1目录一、编制依据····················································································································2二、临建设施总体规划方案······························································································21、办公区、生活区场地布置································································································22、生活区平面布置···············································································································63、施工生产区场地布置········································································································64、试验室、值班室、工具房································································································85、临时用水··························································································································86、临时用电··························································································································97、排水、排污······················································································································98、消防设施布置···················································································································99、临边防护··························································································································910、班前讲台·······················································································································10三、安全文明管理措施····································································································111、办公、生活区管理措施···································································································112、现场管理措施··················································································································123、工地卫生·························································································································154、保障措施·························································································································15四、附图·························································································································152天津地铁6号线工程土建施工第R3合同段左江道站及梅江风景区站临建施工方案一、编制依据1、天津市地铁6号线R3标招标文件中文明施工要求;2、天津地铁建设工程文明施工标准化图集;3、国家、天津市现行的有关建筑工程文明施工标准化工地相关规定;4、申请提供的用水、电接口位置;5、我单位类似工程施工经验及设备物资资源;二、临建设施总体规划方案场地布置结合本标段施工总体组织安排设置,本项目施工场地布置实行办公生活区和施工生产区分开布置。根据现场条件及交通导行要求,计划分三期进行,一期施工围护结构,二期施工车站主体,三期施工附属结构。1、办公区、生活区场地布置左江道站办公区、生活区统一设置在友谊南路东侧绿化带内。