河南理工大学本科毕业设计I孟津矿瓦斯抽采系统设计摘要:煤与瓦斯突出是破碎的煤、岩和瓦斯在地应力和瓦斯的共同作用下,由煤体或岩体内突然向采掘空间抛出的动力现象,是煤矿井下最严重的灾害之一。2006年7月29日,孟津矿在副井揭煤过程中,发生过1次大型煤与瓦斯突出,突出煤岩量达828t。从保障煤矿安全生产的意义上来讲,煤矿瓦斯抽采的目的是降低煤层中存储的瓦斯含量,减少瓦斯涌出,防止瓦斯积聚和瓦斯超限,防治煤与瓦斯突出的发生。基于此,本设计以孟津矿二1煤层为对象,通过前期收集、整理、分析该矿的相关资料,对该矿的瓦斯抽采系统进行了设计,设计内容如下:(1)根据《矿井瓦斯涌出量预测方法》(AQ1018-2006)选择分源预测法对孟津矿进行矿井瓦斯涌出量预测。预测结果:二1煤工作面瓦斯涌出量为18.49m3/min,掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量为3.49m3/min,矿井瓦斯涌出量为59.34m3/min。根据《煤矿安全工程》145条内容论证了瓦斯抽采的必要性;从煤层透气性系数λ、钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数α论证瓦斯抽采的可行性。同时,对矿井瓦斯储量,矿井可抽瓦斯量,可抽期进行计算。(2)通过分析瓦斯涌出的来源及构成得出:回采区瓦斯涌出量比例高达62%,掘进区瓦斯涌出量占18%,已采区瓦斯涌出量占20%。所以回采区的瓦斯抽采是重中之重。根据瓦斯抽放方法分为开采层瓦斯抽放方法、邻近层瓦斯抽放方法、采空区瓦斯抽放方法。本设计的开采层瓦斯抽放方法为本层预抽方法,采用顺层与穿层布孔方式。回采区域采用顺层钻孔预抽回采区域瓦斯,掘进区域西翼采区采用穿层钻孔预抽条带瓦斯,东翼采区采用顺层钻孔预抽条带瓦斯。现采空区采用上隅角插管抽放和埋管抽放的方法,老采空区采用全封闭式插管抽采方法。根据《煤矿瓦斯抽采达标暂行规定》要求,非卸压煤层抽放负压选15KPa,卸压煤层抽放负压选8KPa。并根据钻孔瓦斯抽放的衰减系数,计算出钻孔的有效抽放时间。并绘制了抽采瓦斯的示意图和瓦斯抽采系统图。(3)根据《煤矿瓦斯抽采工程设计规范》(GB50471-2008)3.2.1~3.2.1要求,本设计需分别布置高负压和低负压瓦斯抽采系统。根据管路的瓦斯纯量及瓦斯浓度,计算得出主管、分路、支管的管径;根据管路的长度及管径等参数计算出管路的摩擦阻力,进而计算出高负压抽采管路的总阻力为13458Pa,低负压抽采管路的总阻力为12015Pa。根据需求选择合适的抽采泵,高负压泵型号为:2BEC52;低负压泵型号为:2BEC40。最后进行了经济概算。(4)根据相关规定,制定了抽采系统及抽采泵站的安全措施及管理方案。关键词:煤与瓦斯突出;瓦斯涌出量预测;抽采方法;管路;设备选型河南理工大学本科毕业设计IGasDrainageSystemDesignOfMengjinMineAbstract:Thecoalandgasoutburstisadynamicphenomenonthatbrokencoal,rocksandgasaresuddenlythrownfromthecoalorrockmasstotheminingspace,causedbytheinteractionofcrustalstressandgas.Thisphenomenonisoneofthemostseriousdisastersinacoalmine.InJuly29,2006,onelargecoalandgasoutburstoccurredintheMengjincoalmineintheprocessofuncoveringcoalintheauxiliaryshaft,thequantityoftheoutburstcoalreached828t.Inthesenseofguaranteeingthecoalmineproductionsafety,thepurposeofcoalminegasdrainageistoreducethegascontentofcoalseaminstorage,reducethegasemission,preventinggasaccumulationandgas,coalandgasoutburst.Basedonthese,thisdesigntookMengjinmine二1coalseamastheobject.Withcollecting,collating,analyzingrelevantinformationonthecoalmine,thepaperdesignedtheminegasdrainagesystem.Thisdesigncontentsareasfollows:(1)AccordingtoTheMineGasEmissionQuantityPredictionMethod(AQ1018-2006),selectdifferent-sourcepredictionmethodtopredictminegasemissionofMengjinmine.Theresultsareasfollows:thegasemissionoftwo1coalfaceis18.49m3/min.Theemissionofthetunnelingworkingsurfaceis3.49m3/min,andtheminegasemissionis59.34m3/min.AccordingtothecoalMineSafetyEngineering145content,demonstratethenecessityofthecoalminegasdrainage;withgaspermeabilitycoefficientofcoalseamanddampingfactorofgasflow-rateperholeα,demonstratethefeasibilityofthecoalminegasdrainage.Atthesametime,calculategasreserves,drainablegasquantityandpumpingperiod.