1斯里兰卡南部铁路工程项目Matara-Beliatta段1#混凝土拌合站SriLankaSouthernRailwayProjectMatara-BeliattaSection1#ConcreteBatchingPlant施施工工方方案案ConstructionProgram编制Formation:翻译Translator:审核Auditor:批准Approver:2目录Catalogue一、工程概况及编制范围ProjectOverviewandFormationScope........3二、编制说明和编制依据FormationDescriptionandBasis..................32.1编制说明Formationdescription..................................................32.2编制依据Formationbasis............................................................3三、总体施工方案OverallConstructionProgram...................................33.11#搅拌站平面布置图Layoutplanof1#batchingplant.............43.2地基处理Groundtreatment..........................................................43.3搅拌设备Mixingequipment.........................................................43.4料场设置Set-upofmaterialyards................................................43.5办公区及围墙设置等Set-upofofficeareasandwalls…………53.6施工用水及用电Constructionwaterandelectricity…………….53.7污水处理和抑尘降噪Sewagetreatment,dustsuppressionandnoisereduction…53.8场内及场外排水On-siteandoff-sitedrainage………………….63.9搅拌站施工Constructionofbatchingplant……………………..7四、运营方案OperationalScheme4.1搅拌站运营相关信息Relevantinformationabouttheoperationofthebatchingplant……84.2主要人员配置Staffing……………………………………….84.3主要生产设备Mainproductionequipment………………….84.4生产工艺流程Productionprocess………………………….83一、工程概况及编制范围1#搅拌站位于Montaalikswatta,Thalpawila,Kekanadura靠近铁路正线里程DK6+200。搅拌站场地内布置包括2台HZS75强制式混凝土拌和楼,4个存料仓、蓄水池、沉淀池、水泥外加剂房以及1个工作生活区,总占地面积为4046.8m2。拌合站三侧设置截排水沟。搅拌站最大生产能力为200m3/天。本搅拌站主要服务于二分部DK0-DK12+518.5段的土建施工。1.ProjectOverviewandFormationScope1#batchingplantislocatedinMontaalikswatta,Thalpawila,Kekanadura,closetotherailwaylinemileageDK6+200.Withinthebatchingplantsite,thereare2HZS75compulsoryconcretebatchingplant,4savesilos,reservoirs,sedimentationpool,cementadmixturesroomandanoffice&livingarea,withthetotalareaof4046.8m2.Tosetupcut-offdrainsaroundthethreesidesofthemixingstation.Themaximumproductioncapacityofthebatchingplantis200m3/day.ThebatchingplantmainlyservesforthecivilconstructionofthesectionofDK0-DK12+518.5ofDivision2.二、编制说明及依据2.FormationDescriptionandBasis2.1编制说明根据现场环境调查,并对本工程特点进行深入分析,结合我项目部的实际情况,在总结以往同类工程施工经验的基础上,编写该项施工方案。2.2编制依据搅拌站平面布置图及相关施工经验。2.1.FormationdescriptionAccordingtotheinvestigationofthesiteenvironment,carryoutin-depthanalysisoftheengineeringcharacteristics,combinedwiththeactualsituationoftheproject,onthebasisofsummaryofpreviousexperienceinsimilarprojects,formulateandwritetheconstructionprogram.2.2.FormationbasisLayoutplanofthebatchingplantandrelevantconstructionexperience三、总体施工方案43.OverallConstructionProgram3.1、1#搅拌站平面布置图(见附件1)3.1.Layoutplanof1#batchingplant(Annex1)3.2、地基处理由于拌和站位于农田旁,土质较差,多为高液限粘土,地下水丰富,施工地基处理时,根据实际地形及填挖平衡的标高进行施工。先将表层植物及耕种土清除,再进行换填施工,挖除软弱土层,再填铺30-50cm路基土,用压路机分层碾压行。施工时,先挖好周边排水沟,做好场地排水;场地平整,碾压无弹簧后,进行光面碾压,平整完成后,摊铺10cm碎石垫层后浇筑12cm砼硬化层。3.2.GroundtreatmentSincethebatchingplantisclosetofarms,withpoorsoil,mostlyhighliquidlimitclayandrichgroundwater,whendoingtheconstructiongroundtreatment,constructinaccordancewithactualterrainandbalancedelevationofthefillingandexcavation.Firstly,removethesurfaceplantandcultivatedsoil,andthendothereplacementfillingconstruction,excavatethesoftsoil,fill30-50cmsubgradesoil,andlayerrollinglineswithrollers.Whenconstructing,firstlydigthesurroundingdrainstocompletethesitedrainage;Aftergradingofthesiteandrollingwithoutspring,carryoutsmoothrolling.Thenaftergrading,pave10cmgravelcushion,andthenpour12cmconcretehardenedlayer.3.3、搅拌设备搅拌站安装HZS50强制式混凝土拌和机2台,配置1个100吨容量的水泥罐,采用全自动电子计量系统,全电脑控制。3.3.MixingequipmentToinstall2HZS50compulsoryconcreteconcretebatchingplantand1cementtankof100tonsinthebatchingplant,whichisconfiguredwithautomaticelectronicmeteringsystemandfullcomputercontrol.3.4、料场设置搅拌站设碎石料、砂储料场共720平方米,分4个仓,材料按河砂、机制砂、两级级配石子共4个仓,每个料仓可储料约180方。5储料场隔墙和背墙采用片石砌筑50cm宽,墙高1.5m。3.4.Set-upofmaterialyardsInthebatchingplant,therearemetalingyardandsandstorageyardof720squaremeters,divideintofourwarehouses.Therearefourwarehousesformaterialsbyrivesand,machine-madesandandtwolevelstones,witheachsilomaterialyardof180cubicmetersofmaterialstorage.Thepartitionwallandbackwallofthematerialstorageyarduse50cmwiderubblemasonryandtheheightofthewallsis1.5m.3.5、办公区及围墙设置等搅拌站围墙的砌筑采用24墙,基础及方柱采用37墙,墙身高2.5m。搅拌站建设范围内地坪采用C20混凝土硬化,其中办公区为10cm,生产区及进出道路地坪厚为12cm。每台搅拌站周围均有排水沟与周边的排水系统连接,保证场地不积水。3.5.Set-upofofficeareasandwallsThebatchingplantwallsismasonriedwith24cmwallsandthebaseandsquarecolumnarewith37cmwalls,andthewallheightis2.5m.ThefloorwithintheconstructionrangeofthebatchingplantisadoptedwithC20concretehardener,amongwhichtheofficeareais10cm,thethicknessoftheproductionareaandaccessroadsis12cm.Aroundeachbatchingplant,thedrainsareconnectedwiththesurroundingdrainagesystemtoensurethereisnostagnantwateronthesite.3.6、施工用水及用电为了满足施工需求,在搅拌站入口处设置1台变压器。另备用一台200KW发电机应急(可保证拌和楼的应急运行)。施工用水来源于搅拌站用地范围内现有地下水井。3.6.ConstructionwaterandelectricityTomeettheconstructionneeds,installatransformerattheentranceofthebatchingplant.Alsopreparea200KWgeneratorforemergency(toensuretheemergentoperationofthebatchingplant).Theconstructionwateroriginatesfromtheexistinggroundwaterwells
