GraduateEmploymentReportCollegeenrollmentpolicysothatthenumberofstudentssurging,butalsoontheemploymentsituationofuniversitygraduateswhohavecreatedatremendousimpact,employmenthasbecomedifficultforanindisputablefact.Graduationonunemploymentseemstohavebecomeageneralpsychologystudents.Foreachuniversitystudents,theearlyplanningtheircareers,todeterminetheirowncareerobjectiveandsubjectivefactorsanalysis,summarizeandtodeterminethegoalscanbeinacompetitiveemploymentenvironmentinaninvincibleposition.Inresponsetothissocialphenomenon,wehavestartedonthecollegestudentsemploymentquestionnaire.Surveydataanalysis:Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Collegegraduatesareveryimportantonthetalentmarketofhumanresources,inrecentyears,withthelarge-scalecollegeenrollment,thenumberofundergraduatesinasharpincreaseinthenumberofgraduateshasbeenrising,isfollowedbygraduatesofemployment.Infact,graduatesandbusinessesintheabsenceofeffectivechannelsofcommunicationbetweentheenterprisesemployingthestandard,enterprisepersonnelselectioncriteriadidnoteffectivelypassthetimecollegestudents,collegestudentscultivatealackofmarket-oriented.Thismakesemploymentofuniversitygraduateslacksufficientinformation,resultinginblindnessofemployment.Objectivesofthesurvey:Mainlyaimedatunderstandingtheemploymentexpectationsofcollegestudents,self-evaluationofthequalityofschoolcareersguidance,employmentsituationandtheviewsofthecurrentemploymentsituationaimedatunderstandingtheimpactofuniversitystudents;throughtheinvestigationoffactorsaffectingemploymentofuniversitystudents,andbetterregulatetheemployingunittherelationshipbetweenthesupplyanddemandandgraduates;forcontemporarycollegestudentsinthedevelopmentofcareerplanningtomakeanewdescription;tohelpstudentsknowthemselvesasquicklyaspossible,theschoolprovidesstudentswithemploymentguidance,toenablestudentstopursuecareers.Forstudentsinthefutureareferencetotheemploymentprocess.Findingsandrecommendations:Inthesurveylearnedthattheinformationontheemploymentconcernsofcollegestudentsisstillrelativelysmall,only24%ofthestudentssaidhadbeenconcernedabouttheemploymentinformation,while71%ofthestudentsconcernedonlyoccasionally,whentheysawandlistentothenext.Thedegreeofconcernontheemploymentscenario,adirectimpactonthepreparationsmadefortheselectedoccupationallevelandbroughtabouttheachievementsofthefuturelevelofemployment.Moststudentsexpressedconcernforthefuturework,butinreallifethereisverylittleofthisessentialeffort.TypicalYangaoshoudiperformance.Accordingtothissummaryintothereasons:1.Becausethestudentsarestillcozyandcomfortablecampuslife,theintensesociallife,thereisnotenoughunderstood.Remainedeconomicallydependentontheirparents,forgetthepressureonemploymentcausedbytension,suchastheschoolday,stilllife,school,classdismissed,forlackofanaccurateunderstandingofemploymentandawareness.2.School'scareerguidancenotinplace.Studentssaidthatalthoughtheschoolofferedcareerguidanceclasses,butonlyavaguetalkaboutsomegreattruths,thelackofarealoperationalcapability.Self-knowledge,includingpersonalinterestandexpertise,personalcharacterandvalues,personalgoalsandneedsofthechosenindividual'semotionalintelligence,personalworkexperience,personalqualificationsandcompetenceoftheindividualaspectssuchasphysicalconditions,isacareeranimportantpartofplanning.Insomeunitsoftheunderstandingthattheneedsofstudentsshouldhavethebasicqualityshouldincludeideologicalhealthandmorality,discipline,andstressingintegrity,goodcoordination,easyandothersincharacter,andwithstrongprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgeandbasiclegalknowledge.Surveyshowsthat60%ofstudentsbelievethatthedifficultsituationcausedbytheemployment,inadditiontosocialpressureandthatenterprisesemployingfewerfactors,themainproblemliesthelackoftheirownworkexperience,lackofactualcombatexperienceisafatalfactor.Atpresenttheoverallqualityofstudentsandabilitiesofindividualsmissing,outstandingperformancerelativelackofsocialworkexperience,lackofabilitytosolvepracticalproblems,thelackofhardpioneeringspiritofcooperationandcommunicationwiththepeoplethereareobstacles.Inthesurveyfoundthat57%ofthestudentsthatself-expressionandinterpersonalrelationsarethemselvesthebiggestjobencounteredproblems.Careergoalistobeexpected,therearesomepossiblegoals.Thechoiceofcareergoalsisnoestablishedformulaatall,thekeyistobebasedonself-reality,whichrequiresustounderstandthemselves.Toknowthemselvesthroughpersonalanalysis,itisestimatedtheirownabilitytoconfirmtheirowncharacter,findtheirinterests,identifytheirstrengths,tomeasurethegapbetweenthem
