安徽农业大学硕士学位论文安徽省农产品品牌建设问题研究姓名:范莹莹申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业经济管理指导教师:杨诚2011-06I 摘要随着经济全球化的加剧,我国农业面临日益激烈的国际市场竞争,农产品市场的竞争逐步转变为农产品质量与品质的竞争、品牌的竞争。加强农业品牌建设,实施农产品品牌战略,是现代农业发展的必然选择。它将极大提升农产品的市场竞争力和附加值,有利于进一步开拓国内外农产品市场,有利于提高农产品附加值,对于推进农业产业结构调整,加快农业现代化和社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。在经济水平整体处于劣势的情况下,抓好具有地方特色和区域比较优势的特色农业的发展、建设具有明显地方特色的农产品品牌、做好农产品的品牌建设工作将是在激烈的竟争中取胜的突破口,是安徽省农产品与全国乃至国际市场接轨的一个重要举措,它将极大地提高安徽省农产品的整体竞争能力,并带动以农业为核心的相关产业的发展。但是,目前来看,安徽省农产品品牌建设滞后,发展存在很多的阻力。因此,本文对安徽省农产品品牌建设过程中存在的一系列问题进行了探讨,从而得出了促进全省农产品品牌建设发展的相应对策建议。论文的第一部分阐述本文的研究背景和研究意义、国内外研究动态、研究目标与研究内容、研究方法与技术路线、可能的创新与存在的问题。之后进行相关理论介绍,对本文涉及到的相关概念进行科学的界定,系统阐述品牌与农产品品牌的相关理论。在文章的主干部分先是进行安徽省农产品品牌建设的现状分析,概述了安徽省的省情、安徽省农产品的发展现状以及安徽省农产品品牌建设的现状。在此基础上对安徽省农产品品牌建设中存在的问题及原因进行分析,安徽省农产品品牌建设目前存在的问题很多,在对诸多问题进行深入分析之后,结合农产品的自身特性和品牌特性,对问题存在的原因进行深度剖析。之后,借鉴法国、美国和日本三个发达国家农产品品牌建设的相关经验,同时结合我国农产品品牌建设的发展进程总结经验启示,并以浙江省宁海县“望海茶”品牌发展为例进行了农产品品牌建设方法的详细论述。依据前述的发展现状、制约因素以及问题存在的根源,在借鉴相关经验的基础上提出安徽省农产品品牌建设的总体思路,主要包括:合理规划,区域布局;实施重大项目示范工程;加快农产品加工产业的发展等。最后,有针对性地提出安徽省农产品品牌建设的具体策略是:加快推进农业产业化经营;发挥政府的指导、扶持职能;明确农产品品牌的经营建设主体;强化农产品质量监督机制;完善品牌管理体制;推进农产品营销渠道建设。关键词:农产品,品牌建设,安徽省II Abstract With the aggravation of economic globalization, our agriculture is facing fierce competition in the international market.As a result, competition in agricultural products market gradually transform into competition of qualities and brands of agricultural products.It is the most inevitable choice for the development of modern agriculture to strengthen the construction of agricultural brand and carry out agricultural brand strategy. It will greatly ascend market competitiveness and additional value of agriculture,thus to further expand domestic and foreign agricultural market and help to improve the added value ofagricultural products .And it will be significant to speed up agricultural structure adjustment , accelerate agricultural modernization and socialistic new countryside construction. In the cases of overall inferior position of economic level, the breakthrough to succeed in the fierce competition is to pay special attention to the development of characteristic agriculture with local features and regional comparative advantages ,to construct those agricultural brands with obvious local characteristics and to complete the construction work of agricultural brands.It will be an important measure for agricultural products in Anhui Province to meet with national and international agricultural products market.It will greatly enhance the overall competitive ability of Anhui agricultural products,thus to drive the development of relevant industries with the core of agriculture. However, so far the construction of Anhui agricultural brand has fallen behind, and there exsit many resistances during the process of development. Therefore, this article the a series of problems exsiting in the process of Anhui agricultural brand building are discussed in this paper to conclude some countermeasures to promote the construction and development of agricultural brands in Anhui Province. Background and significance ofthe researchofthedomestic and foreignresearch status,researchobjective,contents,methods,technicalroutes,possible innovationand prob lemsareelaboratedinthe first partofthis paper.Then introduce some relatedtheory, scientifi callydefine related conception involved inthis paper, systematicallyelaboratethetheory ofbrand and brand agriculturalproducts. In the body part of the paper, analyze the current situation about the construction of agricultural brand in Anhui province, mainly summarize Anhui provincial conditions、 the development situation of agricultural products and present situation of the construction ofIII agricultural brand in Anhui province.Based of that, analyze problems existing in Anhui agricultural brand construction and possible reasons. After the throughout analysis of these problems, dissect the reasons in depth combining the features and characteristics of agricultural productsLater, using successful experience of agricultural brand construction in such developed countries as France, the United States and Japan for reference,conclude benificial experience and enlightenment combining with the development process of agricultural brand construction in China.Then take brand development of “Tea of Wanghai” in Ninghai, Zhejiang Province for example to summarize construction methodsofagricultural brand in detail. According to the development situation, restricting factors and root of problems, general ideas about the construction of agricultural brand are proposed on the basis of reference to related experience in anhui province, mainly including: reasonable plans and regional layout; demonstration projects implement and development of the agricultural products industries speeding up and so on.