项目部13间,工人生活区33间。梅江风景区站办公区、生活区统一设置在友谊南路西侧绿化带内,宿舍24间,其他用房18间。房屋采用双层夹岩棉防火材料的豪华型活动板房,红色屋顶,活动板房大样见图1。图1活动板房示意图⑴活动板房3板房基础均采用200mm×200mm的C20素砼地基梁,砼采用商品砼。墙板基础梁范围以内浇筑100mm厚C20砼垫层,垫层上铺贴5mm厚600mm×600mm光面地板砖;厕所及浴室屋内地面铺贴300mm×300mm防滑地砖;所有房屋顶棚均采用5mm厚600mm×600mm乳白色压花石膏板吊顶。项目部内外露场地采用100mm厚C20素砼硬化。⑵各区大门左江道站办公区大门采用5m宽平开大门,两侧门柱高3m,边长0.8m×0.8m;左江道站施工区及梅江风景区大门宽10m,大门两侧门柱高3m,边长1m×1m,镶贴蘑菇灰瓷砖,柱顶装照明景观灯。图2大门示意图⑶区域卫生在办公区设环保型垃圾桶,可回收物品与不可回收物品分开放置,生活垃圾集中处理,派专门的保洁人员每天收集垃圾,并打扫办公区及室外的卫生。见图3图3垃圾桶示意图4⑷现场卫生在施工区域设分类垃圾回收池,见图4图4垃圾桶示意图⑸旗台梅江风景区项目部(主项目部)院内设一座旗台,采用砖砌基座,外贴褐红色或黑色大理石面,有金黄色企徽和企业名称。旗杆为不锈钢材料,国旗旗杆高11m。旗台效果见图5。图5旗台示意图⑹会议室布置主项目部会议室采用4间活动板房,会议室布置讲求美观、大方、实用,能容纳40人5开会以及满足职工安全教育培训等功能要求,会议室效果见图6。图6会议室效果图⑺办公区场地主项目部院内修建半幅篮球场,其周边设若干花坛,其余场地全部采用100mm厚C20素砼硬化。⑻五牌一图左江道站施工区南侧、梅江风景区站施工区南侧分别布置“五牌一图”,采用不锈钢结构边框,外侧玻璃保护。效果见图7。图7五牌一图效果图62、生活区平面布置⑴晾衣区晾衣区内设置晾衣架,采用φ30mm不锈钢管架立焊接,高度2m,顶部搭设PVC透明雨棚。⑵化粪池在两个车站生活办公区各设一个化粪池,所有生活污水通过化粪池处理以后再排入市政污水管网,化粪池定期进行抽排。化粪池长4.8m,宽2.5m,高2.5m。⑶供暖与制冷办公区取暖采用冷暖两用空调,每个房间一台,空调设独立供电线路。⑷卫生间及浴室卫生间与浴室地面均采用防滑地板砖铺设,内墙面采用釉面砖镶贴,顶棚采用防水吊顶,浴室采用淋雨喷头,卫生间和浴室均用夹心板隔离。⑸食堂、餐厅项目部食堂和工人食堂分别设置在各自的区域,地面铺设500mm×500mm地板砖,天花采用5mm厚600mm×600mm乳白色压花石膏板吊顶。厨房地面铺设300mm×300mm防滑地板砖,厨房需设单独的煤气罐间。3、施工生产区场地布置两个地铁站的施工,均分为围护结构、车站主体、附属结构三个阶段施工。⑴围挡施工围挡分为临时围挡和永久围挡,外圈围挡采用砖砌永久围挡,高度2.5m,外层贴瓷砖。如图8所示。图8永久围挡示意图7左江道站生活区项目部与民工生活区之间设临时围挡分隔,临时围挡采用压型彩钢板护栏,护栏高度2.2m。左江道站施工区域西侧设置声屏障以防止扰民(详见声屏障施工方案)。⑵大门、冲车设备在左江道站及梅江风景区站南北端各设置一个大门,大门宽度10m,为双开门,门扇采用5mm厚铁皮和L30角钢骨架加工而成,高度为2.2m。大门两侧门柱高3m,边长1m×1m,外贴灰色蘑菇石瓷砖。大门内设置自动洗轮机,如图9所示图9自动洗轮机示意图⑶场地硬化及施工便道生活办公区域场地采用100mm厚C20混凝土硬化。左江道站施工区域(包括地连墙范围内)采用20cm厚单层钢筋网混凝土,履带吊行走路线区域采用30cm厚Φ16@200mm双层双向钢筋网C30混凝土。⑷钢筋加工场每个车站围护结构施工均设置一个钢筋加工场,其中左江道站钢筋加工场位于地连墙范围内,梅江风景区站钢筋加工场位于地连墙西侧;每个钢筋加工场各设置一套钢筋加工机械(包括钢筋切断机、钢筋弯曲机、闪光对焊机、钢筋直螺纹套丝机)。二期结构施工期间设置钢筋加工棚,钢筋加工在钢筋加工棚内进行。如图10所示8图10钢筋加工棚⑸泥浆循环系统两个车站泥浆循环系统在南、北两端各配置一套,全采用移动泥浆箱组成,按地连墙施工高峰期每天成槽4幅确定泥浆罐储量。如图11所示。图11泥浆循环系统示意图⑹临时堆土场地连墙土方不能直接外运,因此在各站施工场地内分别设置一个临时堆土场。堆土场设在地连墙范围内,位置根据地连墙施工进展调整。4、试验室、值班室、工具房试验室、值班室、门卫等采用彩钢板房整体搭建而成,房间内地面为50mm厚砂浆抹面压光。5、临时用水各站施工时,从城市自来水管网上各接一根DN100水管作为项目临时用水主管。进入房间的分水管采用DN50mm水管,用水集中区域每隔一定间距设一闸阀,水管布设,线路9顺直、规范,水管埋入地下50cm。6、临时用电两地铁站各设2台400KVA变压器,经项目部一级配电柜后引至各施工用电点。具体另见临电施工组织设计。7、排水、排污工地雨水通过雨水井(污水通过化粪池沉淀)最终排入城市排水管网。排水、排污应提前与城市雨污水管理单位沟通,办理相关手续后再排放。8、消防设施布置在各生产和生活场地按规定配备足够的消火栓及灭火器。同时与当地消防部门联系,取得市政部门的检查认可,并做好自检工作,确保设施随时处于良。如图13所示。图13消防设施示意图9、临边防护基坑边围挡采用定型钢栏杆,围挡高1.2m,立柱间距2m。围栏设于地连墙外侧导墙顶部,围栏立柱插入导墙顶部预埋套管内,围栏下侧做100mm高钢板挡水线,防止路面雨水及杂物落入基坑内。基坑边围挡示意图如图14所示。10图14临边防护示意图10、班前讲台班前讲台采用砖砌抹砂浆,或者用光洁的木板搭设,长4m、宽2m,角部做圆弧处理,讲台高于地面150mm;上部用角钢焊接成门柱,横梁,外包薄铁皮,如图15所示:图15班前讲台示意图11三、安全文明管理措施1、办公、生活区管理措施⑴宿舍:A.统一设置床铺
