ICS29.240.10L66备案号:53939-2016准T/CEC159—2018变电站机器人巡检系统扩展接口技术规范Technologyspecificationforexpansioninterfaceofrobotinspectionsysteminsubstation2018-01-24发布2018-04-01实施中国电力企业联合会发布T/CEC159—2018中国电力企业联合会标准变电站机器人巡检系统扩展接口技术规范T/CEC159—2018*中国电力出版社出版、发行(北京市东城区北京站西街19号100005)北京传奇佳彩印刷有限公司印刷*2018年7月第一版2018年7月北京第一次印刷880毫米×1230毫米16开本0.75印张18千字*统一书号155198·880定价11.00元版权专有侵权必究本书如有印装质量问题,我社发行部负责退换T/CEC159—2018I目次前言···································································································································································II1范围······························································································································································12规范性引用文件··········································································································································13术语和定义··················································································································································14体系架构······················································································································································25技术要求······················································································································································26对接PMS·····················································································································································37对接智能辅控系统······································································································································48对接智能变电站一体化监控系统···············································································································49对接消防系统··············································································································································410试验····························································································································································4附录A(资料性附录)变电站机器人巡检系统与PMS交互图像数据文件示例·····································6附录B(资料性附录)变电站机器人巡检系统与PMS交互巡检数据文件示例·····································7T/CEC159—2018II前言本标准依据GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。本标准的某些内容可能涉及专利,本标准的发布机构不承担识别这些专利的责任。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:国网江西省电力公司检修分公司、山东鲁能智能技术有限公司。本标准主要起草人:叶爱民、徐波、胡宏宇、翁新林、孙其寿、肖戎、熊洲、王金生、胡洪飞、叶心平、张立群、李福德、蔡明、夏祥波、张斌、裴淼、熊旭卉、陈益民、刘越凡、郭世繁。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。T/CEC159—20181变电站机器人巡检系统扩展接口技术规范1范围本标准规定了变电站机器人巡检系统与其他系统的信息交互关系、扩展接口的技术要求及试验。本标准适用于变电站、换流站机器人巡检系统的扩展接口设计、调试及验收。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T28181公共安全视频监控联网系统信息传输、交换、控制技术要求DL/T860.71电力自动化通信网络和系统第7-1部分:基本通信结构和模型DL/T860.73电力自动化通信网络和系统第7-3部分:基本通信结构公用数据类3术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1变电站机器人巡检系统robotinspectionsysteminsubstation由变电站巡检机器人、变电站机器人本地监控系统、变电站机器人集中监控系统、机器人室组成,能够遥控或自主开展变电站巡检作业,并实现多个变电站巡检机器人的远程集中管控。3.2变电站机器人集中监控系统robotcentralizedmonitoringsysteminsubstation由变电站机器人集控设备组成。用于多个变电站本地监控系统的接入、管理、监视及控制,实现多个变电站机器人本地巡检系统的远程集中管控(以下简称集控系统)。3.3变电站机器人本地监控系统robotlocalmonitoringsysteminsubstation由监控主机、通信设备、监控分析软件和数据库等组成,安装于变电站本地用于监控机器人运行的计算机系统(以下简称本地监控系统)。3.4生产管理系统productionmanagementsystem;PMS系统覆盖电力运维检修业务和生产管理全过程。系统面向电网生产管理,实现对电力生产执行层、管理层、决策层业务能力的全覆盖,支撑运维一体化和检修专业化,实现管理的高效、集约。3.5智能变电站一体化监控系统integratedsupervisionandcontrolsystemofintelligentsubstation按照全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化要求,通过系统集成优化,实现全站信息的统一接入、统一存储和统一展示,实现运行监视、操作与控制、信息综合分析与智能告警、运行管理和辅助应用等功能。3.6变电站智能辅助控制系统intelligentauxiliarycontrolsysteminsubstation由变电站动力环境、图像、照明、采暖通风、安防报警、门禁识别控制等在线监视和智能控制子T/CEC159—20182系统组成,实现变电站综合安全监测、预警及控制(以下简称智能辅控系统)。3.7变电站消防系统fire-fightingsysteminsubstation由火灾自动报警装置、灭火装置、消防器材等组成,实现变电站火灾智能报警,并根据火灾情况启动相关的灭火设备,关闭相关的防火阀,驱动警铃或声光报警器,发出火警信号,并可根据要求将火灾告警信号上传到中心变电站或调控中心(以下简称消防系统)。4体系架构变电站机器人巡检系统通过机器人采集站内设备及机器人本体的运行状态信息,通过标准化接口与PMS、智能变电站一体化监控系统、智能辅控系统、消防系统进行信息交互,完成站内设备数据采集处理和机器人联动控制。变电站机器人巡检系统结构和信息交互关系如图1所示。图1变电站机器人巡检系统结构和信息交互关系示意图5技术要求5.1一般规定变电站机器人巡检系统对接其他系统时应符合下列规定:a)信息传输的内容与格式应标准化、规范化。b)信息传输应满足可靠性要求。5.2安全性变电站机器人巡检系统对接其他系统的安全性应符合下列规定:a)采取有效的安全手段来保障信息不被非法截获或非法修改。b)对变电站机器人巡检系统用户进行身份认证和权限区分。c)加装隔离装置或纵向加密装置等信息安全防护装置。5.3可靠性变电站机器人巡检系统对接其他系统的可靠性应符合下列要求:T/CEC159—20183a)日常应用不应影响对接的其他系统的正常运行。b)局部故障不应影响对接的其他系统的正常运行。c)其他系统故障不应影响变电站机器人巡检系统的正常运行。5.4稳定性变电站机器人巡检系统对接其他系统的稳定性应符合下列要求:a)系统对接应保证7×24h稳定运行。b)数传误码率不应大于10−6。6对接PMS6.1对接原则变电站机器人巡检系统对接PMS应遵循下列原则:a)实际对接时变电站机器人巡检系统应抽取机器人采集数据及其本身的属性数据。b)实际对接不应影响PMS、智能辅助控制等关联系统结构。c)对接整体设计应遵循信息化系统的设计原则。6.2设备建模变电站机器人巡检系统设备建模应符合下列规定:a)变电站机器人巡检系统应按照PMS设备树建模,实现统一建模与命名。b)变电站、电压等级、间隔、主设备应遵循PMS台账模型规范,设备部位应遵循变电站机器人巡检系统巡视模型规范。c)主变压器类型设备层级结构为:变电站—主变压器间隔—主设备—设备部位。d)其他类型变电一次设备层级结构为:变电站—电压等级—间隔—主设备—设备部位。e)变电站机器人巡检系统中设备部位信息需要维护所属主设备PMS编号。6.3数据交互变电站机器人巡检系统与PMS的数据交互应符合下列规定:a)变电站机器人巡检系统应能生成PMS可识别的数据。b)变电站机器人巡检系统可提供规范性业务数据并满足PMS数据导入要求。c)传输的业务数据内容如下:1)巡检结果内容应包括设备PMS编号、巡检时间、巡检结果、单位、环境数据等。2)报警结果内容应包括设备PMS编号、报警时间,温升越限报警、三相对比报警、超温越限报警、仪表越限报警、位置状态报警等报警类别,一般缺陷、严重缺陷、危急缺陷等报警级别,报警数值、报警限值、报警描述等。3)巡检任务执行状况内容应包括任务名称、任务启动时间、任
