BZD型定柱式旋臂起重机BZDFixedColumnCantileverCrane使用说明书InstructionManual河南黄河起重升降设备有限公司henanYellowRiverAlloyLiftingEquipmentFactory目录Contents一、概述二、主要技术参数及尺寸三、结构及操作四、吊运五、安装六、试车七、保养八、附图1.General2.Maintechnicaldataanddimensions3.Structureandoperation4.Hoistingandtransportation5.Installation6.Trialrun7.Maintenance8.Attacheddiagrams一、概述1GeneralBZD型定柱式旋臂起重机是我公司参照西德引进设备研制的新产品。具有结构新颖、合理、简单、操作使用方便等优点，是节能高效的物料吊运装备。可广泛地用于厂矿车间的生产线、装配线和机床的上下活及仓库，码头等场合的重物吊运。BZDfixedcolumncantilevercraneisanewproductdevelopedbyourcompanywithreferencetoimportedequipmentfromGermany.Withcharacteristicsofnew,reasonableandsimplestructureandeasyoperation,theproductsareenergy-savingandefficienthoistingequipmentwidelyappliedinproductionandassemblylinesoffactoriesandmines,processingactivitiesofmachinetoolsaswellashoistingactivitiesinwarehousesanddocks.二、主要技术参数尺寸2MainTechnicalDataandDimensions1．主要技术参数2.1Maintechnicaldata型号TypeBZD额定起重量Ratedliftingweight吨T1垂直行程毫米3000Verticalrangemm最大回转半径Maximumrotationradius毫米mm3000回转角度Rotationangle度Degree360提升速度Liftingspeed米／分m/min8水平运行速度Horizontaloperatingspeed米／分m/min20回转速度Rotationspeed转／分r/min0.8注：由于电动葫芦供货单位不定，有关数据仅供参考。Note:Thedataintheabovetableisonlyforreferencebecausesuppliersofelectrichoistmaychange.2．外型尺寸2.2Dimension型号Type尺寸DimensionBZDL半径3000H总高40003．电动葫芦的性能参数及尺寸(见附带的《电动葫芦使用说明书》)2.3RefertotheattachedInstructionManualofElectricHoistforperformancedataanddimensionsoftheelectrichoist.三、结构及操作3StructureandOperation本机主要由立柱l、横梁2、减速器3及电动葫芦4四大部分组成(见图1)。Thecraneismainlycomposedofthefollowing4parts:column,horizontalbeam,deceleratorandelectrichoistreference(refertofig.1)..电动葫芦有起重和在横梁上往复运动的功能。Theelectrichoistfunctionstohoistandtomovealongthehorizontalbeam.横梁可由支杆上减速器带动滚轮绕立柱作回转运动。Thedeceleratoronthesupportingpolecandrivetherollingwheeltoturnthehorizontalbeamaroundthecolumn.电气部分见附图：电气原理图。电器控制箱安装在电动葫芦上。Refertotheattachedelectricschematicdiagramforthestructureofelectricparts.Thecontrolboxoftheelectricpartsisinstalledontheelectrichoist.本机操作通过按动手电门按钮实现。手电门有十二个按钮，分别控制启动停止、开闭、合闭、开闭、合闭、同升、同降、左右回转及电动葫芦小车水平前后行走。Themachinesoperatebypressingthebuttontoachievehands-ongates.Flashlightdoorhas12buttons,eachcontrolstartstop,openingandclosing,co-closed,openandclose,closetogether,withtherise,withthedown,turnaroundandwalkaroundthelevelofelectrichoisttrolley.注意：1．操作时不得同时按下快慢按钮和同一电机的正反按钮。2．工作时，起重臂下禁止站人。3．禁止拖拉重物。4．禁止超负荷起吊。Precautions:1.Inoperation,itisnotallowedtopresstherapidandslowbuttonssimultaneouslyorpresstheforwardandreversebuttonsofthesamemotoratthesametime.2.Intheprocessofworking,itisforbiddenforpeopletostandunderthecantilever.3.Itisforbiddentodrawheavythings.4.Itisforbiddentohoistunderoverloadedconditions.