北京至台北高速公路廊坊段详细工程地质勘察大纲京台高速公路廊坊段勘察项目组二〇一〇年五月目录一、工程概况·············································································································11.1工程简介·········································································································11.2工程主要工程数量··························································································2二、详细勘察目的、任务和本次勘察工作的依据·····················································3三、项目沿线自然地理概况··························································································43.1地势·················································································································53.2气候气象·········································································································53.3水文·················································································································6四、沿线工程地质条件···································································································74.1地形、地貌··································································································74.2地层岩性······································································································84.3地质构造与断裂··························································································94.4地震···········································································································114.5水文地质····································································································124.6特殊岩土和不良地质················································································13五、初勘工作的总结和详勘工作分析········································································145.1初勘工作的总结························································································145.2详勘方法····································································································155.3详勘的重点································································································165.4详勘工作的组织与工期安排·····································································175.5质量控制····································································································19六、资料提交·················································································································236.1、中间资料提交·····························································································236.2、最终报告提交·····························································································23北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-1-北京至台北高速公路廊坊段详细工程地质勘察大纲一、工程概况1.1工程简介京台高速公路廊坊段是国家高速公路网中北京—台北高速公路的组成部分,起自北京市安定镇东南的京冀省界,与北京规划的北京至济南高速公路相接,过廊坊市广阳区、永清县、安次区,止于天津市石各庄西南的冀津省界,与天津市在建的G112线高速公路相接。路线大致为南北—东西走向。延伸范围地理坐标大致为东经116°30′~117°00′,北纬39°30′~39°00′。北京至台北高速公路廊坊段位于河北省中东部,毗邻北京市和天津市。路线北起廊坊市火头营村西(京冀界),接拟建的京台高速公路北京段,进而向北连接北京市规划的东南过境通道(七环)和已建的六环路,路线总体呈北南—西东走向,依次穿越廊坊市的广阳区、永清县和安次区,止于廊坊市穆家口村北(冀津界),接京台高速公路天津段,进而连接京沪高速公路,路线全长53.270km。另建礼贤互通(北京段)连接线,一级公路标准,全长15.96km;东安庄互通连接线,二级公路标准,路线全长8.105km。北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-2-图1-1路线地理位置图自2008.11—2009.02进行了初步工程地质勘察工作,很好的完成了初勘任务。为很好的完成详细勘察及为施工图设计提供必要的工程地质支持,特制定本详细勘察工作大纲。1.2工程主要工程数量工程规模及主要工作量如下表1:主要工程规模数量表表1序号项目单位主线初设推荐方案礼贤连接线东安庄连接线1路线长度km53.27015.968.1052土方1000m38806.18263.952.873排水防护1000m3229.847--4路面1000m21828.9346.0680.9975特大桥m/座7107.5/1--6大桥m/座2200.6/6--7中桥m/座1060.5/20138/2-北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-3-8小桥座32/48/19涵洞道21221210互通式立交处5--11分离式立交处10--12天桥座3--13通道道51--14服务区处2--15永久占地亩5758.81992.25295.7二、详细勘察目的、任务和本次勘察工作的依据本次勘察目的是在初勘的基础上,根据已批准的初步设计文件中所确定的修建原则、设计方案、技术要求等资料,有针对性的进行工程地质勘察工作,为确定公路路线、工程构造物的位置和编制施工图设计文件,提供准确、完整的工程地质资料。本次工程勘察的主要任务:1)在初勘基础上,根据设计进一步查明建筑场地工程地质条件,最终确定公路路线和构造物的布设位置。2)查明构造物地基的地质结构、工程地质及水文地质条件,准确提供工程和基础设计、施工必需的地质参数。3)根据初勘拟定的对不良地质、特殊岩土防治的方案,具体查明其分布范围、性质,提供防治设计必需的地质资料和地质参数。4)对沿线筑路材料料场进行复核和补充勘察,最后确定施工时所采用的料场。北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-4-本次勘察工作依据如下:1)勘察任务书;2)参考规范、规程及手册:公路工程地质勘察规范(JTJ064-98)公路勘测规程(JTJ061-99)公路桥位勘测规程(JTJ062-91)公路路基设计规范(JTGD30-2004)公路土工试验规程(JTGE40-2007)公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范(JTGD063-2007)公路工程抗震设既规范(JTJ004-89)建筑抗震设计规范(GB50011-2001)建筑工程地质钻探技术标准(JGJ87-92)岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)铁路工程地质勘察规范(TB10012-2001)湿陷性黄土地区建筑规范(GBJ25—90)工程岩体试验方法标准(GB/T50266-99)软土地区工程地质勘察规范(JGJ83-91)公路路基设计手册岩土工程勘察设计手册三、项目沿线自然地理概况拟建路线经过的廊坊市广阳区、安次区和永清县,地势自西北向北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-5-东南倾斜,自然坡降为1/200~1/20000,一般海拔2~32米。地貌类型主要有冲洪积平原区和河漫滩区。前者以河流冲洪积地貌为主,地势开阔、平坦,地形起伏不大。后者为永定河多次改道形成,地貌存在许多洼地、缓岗沙丘。3.1地势路线跨越两大类地貌单元区,既冲洪积平原区和河漫滩区,地势平坦开阔,起伏较小,海拔2~32米。3.2气候气象项目影响区地处北半球中纬度欧亚大陆的东北部边缘,属温带半干旱大陆性季风型气候区。四季分明,具有春季干燥多西北风,夏季炎热多雨,秋季晴朗凉爽宜人,冬季寒冷干燥少雪等特点。a)气温项目影响区年平均气温(1971-2004)为11.9度,一月最冷,最低气温为零下21.8度;七月最热,最高气温为40.3度。b)降雨全市年最大降雨量l087.0毫米(1994年),年最小降雨量272.9毫米(1972年),年平均降雨量555.3毫米;年平均蒸发量1739.2毫米。降水季节分布不均,多集中在夏季,6~8三个月降水量一般可达全年总降水量的70-80%。c)无霜期全市早霜一般始于10月中、下旬,晚霜一般至于翌年4月中、北京至台北高速公路廊坊段-6-下旬,年平均无霜期为198.6天左右。d)日照全市年平均日照时数(1971-2004)在2659.5小时左右,每年5-6月日照时数最多。e)风向及风速项目区属大陆性季风气候,冬季多偏北风,夏季多偏南风,年平均风速多在1.5~2.5米。f)冻土深度项目区极限冻土深度60~70厘米(1977年)。3.3水文路线穿越区影响范围内的各河流均属于海河流域大清河水系。大清河水系源出太行山北段,于天津汇入海河。大清河水系分南北中三支。从北向南路线跨越的海河水系的主要干渠及河流有:天堂河、永定河。☆天堂河天堂河是龙河的支流,俗称碱河,是一条西北—东南走向的河流。主要用于防洪、灌溉。源
