硕士学位论文无碱液体速凝剂的综合效益评价陈万明导师姓名职称来延肖副教授申请学位级别管理学硕士学科专业名称技术经济及管理论文提交日期2014年05月10日论文答辩日期2014年05月30日学位授予单位长安大学分类号:F062.410710-2011128027TheComprehensiveBenefitEvaluationofAlkaliFreeLiquidAcceleratorADissertationSubmittedfortheDegreeofMasterCandidate:ChenWanmingSupervisor:AssociateProf.LaiYanxiaoChang’anUniversity,Xi’an,ChinaI摘要速凝剂是一种能够使水泥或者混凝土迅速凝结硬化的外加剂,主要在喷射混凝土施工中大量使用,广泛应用于交通隧洞工程、水利涵洞工程、矿山井巷工程等地下工程以及部分应急抢修工程。目前在工程实践中使用的速凝剂多为粉状速凝剂,但是粉状速凝剂在生产过程中存在资源能源消耗大、环境污染较多,在施工中存在添加不匀、扬尘多、回弹量大、碱量大、混凝土后期强度损失较大等问题。随着我国经济建设的发展,在水利水电、铁路、公路等部门大型工程的带动下,引进了国外先进的湿喷机以及湿喷技术,同时也推动了我国液体低碱速凝剂和液体无碱速凝剂的较大发展。虽然施工企业了解无碱液体速凝剂和传统粉状速凝剂相比,具有诸多优点,但是由于无碱液体速凝剂较高的价格以及湿喷机高昂的机械成本,使施工企业对无碱液体速凝剂的应用和推广充满了畏难情绪。当前速凝剂的经济评价主要是对喷射混凝土的施工过程中的施工成本进行估算,为了正确的评价无碱液体速凝剂的综合效益,推广无碱液体速凝剂的使用范围,本文将层次分析法、生命周期成本理论和价值工程理论三者相结合构建无碱液体速凝剂的综合效益评价体系,对无碱液体速凝剂的综合效益进行全面详细的评价。本文首先介绍了传统粉状速凝剂生产和使用过程存在的问题,然后介绍了无碱液体速凝剂的发展历程和优良特性。其次,介绍了综合效益评价的内涵和研究内容,同时确立了以价值工程理论为基础理论,辅以层次分析法、生命周期成本理论对价值工程理论中的速凝剂功能特性和成本进行全面分析的综合效益评价分析的初步构想。再次,根据层次分析法的基本原理对速凝剂的功能因素进行权重初定;根据生命周期成本理论的基本原理对速凝剂的生命周期成本进行计算;然后根据价值工程理论的基本原理对速凝剂的价值系数进行评价。最后结合白鹤滩水电站的施工实际,以在水电站施工中使用的无碱液体速凝剂和传统粉状速凝剂为例,运用层次分析法、生命周期成本理论和价值工程理论相结合的综合效益评价体系,对两种速凝剂的综合效益进行对比分析,得出了无碱液体速凝剂与传统粉状速凝剂相比具有良好综合效益的结论。关键词:无碱液体速凝剂;层次分析法;生命周期成本理论;价值工程理论;综合效益评价IIIAbstractAcceleratorenablesarapidsettingandhardeningofcementorconcreteadmixtures,mainlyintheconstructionoflarge-scaleuseofsprayedconcrete,widelyusedintrafficengineeringtunnel,waterculvertengineering,miningengineeringandotherundergroundroadwayprojectsaswellassomeemergencyrepairworks.Currentlyacceleratorusedinengineeringpracticemostlypowderaccelerator,butthepresenceofpowderedacceleratorconsumptionofrawmaterialsintheproductionprocess,environmentalpollutionmore,addunevenpresenceintheconstruction,dustandmore,backlargeshells,alkalicapacity,largerissuessuchasthelatelossofstrength.WiththedevelopmentofChina'seconomicconstruction,drivenbythewaterutilities,railways,roadsandotherdepartmentsofmajorprojects,theintroductionofforeignadvancedwetsprayingmachineandwetspraytechnology,whilealsopromotingalowbaseofliquidandliquidnon-acceleratorgreaterdevelopmentofalkalineaccelerator.Althoughconstructioncompaniestounderstandandalkaliliquidacceleratorcomparedtotraditionalpowderedaccelerator,hasmanyadvantages,butduetothehighalkaliliquidacceleratorpriceandhighwetsprayingmachinemachinerycosts,constructionenterprisesE-liquidacceleratoruseandpromotionfilledwithfearofhardship.Thecurrenteconomicevaluationacceleratorforsprayedconcreteismainlytheconstructionprocessoftheconstructioncostestimates,inordertoproperlyevaluatetheoverallefficiencyofalkaliliquidaccelerator,andpromotetheuseoftherangeofE-liquidaccelerator,thisarticlewilllevelanalysis,life-cyclecosttheoryandthetheoryofvalueengineeringtobuildacombinationofthreeintegratedbenefitofE-liquidaccelerator,andthecomprehensivebenefitsofE-liquidacceleratorisacomprehensiveanddetailedevaluation.Thispaperintroducesthetraditionalpowderedacceleratorproductionanduseofexistingproblems,andthenintroducesthedevelopmentofE-liquidacceleratorandexcellentfeatures.Secondly,thestudydescribesthemeaningandcontentoftheoverallefficiencyoftheevaluation,whileestablishedthetheoreticalbasisofthetheoryofvalueIVengineering,supplementedbyAHP,life-cyclecosttheoryofvalueengineeringtheoryacceleratorfeaturesandacomprehensiveanalysisofthecostComprehensivebenefitevaluationanalysisofpreliminaryideas.Again,accordingtothebasicprincipleoftheAnalyticHierarchyProcessacceleratorfunctionalfactorweightsweretentative;accordingtothebasicprinciplesofthetheoryoflife-cyclecostcalculationoflife-cyclecostsacceleratingagent;thenaccordingtothebasicprinciplesofthetheoryofvalueengineeringtospeedvaluecoefficientcoagulantevaluated.Finally,theactualconstructionofhydropowerstation,inordertoalkaliliquidacceleratorusedintheconstructionofhydropowerandtraditionalpowderedaccelerator,forexample,AHP,lifecyclecosttheoryandthetheoryofvalueengineeringcombinescomprehensivebenefitsevaluationsystem,thetwoacceleratorscomprehensivebenefitcomparedandanalyzedthealkaliliquidacceleratorConclusionComparedwithtraditionalpowderedacceleratorhasagoodoverallefficiency.Keywords:AlkaliFreeLiquidAccelerator;TheAnalyticHierarchyProces;LifeCycleCostTheory;TheTheoryOfValueEngineering;TheComprehensiveBenefitEvaluationV目录第一章绪论.................................................................................................................................11.1研究背景和问题的提出.................................................................................................11.1.1速凝剂的使用现状..............................................................................................11.1.2问题的提出..........................................................................................................21.2研究目的及意义.............................................................................................................31.2.1研究的主要目的..................................................................................................31.2.2研究的意义........................................................................
