广西师范大学硕士学位论文和谐管理理论在国有企业管理中的运用研究姓名:刘新栋申请学位级别:硕士专业:马克思主义哲学指导教师:蓝常周20060401I和谐管理理论在国有企业管理中的运用研究导师:蓝常周2003级研究生:刘新栋专业:马克思主义哲学研究方向:现代决策与管理研究中文摘要中国文化或中国哲学的特点是习惯于整体地和辩证地分析问题,强调以人为本、以柔济刚、以情补性、以义代利,关注人际间的和谐。和谐管理理论就是在中国传统文化的影响下,在20世纪相继出现的老三论和新三论的基础上建构的,随着经济的全球化和知识经济浪潮的来临,该理论已经逐渐被东西方管理学界的专家学者应用到政治、经济等各个领域。尤其是在经济管理中,该理论通过和谐机制减少内耗,提高了管理的绩效,充分显示了和谐管理理论的优越性。国有企业的改革历经多年,现代企业制度已基本建立,但是国有企业有诸多不和谐之音,产生大量的内耗,严重阻碍着国有企业的发展。目前,正处于国有企业改革的攻坚阶段,许多专家提出种种改善国有企业管理的理念和措施。本文从减少内耗、进行和谐管理的角度来尝试对国有企业的可持续发展进行有益的探索。本文围绕和谐管理理论、国有企业管理中的失谐现象以及和谐管理理论在国有企业管理中的运用这三个方面展开了论述:首先,阐述了和谐管理理论的涵义。和谐管理思想源远流长,中今古外人们对和谐的追求坚定而执着。到了近代,人们尝试着用和谐理念来指导经济、社会等领域和谐秩序的构建和维持;西安交通大学席酉民教授提出了和谐管理理论,对构建系统和谐秩序,进行了思想和方法论层次上的有益探索。本部分详细阐述了和谐管理理论的渊源、基本概念、主要观点和对它的阐释。其次,说明了本文要研究的国有企业的范围以及目前国有企业里出现的突出不和谐现象。国有企业的发展不是一帆风顺的,仍在不断的探索和改革中;目前国有企业存在着内部人际关系管理的不和谐、内外关系管理的不和谐、制度安排与企业效率的不和谐、人力资源管理的不和谐、组织结构上的不和谐等五种突出的不和谐现象,严重阻碍着国有企业的可持续发展,因此,减少不和谐现象,减少内耗,成为一种必须;而和谐管理理论对组织涌现出来的不和谐现象有很强的解释和处理能力,因此,有必要以和谐管理理论为指导来建设和谐国有企业。最后,阐述了和谐管理理论在国有企业管理的运用,这是本文的主旨所在。在分析了国有企业中存在的突出不和谐现象之后,得出用和谐管理理论来指导国有企业管理的必要性。针对国有企业出现的突出不和谐现象本文提出了应对的解决途径和措施:通过“环境诱导下的文化诱致”(即“和则”)或“理性设计与优II化”(即“谐则”)或者二者并用的途径,经营内部和谐,营造盟和,构建制度和谐,进行人力资源管理创新,优化组织结构等来达到构建和谐国有企业的目的。关键词:和谐管理理论国有企业运用IIITheStudyontheApplianceofHarmoniousManagementTheorytoState-ownedEnterpriseManagementAbstractChinesecultureorChinesephilosophyischaracterizedbylookingthingswhollyanddialectically,itstressesalotofthoughts,suchassthinkingofhumanbeingastheessence,harmonizingsoftnessandhardness,coordinatingemotionanddisposition,replacingprofitwithmorality.Itemphasizestheharmonyabouthumanbeing.UndertheinfluenceofChinesetraditionalculture,thefoundationoftheharmoniousmanagementtheoryisbasedontheappearanceoftheoldthreetheoryandnewthreetheorycominginsuccessioninthe20thcentury.Withtheeconomicglobalizationandthearrivalofknowledge-basedeconomy,thistheoryhasbeenconstantlyutilizedinthefieldofpolitics,economy,etcbythosewesternandeasternmanagementexperts.Especiallyintheprocessofeconomicmanagement,withtheharmoniousmechanism,properuseofthistheoryresultedintheinnerdecreasedcostandenhancedachievement,itfullyexerteditssuperiorityinmanagement.Afteryearsofreform,themodernenterprisesystemhasbeenbasicallyestablishedinstate-ownedenterprises,butalotofdisharmonyvoiceofstate-ownedenterprisesappeared,havemadealotofinternalfriction,posedaseriousimpedimenttothedevelopmentofthestate-ownedenterprises.Atpresent,state-ownedenterprisesareatacriticalstageofreform,manyexpertsproposedvariousideasandmeasurestoimprovethemanagementofstate-ownedenterprises.Thepaperaimstoconductusefulexplorationinreducinginternalfrictiontoachievethesustainabledevelopmentofstate-ownedenterprisesfromtheharmoniousmanagementperspective.Thispapertalksabouttheharmoniousmanagementtheory,hedisorderinmanagementofstate-ownedenterprises,andtheguidancefortheformertothelatter:Firstly,theconcept,harmoniousmanagementtheoryisdefined.Harmoniousmanagementthoughtshavealonghistory,Peoplehavebeenpursuingharmonydedicatedlyandfirmly.Inmoderntimes,peopletrytousethephilosophytoguideharmoniouseconomicandsocialfieldsandmaintainaharmoniousorder.Xi'anJiaotongUniversityprofessor,XiU-min,concievedharmoniousmanagementtheory,tobuildasystemofharmoniousorderinthelevelofthoughtandmethodology.Thisparttellustheoriginofharmoniousmanagementtheory,basicconcepts,andmainIVpointstoexplainit.Secondly,thispapertellusthescopeofstate-ownedenterprisesinthestudyandtheemergenceofthecurrentoutstandingdisorderphenomenon.Developmentofthestate-ownedenterprisesisnoteasy,continuingexplorationandreform;Currently,therearestate-ownedenterpriseswithininterpersonalmanagementdiscord,disharmonywithoutsiderelationship,thediscordofenterprisesystemsandtheefficiency,disharmonyinhumanresourcesmanagement,disharmonyinorganizationalstructureetc.fivekindsofprominentdisharmony,posingaseriousimpedimenttosustainabledevelopmentinthestate-ownedenterprises,so,reducingdisharmonyphenomenon,reducinginternalfrictionisamust;Andtheharmoniousmanagementtheoryhasastrongabilitytointerpreteanddealwiththeemergingdisharmonyphenomenon,andthereforeitisnecessarytouseharmoniousmanagementtheorytoguidestate-ownedenterprisestoestablishharmony.Finally,thepaperstatestheapplianceofharmoniousmanagementtheorytostate-ownedenterprisemanagement,whichisthethrustofthispaper.Afteranalysingtheharmonyphenomenoninstate-ownedenterprisesmanagement,weconcludethatitisnecessarytouseharmoniousmanagementtheorytoguidestate-ownedenterprisestoestablishharmony.Inresponsetotheemergenceofstheharmonyphenomenon,thepaperproposethesolutionsandmeasures:adoptionofreactiontoculturalenvironment(thatis,harmonyconstruction)orrationaldesignandoptimization(thatis,coordinationconstruction)orbothways,toconstructinterharmonyandcreatealeagueharmony,toconstructsystemharmony,toexploreinhumanresourcesmanagementinnovation,tooptimizeorganizationalstructure,inordertoconstructharmoniousstate-ownedenterprises.Keyword:harmoniousmanagementtheorystate-ownedenterprisesappliance1论文独创性声明本人郑重声明:所提交的学位论文是本人在导师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的成果。除文中已经注明引用的内容外,本论文不含其他个人或其他机构已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。对本文的研究作出重要贡献的个人和集体,均已
