N6SampleinspectionandexaminationTheapplicantshallsupplyabuffercanbeinnormaluseandenergydissipationtypebuffers,thenecessaryliquidsentseparately.N6.1LinearbufferN6.1.1CompressexaminationWhenexamineforenergyaccumulationbufferswithlinearcharacteristics,the“force–compressdistance”drawingshouldberecorded.Thebuffershouldbewithoutdamageafter2timesexamination.N.6.1.2bufferingdistanceandratedspeedrangeN6.1.2.1Energyaccumulationbufferswithlinearcharacteristicsshallsatisfiesfollowingrequirements:(1)forhydrauliclifts,needsatisfytherequirementsofGB2124-10.4.1.1.1(2)electriclifts,needsatisfytherequirementsofGB7588-10.4.1.1.1(3)inanykindofsituation,thetotalcompressdistanceofenergyaccumulationbufferswithlinearcharacteristicsshallnolessthan65mm.N6.1.2.2ratedspeedrangeTheelevatorcanbeusedbytheratedspeedrangeisdeterminedbycompressdistanceofthebuffer,theformulais:(1)hydraulicliftwiththrottlevalvecalculateas(N-1)Vd=√FL0.1020.3,m/s;andVd=1.0m/s(N-1)(2)otherwiseV=√FL0.135,m/s;andVd=1.0m/s(N-2)FL-----totalcompressdistance,M.N6.1.3allowedmassrangeEnergyaccumulationbufferswithlinearcharacteristicsshouldbedesignedtosatisfiedtherequirementsofGB7588-10.4.1.1.2orGB21240-10.4.1.1.2.Allowedmassrangeformula(N-3)Cr/4=(P+Q)=Cr/2.5(N-3)Cr-----themasstomakethebuffercompletelycompressed.N6.2EnergydissipationtypebuffersN6.2.1bufferingdistanceTheenergydissipationtypebuffersshallsatisfyfollowings(1)hydrauliclifts,satisfyGB21240-10.4.3.1(2)electriclifts,satisfyGB7588-10.4.3.1(3)ifusethebufferofGB7588-12.8,thebufferneedsatisfyGB7588-10.4.3.2N6.2.2electroniccomponents(1)hydrauliclifts,satisfyGB21240-10.4.3.3(2)electriclifts,satisfyGB7588-10.4.3.4(3)goodslifts,satisfyGB7588-10.4.1N6.2.3impacttestN6.2.3.1methodandrequirementsAnimpacttestshallbetakenforenergydissipationtypebuffer,thetestcanuseacarorotherkindsofweighttosimulatetheratedloadofcar.Thebuffershouldbeinstalledinnormalusesituation.Forelectricelevatorandhydraulicelevator,both1largestallowedmassand1smallestmassimpactareneeded,forgoodselevatorjustneed1largestallowedmassimpacttest.Impacttestshallsatisfyfollowing:(1)onimpactinstant,impactspeedshallreach115%ratedspeed.(2)Foreachtest,thebuffershouldkeepstateofcompressedfor5minutes(3)Theintervalofeachtestneedatleast30minutes(4)Thetestenvironmenttemperatureshallbetween15℃---25℃(5)LargestmassimpacttestfirstthendothesmallestmassimpacttestForelectricandhydraulicelevatorwithenergydissipationtypebuffers,thefalldistance,speed,acceleration,decelerationneedrecorded.ThedeviceshouldfulfilltherequirementsofstandardGB7588-F5.3.2.2.2,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.3,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.4,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.5.Thedecelerationvalueshallbelow-passfiltered,thelow-passfiltercutofffrequencyis30HZ.Theenvironmentandliquidtemperatureshallberecordedbothbeforeandaftertest.N6.2.3.2testresultsAfterimpacted,thebuffershallwithoutpermanentdeformation.Forelectricandhydraulicelevatorwithenergydissipationtypebuffers,shallalsofulfillfollowingrequirements:(1)duringthebufferimpactedtheaveragedeclarationshallnomorethan1.0g.(2)thetimeofdecelerationpeakvalueover2.5gshallnomorethan0.04s.(3)Foreachtest,thebuffershouldkeepstateofcompressedfor5minutes.Thenreleasethebuffertomakeitbacktonormalposition,thetimeshallnomorethan120s.(4)Hydraulictypeenergydissipationtypebuffershalldesignedforconvenienttoobservetheliquidlevel,after30minuteslatertheliquidlevelshallbacktothenormalfunctioningposition.N6.3non-linearenergystoragebufferN6.3.1temperatureandhumidityagingtestTemperatureandhumidityagingtestshallbetakenfornon-linearenergystoragebuffer,totesttheperformanceofantihydrolysis.Thetestshallunderfollowingsituation:(1)Temp,(85±1)℃;(2)Relativehumidity,(85±5)%(3)Testtime,96hours;Theappearance,sizeandhardnessshallberecordedbeforethetest.Andobserveifthesamplehavethehydrolysisphenomenonon24H,48H,76Hand96H.aftertest,thesamplesizeandthehardnesscomparetobeforetestingwillsatisfytherequirementsofdesigndrawing,duringthetesttheappearanceofthesampleshallwithoutobviouslyhydrolysisphenomenon.N6.3.2ImpacttestN6.3.2.1impacttestmethodandrequirementsAfterthetemperatureandhumidityhydrolysistestqualified,usetheweighttosimulatethemassofthecarorcounterweighttodothefreefallingimpacttest.Thebuffershallbeinstalledasthenormalwayandnormaluseposition.Both10largestallowedmassand10smallestmassimpacttestareneeded.Thetestshallfulfillfollowingrequirements:(1)onimpactinstant,impactspeedshallreach115%ratedspeed,andalsonolessthan0.8m/s(2)maketheweightfallingverticallyandtomaketheweight’saccelerationreachtoatleast0.9gwhenimpacthappened.(3)Theintervalofeachtestcanbe5~30minutes(4)Thetestenvironmenttemperatureshallbetween15℃---25℃N6.3.2.2TestresultDuringthetest,thefalldistance,speed,acceleration,decelerationneedrecorded.ThedeviceshouldfulfilltherequirementsofstandardGB7588-F5.3.2.2.2,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.3,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.4,GB7588-F5.3.2.2.5.Thedecelerationvalueshallbelow-passfiltered,thelow-passfiltercutofffrequencyis30HZ.Theimpacttestresultshallfulfillfollowingrequirements:(1)duringthebufferimpactedtheaveragedeclarationshallnomorethan1.0g.(2)thetimeofdecelerationpeak
