中南民族大学硕士学位论文产业集群视角下四川省产业发展研究姓名：彭晖申请学位级别：硕士专业：中国少数民族经济指导教师：李忠斌20080401ISWOTIIAbstractIndustryclusteristheformoforganizationthateffectivelycombinesindustrialdevelopmentandregionaleconomy,andisalsoanimportantstrategytoenhanceregionaleconomiccompetitiveness.Ithasbecomeameansofpromotingnationalandregionaleconomicdevelopment.AsthefocusoftheWestDevelopment,SichuanProvincehasthemostcompleteindustrycategoryandisthemostpowerfulprovinceinChinawesternregion.Ithasrelativelyoutstandingadvantageinthefieldofresource,marketplace,scienceandtechnologyetc.Inthemethodofthequalitativeanalysisandquantitativeanalysis,thethesisanalyzesthecurrentsituation,basisandconditionofindustrialdevelopment,andconstraintsandtheexistingproblemsinSichuanProvince.Onthisbasis,thispaperproposesastrategicthinkingthatindustrialdevelopmentinSichuanProvincearepromotedbyindustrialclusters,andthefacingtasksandtheobjectivesoftheachievementaswellasthestrategicwayofdevelopmentofindustrialclustersinSichuanProvince.BasedontheanalysisofthecurrentstatusofvariousindustriesinSichuanProvince,thethesisfindsoutthatSichuan’seconomyisfacingstructuralcontradictionsandputsforwardtoenhancethecompetitivenessofindustriesinSichuanProvincebypromotinganddevelopingindustrialclusters,integratingstrategicandbalancepracticaldemandinChina'sregionaleconomicdevelopment.Asa‘nuclearpower’ofdrivingregionaleconomicdeveloping,industrialclusteristheinevitableproducttoacertainstageofindustrializationundermarketeconomyconditions,andalsoanimportantsourceandconcentratedexpressioninthecompetitivenessofindustries.Chinahasenteredinthestagewhereindustrialclusteriscloselyrelatedtothecompetitivenessofindustries.EconomicdevelopmentinSichuanProvincemustintegrateindustrialclustersandneedsnewthinking.Thisthesisanalyzesregionalindustryclustereffectfromtheeconomicsfieldofvision,andputthecorrespondingpolicyrecommendationsforwardwiththerealityinSichuanProvince.SinceitisverylatetoconcernaboutChina'sindustrialclusters,intheoryandinpractice,somecharacteristicsofindustrialclustersmaynotyetbeclearlyunderstood.Howtofosteranddevelopindustrialclustersisstilllimitedtothepracticeofexploration.Theorygoesbehindpractice.Atthesametime,industryclusterisnotonlyanimportantformofindustrialorganizationineconomicdevelopedregions,butalsoshouldbeindustrialformsoforganizationthatlessdevelopedareasachieveleap-forwarddevelopment.However,theearlyworksandIIImaterialsmainlystudytheindustrialclustersofdevelopedcountries.ManyscholarsbegantolooktodevelopingcountriesuntiltheimplementationbytheOECDandtheWorldBank.Thedomesticindustryclusterisstillmainlyconcentratedonthecoastaleconomicallydevelopedareas,whilethestudyontheindustryclusterinthewesternregionandotherunderdevelopedareasisrelativelyrare.Here,itisofimportantsignificanceofacademicandpracticalsignificancethatIlearnfromtheforeignadvancedexperienceandpracticeofdomesticindustrialclusterindevelopedareasandresearchthecultivationofindustrialclustersinSichuanProvince.Atthesametime,industrialclusterisdevelopedregionestatenotonlytheimportantformthatspaceorganizes,moreovertheestatealsooughttobethatlessdevelopedarearealizesleapingstyledeveloporganizesaform.However,earlydocumentdatamainlyresearchthedevelopedcountries’industrialcluster,withthegreateffortstobecarriedoutinOECDandWorldBanketc.alotofscholarbeginstochangesighttothedevelopingcountryjustnow.Theindustrialclusterstudiesindomesticmainlyconcentratingadevelopedcoastalregion,theclusterstudiescomparisonisfairlyraretotheestatelessdevelopedareawesternregion.Theauthorusespertinentadvancedexperienceofabroadandthepracticeexperienceinthehomelanddevelopedregiontodiscusscultivatingowingdevelopedregionestateacluster.Ithasimportantlearningsignificanceandpracticalsignificance.Throughresearch,thispaperhasthefollowingconclusions:Sincetherearevariousconstraints,Sichuanindustrialclusteringeffectisverylowandhasnotyetformedacertainscaleoftheindustrialclusters.Thereisstillalongwaytodeveloptheprovince'sindustrialclustersoftheprovince.Inthewesterndevelopmentbackground,industrialclustersdevelopthroughendogenousgrowthandthegovernmentexternalpromotiontospeeduptheeconomicdevelopmentofSichuanProvince.Bothfromamacroormicropointofview,theformationanddevelopmentofindustrialclustersisinseparablefromthejointeffortsofgovernment,industryandenterprise.TheycancreateeffectiveconditionsforSichuanindustrialclustersfromthestructuralreform,thetransformationofgovernmentfunctionsandenterpriseinnovationandentrepreneurstraining.KeyWordsIndustrialclustercompetitiveindustriesSWOTanalysis1______212345[J]20042[J]20011167200418,1997(1)2,,19994,,2000(11),,,2004191011.[J].1997.6..[M].1999812.[M]199713141516171819202122ijeitnjnteQEE=232425[Z]262728293031()323334()3536373839404142SWOT43444546()47()484950()()()51()()525354.[M],2003,505556575859[1][]·[M]2002.[2][]·[M]2005.[3][]·[M]1997.[4][M]2005.[5][M]2001.[6][M]2002.[7][M]2003.[8][M]2005.[9][M],2003.[10].[M].:,2003.[11][M]2003[12][M]2001[13][M]2007[14][M]2006[15][M]2005[16]200[M][17]200[M][18]PorterMichaelE:ClusterandtheNe
