.可编辑范本!目录1、工程概况·························································22、编制说明和编制依据···············································33、施工工序概况·····················································34、主要工序施工方法和技术要求·······································44.0组装场地及主要道路平整···········································44.1基础验收和钢架安装···············································44.2、锅筒安装························································64.3、集箱安装························································64.4、膜式壁及本体管路安装············································74.5、空气预热器安装··················································94.6、省煤器安装······················································94.7、过热器安装·····················································104.8、燃烧装置安装···················································104.9、水压试验························································114.10、炉墙砌筑······················································124.11、烘炉··························································124.12、煮炉··························································134.13、严密性和试运行················································145、质量保证措施·····················································146、主要控制点责任体系··············································157、安装焊接质量控制体系············································218、安全生产管理体系················································219、安全技术措施及文明施工··········································2210、施工进度计划表·················································2311、主要施工机具及劳动力计划·······································2312、施工平面布置图·················································2413、环境保护措施···················································25.可编辑范本!1、工程概况1.1工程规模本工程为湖南江华坤昊实业有限公司热电厂锅炉安装工程,该工程为一台75t/h中压参数自然循环全燃高炉煤气锅炉,由江西江联能源环保股份有限公司设计生产,锅炉型号为:JG-75/3.82-Q,主要结构为:钢架结构、呈∏字型布置,前吊后支,水管系统、过热器全部悬吊于锅炉顶板上,省煤器、高温空气预热器等尾部受热面则采用积木式结构布置在尾部框架上,低温空气预热器支在尾部钢架上。炉膛断面为5810mm*5810mm的正方形,8个燃烧器布置在四角上。整个水冷壁分成12个循环回路,前后及两侧各三个回路,每面墙的侧边回路由20根Ø60*4管子组成,中间回路由24根Ø60*4管子组成,锅水由4根Ø273*8下降管引出,再由24根(每个回路各两根)Ø108*4.5的分配管分别引入水冷壁的各个集箱。锅炉采用单锅筒(或称汽包),锅筒内径为1500mm,壁厚46mm,筒身直段长6350mm,材质为Q245R,锅内一次分离装置为24只直径为Ø219mm的旋风分离器,前后2排布置。锅炉本体材料倒运约350吨,厂家发货为散装组件。1.2主要技术参数锅炉主要技术参数如下:额定蒸发量:75t/h设计蒸汽压力:3.82MPa设计蒸汽温度:450℃给水温度:104℃空气预热器进风温度20℃排烟温度:155℃锅炉设计热效率:87.5%点火及助燃用油:0#轻柴油抗地震烈度:7度锅炉总重为354.3吨,其中钢结构部分为130.25吨,锅筒及其内部结构装置为16.73吨,其余为集箱、空气预热器、省煤器、水冷壁、本体管路等重量。2、编制说明和编制依据2.1编制说明.可编辑范本!2.1.1为了保证工程合理、有序、顺利进行,保证工程工期、确保施工质量,使工程在施工过程中有据可依,特编制本方案,本方案仅用于指导本工程施工。2.1.2开工前要对图纸进行会审、办理开工报告、撰写其它施工技术文件,、向当地锅炉监察部门办理施工告知、备案手续,接受技术监督部门监督。