四、吊运4HoistingandTransportation为运输方便，本机采用拆件包装。用户可根据本书介绍方法自行安装。(见“五”安装)Thecranepartsareseparatelypackedforthesakeoftransportation.Userscaninstallthecraneaccordingtomethodsexplainedinthismanual(refertochapter5).横梁及立柱的起吊方法见图2、图3。RefertoFig.2andFig.3forhoistingmethodsforthehorizontalbeamandtheverticalcolumn.如需整机吊运时见图4。RefertoFig.4formethodforhoistingthewholebodyofthecrane.五、安装5Installation本机安装是用M24的地脚螺栓固定在混凝土基础上的。(参看地基图)InstallationshallbedonebyfixingthecraneoncementfoundationwithM24groundbolts(refertothediagramoffoundation).1．立柱安装5.1Installationofcolumn将立柱顶端的轴承内加均匀适量的钙基润滑脂，然后把立柱吊起装上地脚螺栓。将立柱校正后，紧固螺栓。(可用吊线或水平仪校正)。Bearingatthetopofthecolumnincreasesevenlytherightamountofcalcium-basedgrease,andthenloadedontocolumnsliftedanchorbolts.Thecolumncalibration,thefasteningbolts.(Canbehungorhorizontallineofinstrumentcalibration).2．横梁安装5.2Installationofhorizontalbeam横梁安装，请按下列顺序进行Installationofthehorizontalbeamshallbeconductedinthefollowingorder:1)先将横梁水平吊起。(图2)5.2.1First,liftupthebeamhorizontally(Fig.2).2)在横梁支杆的底端滚轮罩及支角。(图5)5.2.2Installtherollingwheelsleeveandsupportingblockatthebottomofthesupportingrodofthebeam(Fig.5).3)在横梁导轨上安装电动葫芦及行走小车。(安装方法严格按电动葫芦附带的《使用维修说明书》安装)5.2.3Installtheelectrichoistandthetrolleyontheguidingrailsofthebeam.(StrictlyfollowtheinstallationmethoddescribedintheOperationandMaintenanceManualdeliveredtogetherwiththeelectrichoist.)4)在横梁顶端安装滑线架及钢丝绳。(绳内串入滑线轮拉紧，并应和起重电动葫芦上的电器控制箱在同一侧面上)5.2.4Installtheslidewiresupportandsteelcableatthetopendofthebeam.(theropeistightenthroughslipwirepulleyandlocatedonthesamesidewiththeelectricalcontrolboxonthehoistingelectricalcrane.)5)电工将横梁上所有电器进行电线连接安装，并留有长度适当的电源线。(接线见电器原理图及电器接线图)滑线轮与电缆线分等份用绑线捆扎固定。5.2.5Theelectricianshallconnectthecablesfortheelectricdevicesandbesurethatpowersupplycablesarelongenough(refertoelectricdiagramandcablingdiagramforcablingmethod).Bindandfixtheslidewirewheelandthecableproperly.上述步骤进行完毕，即可进行横梁的整体吊装。Hoistingofthebeamcanbeconductedaftertheabove-mentionedstepsarecompleted.BZ2，BZ3型吊装时按图2指定的起吊方法吊起后，使轴对准立柱顶部轴承孔，滚轮靠在立柱的环轨上缓缓放下。然后将法兰盘通过立柱顶端的方孔放入横梁端部的主轴上，用两个m180×3的圆螺母紧固即可。WhenhoistingBZ2andBZ3crane,hoistthecraneaccordingtothemethodillustratedinFig.2,pointtheaxistothebearingholeonthetopendofthecolumnandlowergraduallybyleaningtherollingwheelagainsttherailofthecolumn.Puttheflangediscontothemainaxisontheendofthebeamthroughthesquareholeonthetopendofthecolumn,thenfixwithtwom180×3roundnuts.随后，电工将横梁轴上的垂下的电线与立柱下
