#平屋面、坡屋面。屋面保温层选用80mm厚B1级石墨聚苯板,防水等级二级,防水材料采用高聚物改性沥青防水卷材。屋面排水采取有组织排水方式。主要分为上人屋面和不上人屋面,主要施工做法如下:不上人屋面面层涂料保护层40厚细石混凝土,加钢丝网片防水层3+3厚SBS高聚物改性沥青防水卷材(聚酯胎)找平层20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平,砂浆中掺聚丙乙烯或锦纶-6纤维0.75-0.90kg/m³保温层80厚B1级石墨聚苯板找平层20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平,砂浆中掺聚丙乙烯或锦纶-6纤维0.75-0.90kg/m³结构层钢筋混凝土屋面板上人屋面北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司3面层面砖保护层40厚细石混凝土,加钢丝网片防水层3+3厚SBS高聚物改性沥青防水卷材(聚酯胎)找平层20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平,砂浆中掺聚丙乙烯或锦纶-6纤维0.75-0.90kg/m³保温层80厚B1级石墨聚苯板找坡层1:8水泥膨胀珍珠岩找2%坡,最薄处20mm厚结构层钢筋混凝土屋面板2.2.施工特点、重点与难点2.2.1本工程于2011年12月初主体结构封顶,屋面工程施工在主体结构验收通过后开始,定于2012年4月初开始施工。2.2.2施工时应注意屋面坡度及坡向,以免影响屋面排水效果。2.2.3基层与突出屋面结构(女儿墙、墙、天沟、排风道出屋面口等)的转角处,均先用水泥砂浆做成圆弧,再将柔性防水向上翘起规范规定高度。三、施工准备3.1.技术准备3.1.1技术人员应对设计图纸进行认真的审核,明确各部位的节点做法,如发现图纸中有不明确事项,在施工前向设计人员提出,由设计人员进行确定。3.1.2根据工程的特点、质量要求、工期要求、现场要求等,制定出详细的屋面工程施工方案,进行合理的施工安排,确保质量、进度、成本、现场等各项指标的顺利实现。3.1.3施工前向施工队进行详细的交底,使其明确各部位的施工做法、操作工艺、施工要求等。3.2.材料及机具准备本工程屋面分项工程各主要材料用量如下:主要材料工程量统计表序号名称规格主要技术要求数量备注1石墨聚苯板80mm厚B1级1800m3保温层2SBS防水卷材3mm聚酯胎4000m2防水层3手推车10辆材料运输4搅拌机2台砂浆搅拌北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司4四、施工安排4.1施工顺序安排根据施工现场情况,按照由上向下施工的顺序进行屋面作业。具体如下:电梯机房屋面→顶层坡屋面→平屋面4.2人员安排4.2.1装修队伍:负责保温层、找坡层、找平层、防水保护层、屋面砖铺贴的施工。4.2.2防水队伍:负责防水施工以及蓄水试验。4.2.3施工工期计划:屋面施工根据实体施工进度进行,找坡材料必须提前一周进场,其余各种材料按施工进度分别进场,屋面施工计划于主体结构验收完成后开始施工,即4月初开始进行施工。五、主要施工方法及工艺5.1工艺流程施工准备→基层处理及出屋面管根等处理→找坡层及找平层施工→保温层施工→找平层施工→防水层施工→保护层施工→面层施工5.2作业条件5.2.1顶层结构施工完,现浇女儿墙已浇筑完毕。屋面杂物处理完毕。5.2.2水电管出屋面部分、烟风道、透气管道已施工完毕。5.2.3穿结构的管根用膨胀细石混凝土塞堵密实。5.2.4提前对进场的各种材料进行复试和有见证取样。5.3找坡层施工5.3.1施工准备:5.3.1.1水泥:32.5号矿渣硅酸盐水泥。5.3.1.2膨胀珍珠岩:颗粒粒度0.1~3mm。5.3.1.3施工条件准备:在1:8水泥膨胀珍珠岩找坡层施工前,须再次对屋面结构板标高进行测定,校对屋面做法厚度与现场实际标高的偏差情况。5.3.2.施工工艺:5.3.2.1工艺流程:基层处理→保温砂浆搅拌→铺设、压紧→刮平→找平5.3.2.2施工详细注意事项及操作要点基层处理:在抹水泥膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆之前,要事先检查基层,基层过于凹凸的北京恒业源建筑工程有限公司5部位,高出的部分须剔平,凹处用水泥砂浆分层填实,基层表面的灰尘、污垢等必须事先清除干净。5.3.2.3水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆的搅拌:机械搅拌:搅拌之前先将所需水量倒入搅拌机内,启动搅拌机1~2分钟后加入水泥、膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆的粉料。搅拌时间以1.5~2.0分钟为宜。水泥膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆的加水量以拌和好的料浆较为粘稠为宜,密度控制在950~1050g/L;加水量一般为,粉料:水=1:1(重量比)。搅拌好的水泥膨胀珍珠岩保温砂浆要及时装车运至施工现场及操作面,超过使用时间的砂浆严禁加水后再使用。5.3.2.4铺设找坡层:首先将屋面各控制点的高度用1:3水泥