2.1.3本体管路、水冷壁、各个集箱安装前必须对母材进行光谱分析、理化试验,对焊接工艺进行评定,以上数据均对指导生产有重要意义。2.1.4锅炉散件、自购辅材等进场时要严格验收,收取合格证、材质书,清点材料并分类摆放,做好重要部件、稀有部件的采保措施,填写验收资料。2.1.5安装过程中的各个节点,施工记录,交工资料必须与安装同步。2.1.6设立辅材、焊材一级库、二级裤,严格发放、回收并完善相关手续、资料。2.2编制依据2.2.1江西江联有限公司提供的全套锅炉本体图及相关说明书2.2.2«锅炉安装工程施工及验收规范»GB50273—20092.2.3«电力建设施工及验收技术规范»(锅炉机组篇)DL/T5047—952.2.4«承压设备无损检测»JB/T4730.2-2005(第2部分射线检测)2.2.5«蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程»、«实用锅炉手册»、«锅炉压力容器安全监察条例»、«工业炉砌筑工程施工及验收规范»3、施工工序概况锅炉本体主要部件安装主要过程基础验收材料到货检验钢架组对安装锅筒吊装集箱安装水冷壁组对、吊装空气预热器安装平台、爬梯安装安装省煤器安装过热器安装本体管路安装水压试验密封装置、钢性梁安装燃烧、点火系统安装外护板安装筑炉、保温漏风试验烘炉、煮炉严密性试验、试运行交工、验收.可编辑范本!注:因为锅炉施工工序比较复杂,在施工过程中各工种要密切配合,上一道工序的施工绝不能影响下一道工序施工,杜绝工序混乱造成的质量不合格、窝工等现象。4、主要工序、施工方法和技术要求4.0组装场地及主要道路平整4.0.0锅炉框架、设备到货前应对组装场地及主要道路进行夯实、平整,达到可通重车的标准。钢架、设备安装前锅炉房吊装区域应达到通车及吊装要求。安装前预制制作平台、胎具、吊笼、临时吊装平台等(另在9、施工平面布置图中说明)。开工准备工作按下表:准备项目单位数量备注组装平台、胎具等制作安装T10/150×200斜垫铁加工δ16-20160每根立柱16块吊耳、吊笼、吊装平台制作安装T1/道路及场地平整、夯实、铺垫项14.1基础验收及钢架安装4.1.1锅炉钢架及辅助设备就位前,必须进行基础验收,基础上要有明确的标高(且不小于两处)和中心线,基础表面不得有裂纹、凹坑等缺陷。4.1.2基础上纵、横中心线应相互垂直,坐标位置允许偏差为≤20mm,不同平面标高允许偏差为0~-20mm,平面外形尺寸±20mm。4.1.3柱子在安装前要从顶部开始测量,在立柱上标出1m标高线,作为以后安装其他部件的基准标高,柱子安装垂直度要不大于高度的1﹪,且不超过10mm.4.1.4柱子安装采用垫铁安装,每根柱子下设四组斜垫铁,规格为:100×200δ=20mm以内,待钢架安装找正完毕用手锤敲击无松动后,将垫铁与柱脚板、预埋板焊接牢固,然后与预埋螺纹钢筋焊接牢固。4.1.5钢架先在地下组对,组对分四片,按柱号Z1左~Z1右,Z2左~Z2右,Z3左~Z3右,Z4左~Z4右。钢架组对中心线、对角线及水平度必须认真复测,严格控制,最大允许偏差如下表:钢架组对允许偏差(mm).可编辑范本!序号检查项目允许偏差1各柱子位置±52任意两柱子间的距离间距的1/1000,且不大于103其他横梁标高±54横梁间水平度长度的1/1000,且不大于35各柱子相互间标高之差36柱子的铅垂度高度的1/1000,且不大于107各柱子相应两对角线的长度之差长度的1.5/1000,且不大于158支撑锅筒的梁的标高0~-54.1.6钢架材料全部为Q235,组对时焊条用J422,即E4303,焊缝高度、焊接长度、焊接方法要严格按图纸执行,如图中无明确要求,现场焊接时要焊接牢固,外观检查要合格。4.1.7立柱、横梁、平台等各支撑件,严禁任意切割孔洞,如必须切割时,在切割处要采取加固措施;钢架组对前在地上横三排D377×10无缝管、每排2根、拉线调水平,以便组对钢架时能控制偏差。4.1.8钢架在地面组对完毕,各部位尺寸经严格复测,确认无误后,方可吊装,吊装时,采用2台50吨吊车为主吊(多增加了一台),12吨吊车为副吊配合进行溜尾吊装。4.1.9吊装过程中要采取专人负责制,由技术过关的起重工指挥,起吊要平稳.4.1.10钢架吊装完毕后,要及时组装横梁、斜撑进行加固,2#、3#、4#柱上部用横梁加固后,留出下部暂时不安装横梁进行加固,供炉膛水冷壁安装时进料。4.1.11钢架吊装就位后,要用揽风绳临时拉撑四角,待钢架精平完毕、且柱脚和基础底版焊接牢固每两片钢架侧面两两用横梁连接牢固后,方可拆去临时拉撑;钢架、横梁安装焊接准备完毕前,即可在0平面组对炉顶大平台及大板梁,炉顶大平台重25.3吨,标高24.1米,起重半径15米,使用130吨汽车吊半个台班吊装到位。4.1.12钢架安装完毕后要及时报验,待各相关单位检察合格后,及时对柱脚灌浆隐蔽.并做好记录。4.2锅筒安装.可编辑范本!4.2.1钢架、横梁固定完毕后,方可进行锅筒吊装,锅筒安装标高要依钢架1m标高线为准。4.2.2锅筒安装前,必须仔细检查各接管座的角焊缝,将其内部清理干净,复核汽包、联箱上的铳眼、中心线,并对外表进行认真检查,看有无明显疤痕。4.2.3复查锅筒内部装置,零部件数量不得缺少,蒸汽、给水等所有连接隔板应严密不漏,各处焊缝应无漏焊和裂纹。4.2.4锅筒吊装利用原钢架结构,并在现场用Ф325*12做两个扒杆,[16a槽钢加固,作为起吊支撑,用两台5吨卷扬机设滑轮组起吊,一台5吨卷扬机换向就位。4.2.5滑轮组吊点要设置在汽包两头,因锅筒长度大于两立柱中心线距离,因此,锅筒吊装时必须有一定的倾斜度,以保证锅筒顺利就位。4.2.6锅筒安装依前后墙轴线为中心,安装中心标高为:23.1m,锅筒单重:13.419T,内件重:1.594T,悬吊装置重:1.717T总计:16.73T,锅筒吊装过程要平稳、缓慢,必要时对起吊绳索做临时固定。4.2.7锅筒就位后,用吊杆连接好,并拧紧螺栓,然后找正其标高、水平位置和水平度。4.2.8锅筒找
