管理学硕士学位论文珠三角地区工业机器人产业现状分析与技术路线图设计PearlRiverDeltaIndustrialRobotIndustryStatusAnalysisandTechnologyRoadmapDesign冯宇哈尔滨工业大学2010年6月国内图书分类号:F406.3学校代码:10213国际图书分类号:658密级:公开管理学硕士学位论文珠三角地区工业机器人产业现状分析与技术路线图设计硕士研究生:冯宇导师:田也壮教授申请学位:管理学硕士学科、专业:企业管理所在单位:经济与管理学院答辩日期:2010年6月授予学位单位:哈尔滨工业大学ClassifiedIndex:F406.3U.D.C:658DissertationfortheMasterDegreeinManagementPEARLRIVERDELTAINDUSTRIALROBOTINDUSTRYSTATUSANALYSISANDTECHNOLOGYROADMAPDESIGNCandidate:FengYuSupervisor:Prof.TianYezhuangAcademicDegreeAppliedfor:MasterDegreeofManagementSpecialty:EnterpriseManagementAffiliation:SchoolofManagementDateofDefense:June,2010Degree-Offering-Institution:HarbinInstituteofTechnology摘要-I-摘要在构建珠三角地区现代产业体系的过程中,工业机器人作为先进制造技术和自动化装备的典型代表,不仅对于先进制造业的发展具有重要的作用,而且对于高科技产业和传统产业的发展具有显著的促进作用。在21世纪机器人市场发展前所未有的机遇与挑战面前,大力开展技术创新已成为促使工业机器人产业发展的核心方法。然而,作为新兴的高新技术产业和智能化产业,工业机器人产业具有一般的高新技术产业所表现的特征:高投入、高风险、高回报、高技术、高难度、高潜能等。如何科学合理的规范珠三角地区工业机器人产业进行技术创新,规避创新风险,已成为当前最迫在眉睫的问题。技术路线图作为一种规划技术创新并支持技术管理的有效工具,特别适用于对技术资源、组织目标和不断改变的环境之间的动态联系进行探索和沟通。因此,合理应用技术路线图这一技术管理工具,促进珠三角地区工业机器人产业全面发展,具有重大战略意义。本论文首先简单论述了选题背景与目的,研究路线与方法。从技术路线图的定义、内涵、应用、发展历程等多个方面剖析了相关理论基础。在理论研究同时,论文对珠三角地区工业机器人产业状况进行全方面分析,分别从产业地域分布特点,工业机器人主要用户特征,产业结构特征三个方面解析珠三角地区工业机器人产业发展的宏观环境。产业发展背景环境分析明确了工业机器人产业的创新促进作用、产业体系推动效应与战略地位。随之提出了产业发展存在的主要问题并予以分析,明确了开发技术路线图的必要性与可行性。在对产业现状深入分析的基础上,结合理论,展开对珠三角地区工业机器人产业技术路线图开发的全面设计,具体包括:开发内容设计,实施流程设计与进度设计,并绘制出珠三角地区工业机器人产业技术路线图初图,作为宏观蓝本,在“战略目标”、“市场需求”、“主要产品”、“关键技术”以及“资源保障”五个方面对产业技术发展进行了科学规划。最后,为了有效保障技术路线图开发顺利完成,论文对实施过程中可能遇到的风险进行科学预测,并针对问题提出相关的风险规避措施。本论文系统地对我国珠三角地区工业机器人产业现状进行分析,并以此为基础,结合产业技术路线图理论研究,对珠三角地区工业机器人产业技术路线图的开发制定进行全面设计并绘制出产业技术发展宏观蓝图。这对促进地区工摘要-II-业机器人产业升级,乃至国家先进制造业发展,具有重大的现实意义和应用价值。关键词:技术路线图;技术创新;珠三角地区;工业机器人产业Abstract-III-AbstractInthecourseofconstructionofthePearlRiverDeltamodernindustrialsystem,industrialrobotasanadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyandatypeofautomationequipment,notonlyplaysanimportantroleinthedevelopmentoftheadvancedmanufacturingindustry,butalsohasasignificantpromotingfunctionforthedevelopmentofhigh-techindustriesandtraditionalindustries.Inthe21stcentury,withunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallengesintherobotmarket,tomakegreateffortstopromotetechnologicalinnovationhasbecomethecoremethodfortheindustrialrobotsdevelopment.However,asanemerginghigh-techandintelligentindustry,industrialrobotindustryhasshownthegeneralfeatures:highinvestment,highrisk,highreturn,hightech,highdifficulty,highpotentialandsoon.HowscientificallyandreasonableregulatethetechnologyinnovationofPearlRiverDeltaregionindustrialrobotindustryandtoavoidinnovationriskhavebecomethemostpressingproblems.TechnologyRoadmapping,asaneffectivemanagementtoolfortechnologyinnovationplanningandsupport,isespeciallyapplicabletoexplorethedynamicrelationshipbetweentechnicalresources,organizationalgoalsandchangingenvironments.Therefore,tomakerationalapplicationofthistechnologymanagementtool,TechnologyRoadmapping,hasgreatstrategicsignificancetopromotecomprehensivedevelopmentofPearlRiverDeltaregionindustrialroboticsindustry.Thispaperfirstbrieflydiscussestheresearchbackgroundandobjectivesandresearchroutesandmethods.TheauthormakestheoreticalanalysisofTechnologyRoadmappingfromthedefinition,thecontent,thedevelopmentprocess,theapplicationandotherrelevantaspects.Intheotherhand,thepaperrealizesawholeanalysisontheindustrystatusofPearlRiverDeltaindustrialrobotindustry.Themacro-environmentstudyofPearlRiverDeltaregion'sindustrialrobotindustryisrealizedfromthreefactors:thegeographicaldistributioncharacteristics,thecharacteristicsofthemainusersofindustrialrobotsandtheindustrialstructurefeatures.TheBackgroundenvironmentanalysisconfirmstheinnovationpromotingfunction,industrialsystemsdrivingeffectandthestrategicpositionoftheindustrialrobotindustry.Theauthorproposesthemainproblemsalongindustrialdevelopment,makesanalysisandaffirmsthenecessityandthefeasibilityofdevelopingtheTechnologyRoadmap.Withdepthanalysisofindustrystatus,combinedtheories,thepaperexpandsonthedesignofPearlRiverDeltaindustrialrobotindustryTechnologyRoadmap,including:developmentAbstract-IV-contentdesign,implementationprocessdesignandimplementationprogressdesignanddrawsainitialpictureofthePearlRiverDeltaindustrialrobotindustrytechnologyroadmap,whichasamacroblueprint,planstheindustrialtechnologydevelopmentinfiveareas:Strategicobjectives,Marketdemands,Mainproducts,CriticaltechnologiesandResourcesupports.Intheend,inordertoeffectivelyensurethecompletionofTechnologyRoadmapdevelopment,thepapermakesscientificpredictionoftheriskswhichmaybeencounteredduringtheimplementationprocess,andprovidespreventionmeasures.ThispapersystematicallyanalyzesthestatusofPearlRiverDeltaregionindustrialrobotindustry,andonthisbasis,combinedwithindustryTechnologyRoadmappingtheoreticalresearch,makescomprehensivedesignforthedevelopmentofthePearlRiverDeltaindustrialrobotindustryanddrawsblueprintforthedevelopmentofmacro-industrytechnology.Itisofgreatpracticalsignificanceandapplicationvaluetopromoteregionalindustrialrobotindustryupgrading,andeventoacceleratethecountry'sadvancedmanufacturingindustry.Keywords:TechnologyR