(2)Withtheanalysisofgasemissionsourcesandstructure,theresultareobtained:upto62%ofgasemissionquantityspringsfromthestope,andthetunnelingareaaccountsfor18%ofgasemission,andthegasemissionoftheminedareaaccountsfor20%.Accordingly,thegasextractionoftheminingareaisatoppriority.Gasdrainagemethodsincludegasdrainagefromextractingseam,gasdrainagefromadjacentseamandgasdrainagefromgob.Thegasdrainagefromextractingseamofthedesignisgasdrainagefromvirgincoalseam,withcrossingholesandholesdrilledalongseam.Thegasdrainagefromstopeisgasdrainagefromvirgincoalseam,withholesdrilledalongseam.Thegasdrainagefromthewestwingofthetunnelingareaisgaspre-drainagealongseambeddingstrip,withcrossingholes,andthegasdrainagefromtheeastwingisgaspre-drainagealongseambeddingstrip,withholesdrilledalongseam.Now,thegasdrainagefromgobisintubationinuppercornerextractionandburiedtubedrainage,theoldgoafwithfullyenclosedintubationdrainagemeasures.AccordingtotheInterimProvisionsStandardofCoalMineGasExtraction,gasdrainagenegativepressurewithoutpressurereliefis15KPa,gasdrainagewithpressurereliefnegative河南理工大学本科毕业设计IIpressure8KPa.Accordingtotheattenuationcoefficientofgasdrainageborehole,calculatetheeffectivepumpingdrillingtime.Andgasextractionandgasdrainagesystemschematicdiagram.(3)Accordingtominegasdrainageengineeringdesignspecifications(GB50471-2008)3.2.1~3.2.3requirements,themineneedstoarrangegasdrainagesystem.Accordingtothevaluesofgascontentandgasconcentrationinpipeline,calculatedthediameterofmainpipeline,branch,branchpipe;basedonlinelengthanddiameterandotherparameterstocalculatethefrictionresistanceofpipe,thencalculatethehighnegativepressureis13458Paandlownegativepressureis12015Pa.Accordingtothedemand,choosesuitabledrainagepumps,thetypeofhighnegativepresspump:2BEC52;thetypeoflownegativepresspump:2BEC40.Finally,economicalcalculationisperformed.(4)Accordingtotherelevantregulations,formulatesafetymeasuresandmanagementschemeofthepumpingsystemandpumpingstation.Keywords:coalandgasoutburstpredictionofminegasemissionratedrainagemethoddrainagepipelineequipmentselection河南理工大学本科毕业设计1目录1引言..................................................................................................................................11.1概述...............................................................................................................................11.2编制设计的依据...........................................................................................................11.3设计的指导
