连云港港口物流园区发展策略

连云港港口物流园区发展策略摘要随着社会的进步和经济的发展，城市功能紊乱、交通拥挤、物流车辆对环境的副作用相继产生，为实现“物资的畅通流通”，政府在郊区或城乡结合部专门规划区域而将物流中心、配送中心、仓储、运输等企业招商近来，形成产业集群效应。这个区域即物流园区最早出现于1965年日本东京，随后在世界一些国家开始出现，并得到了大力的发展。在我国物流已成为制约经济发展的重要瓶颈，各级政府也在加大物流行业的发展力度，于是“物流园区热”在全国轰轰烈烈开展起来，目前我国20多个省40多个中心城市在物流发展规划中都提出了建设物流园区的设想和规划，并已有许多建成或已经在建设中。但我国的物流园区在规划发展过程中，遇到了许多问题，缺乏经验、园区空缺率高，资源浪费等问题使物流园区的发展未达到理想效果，本文对此进行探讨分析，试图为我国物流事业的发展尽微薄之力。随着全球运输服务进入综合物流时代，港口在社会经济发展中的作用和地位发生了深刻的变化。港口作为全球综合运输网络中的主要环节，其功能已由传统的装卸货物的转运地向着综合物流中心的角色转变,港口开展物流服务已成为港口未来发展道路上的必然趋势。因此，目前世界上包括中国在内的各大港口都加快了港口物流的发展，并将港口物流业的快速、可持续性的发展作为港口未来发展的重中之重和保持港口竞争力的最有效的方法。然而，港口开展物流服务并不是盲目的去仿效和攀比，而是应该因地制宜的寻求一种符合港口自身情况的港口物流发展策略，这尤其对中小型港口来说值得深思和研究。本文从连云港港口的实际出发，分析了发展港口物流对连云港港的必要性和重要意义，通过调研对连云港港发展港口物流进行分析，实事求是地提出连云港港发展港口物流的策略。根据物流发展策略，得出连云港港发展特色物流中心的构想，并且对物流中心的可行性进行了详细论证，在对连云港港物流基础设施平台构建、营运管理系统、信息平台构建等深入研究的基础上，提出了连云港港发展现代物流的相关对策建议，对连云港港物流发展具有积极的指导意义。[关键词]港口物流物流园区ABSTRACTAlongwithsociety'sprogressandtheeconomicaldevelopment,theurbanfunctiondisorder,thetrafficcongestion,thephysicaldistributionvehiclesproduceoneafteranothertotheenvironmentsideeffect,torealize“thecommodityunimpededcirculation”,thegovernmentplanstheregionspeciallyinthesuburborthecityandcountrysideintersection,butenterprisebusinessmenareinvitedtoopencompaniesandsoonphysicaldistributioncenter,allocationcenter,warehousing,transportationrecently,formstheindustrialcolonyeffect.Thisregionwasthephysicaldistributioncampusappearsmostearlyin1965theJapaneseTokyo,afterwardstartedinworldsomecountriestoappear,andobtainedthedevelopmentvigorously.Hasbecometherestrictioneconomicdevelopmentinourcountryphysicaldistributiontheimportantbottleneck,alllevelsofthegovernmentalsoinenlargethephysicaldistributionprofessiondevelopmentdynamics,therefore“thephysicaldistributioncampusishot”developsimposinginthenation,atpresentourcountrymorethan20provincemorethan40keycitiesproposedinthephysicaldistributiondevelopmentprojecttheconstructionphysicaldistributioncampus'stentativeplanandplans,andhadmanycompletesoralreadyintheconstruction.Butourcountry'sphysicaldistributioncampusintheplandevelopingprocess,hasmetmanyquestions,lackstheexperience,thecampusvacancyratetobehigh,questionsandsoonresourceswasteenablethephysicaldistributioncampusthedevelopmentnottoachievetheidealeffect,thisarticlecarryonthediscussionanalysisregardingthis,attemptsforourcountryphysicaldistributionenterprise'sdevelopmentmostmeagerstrength.Enteredthecomprehensivephysicaldistributiontimealongwiththeglobaltransportationservice,theharborhashadthedeeptransformationinsocio-economicdevelopmentfunctionandthestatus.Theharborasglobalmixedtransportnetworkinkeylink,itsfunctionthetransportationwhichwillloadandunloadgoodsbythetraditionhasturnedtowardthesynthesisphysicaldistributioncentertheroletransformation,theharbordevelopmentdeliveryservicehasbecometheharborinthefutureondevelopmentpath'sinevitabletrend.Therefore,intheworldspeduptheharborphysicaldistributiondevelopmentatpresentincludingChina'seachbigharbor,andtheharborlogisticsfast,sustainablethedevelopmentthemostimportantwhichdevelopsinthefutureastheharborandmaintainstheharborcompetitivepowerthemosteffectivemethod.However,theharbordevelopmentdeliveryserviceisnotblindimitatesandcompetes,butisshouldactascircumstancespermittoseekonekindtoconformtotheharborownsituationharborphysicaldistributiondevelopmentstrategy,thisisworthtothemiddleandsmallscaleharborthinkingdeeplyandstudyingespecially.ThisarticleembarkedfromtheLianyungangharbor'sreality,hasanalyzedthedevelopmentharborphysicaldistributiontotheLianyungangportnecessityandtheimportantmeaning,carriedontheanalysisthroughtheinvestigationandstudytotheLianyungangportdevelopmentharborphysicaldistribution,proposedtheLianyungangportdevelopmentharborphysicaldistributionstrategyrealistically.Accordingtothephysicaldistributiondevelopmentstrategy,obtainstheLianyungangportdevelopmentcharacteristicphysicaldistributioncentertheconception,andhascarriedonthedetailedprooftothephysicaldistributioncenter'sfeasibility,totheLianyungangportphysicaldistributioninfrastructureplatformconstruction,transportbusinessmanagementsystemmanagementsystem,theinformationplatformconstructionandsoondeepresearch'sfoundation,proposedtheLianyungangportdevelopmentmodernphysicaldistribution'srelatedcountermeasuresuggestedthathasthepositiveguidingsensetotheLianyungangportphysicaldistributiondevelopment.Keywords：Harbor、Logistics、LogisticCenter目录第1章绪论..................................................................................................................71.1研究物流园区建设的目的和意义..................................................................81.1.1物流园区的定义及内涵...................................81.1.2研究背景...............................................91.1.3理论意义与现实意义....................................111.2国内外物流园区研究与发展的现状............................................................121.2.1我国物流园区研究的现状及展望..........................121.2.2国外物流园区发展现状..................................171.2.3国内物流园区发展现状..................................191.3研究的技术路线和方法.................................................
