Q/GDW212—2008ICS29.240国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW11155—2014智能变电站预制光缆技术规范ThetechnicalspecificationforprefabricatedopticcableinSmartSubstation2014-12-31发布2014-12-31实施国家电网公司发布Q/GDWQ/GDW11155—2014I目次前言···································································································································································II1范围·····························································································································································12引用标准······················································································································································13术语和定义··················································································································································24表示方法与结构··········································································································································25基本技术条件··············································································································································36技术要求······················································································································································37敷设与安装··················································································································································48检验与检测··················································································································································89包装、运输和贮存······································································································································9附录A预制光缆结构示意······························································································································11附录B预制光缆试验项目和类型··················································································································12编制说明·························································································································································13Q/GDW11155—2014II前言为统一智能变电站预制光缆技术要求,指导和规范智能变电站预制光缆选型、设备采购等工作,特编制本标准。本标准提出的技术性能参数基于国内外预制光缆的设计、制造和运行经验。由于智能变电站技术仍处于发展阶段,本标准的相关技术原则将随着技术的发展与成熟逐步修订和完善。本标准由国家电网公司基建部提出并解释。本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。本标准主要起草单位:国网江苏省电力公司、江苏省电力设计院。本标准主要起草人:秦健、肖树、王展、苏麟、朱东升、秦华、鲁东海。本标准为首次发布。Q/GDW11155—20141预制光缆技术规范1范围本标准规定了智能变电站预制光缆的表示方法与结构、基本技术条件、技术要求、主要性能指标、检测与检验和包装、运输和贮存等内容。本标准适用于国家电网公司系统内智能变电站的新建工程,其它扩建、改建工程可参照执行。2规范性引用文件下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本规范书中引用而构成本规范书的条文。所示标准均应采用最新有效版本。GB/T7424.2-2008光缆总规范第2部分光缆基本试验方法GB/T9771通信用单模光纤系列GB/T12357通信用多模光纤GB/T15972光纤总规范GB/T17650.2-1998电缆或光缆材料燃烧时卤酸气体总量的测定第2部分:用测量pH值和电导率来测定气体的酸度GB/T17651.2-1998电缆或光缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟密度测定第2部分:试验步骤和要求GB/T18380.12-2008电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验第12部分:单根绝缘电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验1kW预混合型火焰试验方法GJB599A-1993耐环境快速分离高密度小圆形电连接器总规范GJB1217A-2009电连接器试验方法YD/T908-2011光缆型号命名方法IEC60332火灾环境下的电缆和光缆试验IEC60793OpticalFibers(光纤)IEC60794OpticalFiberCables(光缆)IEC61754FiberOpticConnectorInterfaces(光纤连接器接口)IEC61300Fibreopticinterconnectingdevicesandpassivecomponents-Basictestandmeasurementprocedures(光学纤维有源元件和器件---基本试验和测量程序)GR-3152-2009GenericRequirementsforHardenedMulti-FiberOpticalConnectors(HMFOCs)(加强型多芯光连接器总则)Q/GDW11155—201423术语和定义GB/T4210-2001界定的以及以下术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1预制光缆PrefabricatedOpticCable光缆经过工厂预处理后,在光缆的一端或两端根据需要连接各种类型的光纤连接器,可实现预制端在施工现场的无熔接接续点的连接或直连。3.2光纤连接器OpticConnector用以稳定地,但不是永久连接两根或多根光纤的无源组件。将光纤的两个端面精密对接起来,使发射光纤(设备)的光能量最大限度的耦合到接收光纤(设备)中,最小化对系统造成的影响。3.3光缆分支器Divider光缆中的多根纤芯,经分支器无断点地分成多根尾纤,并在分支器中对分支点加以固定和保护。3.4单端预制光缆SingleEndPrefabricatedOpticCable是指光缆的一端预制光纤连接器,另一端保持开放状态,开放端现场以熔接方式连接。3.5双端预制光缆DoubleEndPrefabricatedOpticCable是指光缆的两端均预制光纤连接器。4表示方法与结构4.1预制光缆表示方法4.1.1预制光缆的型号命名规则如下:系列主称FA-B-X(L=30000,12M)预制光缆F预制光缆插头座配置情况用“*-*”形式A–光缆端头所接为圆形多芯连接器并配置对插插座(a:不配对插插座)B–光缆端头所接为矩形多芯连接器并配置对插插座(b:不配对插插座)D–光缆端头经分支器预制N–光缆端头保持开放,不接连接器光缆类型C-非金属铠装,室外缆CK-金属铠装,室外缆光缆规格L=30000-光缆长度从多芯连接器尾部计算为30000mm(30m)L=30000+2000-光缆长度从分支器尾部计算为30000mm(30m),分支尾纤最短2000mm(2m)12-光缆芯数为12芯M-多模62.5/125S-单模9/1254.1.2预制光缆型号示例Q/GDW11155—20143(1)圆型插头双端预制,均配套插座,光缆类型为金属铠装、室外缆,尾部光缆长度为100000mm(100m),光缆为4芯、多模62.5,表示为:FA-A-CK(L=100000,4M)(2)分支器型双端预制,光缆类型为非金属铠装、室外缆,尾部光缆长度为50000mm(50m),分支尾纤最短长度为2000mm(2m)12芯,单模,表示为:FD-D-C(L=50000+2000,12S)(3)圆型插头单端预制,不配套插座,光缆类型为非金属铠装、室外缆,尾部光缆长度为15000mm(15m),光缆为24芯、多模62.5,表示为:Fa-N-C(L=15000,24M)4.2预制光缆结构示意预制光缆的结构组成包括光缆、插头/插座或分支器、尾纤、热缩管等。预制光缆可以有双端预制或单端预制两种形式。变电站中常用的预制光缆型式有连接器型多芯预制光缆和分支器型多芯预制光缆等。预制光缆结构示意参见附录A。5基本技术条件5.1使用环境条件海拔高度:≤3000m;环境温度:-5℃~+45℃(户内);–40℃~+60℃(户外);最大日温差:25K;最大相对湿度:95%(日平均);90%(月平均);大气压力:86kPa~106kPa;抗震能力:水平加速度0.30g,垂直加速度0.15g;注:以上环境条件可根据具体工程调整。5.2敷设条件一般情况下,预制光缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃。6技术要求6.1预制光缆组件根据智能变电站光缆应用的需求,预制光缆可选用连接器型预制光缆与分支器型预制光缆两种类型,光缆芯数宜选用4芯、8芯、12芯、24芯,并应适应户外复杂环境敷设需要。根据使用环境和安装位置区别,连接器型预制光缆又分为插头光缆组件和插座光缆组件两部分。插头光缆组件主要由插头、室外光缆和其他辅助材料组成,插头通过附件和室外光缆组合在一起,能适应户外敷设。插座光缆组件主要由插座、室内光缆、单芯活动连接器和其他辅助材料组成,用于同插头光缆组件配接并连接柜内装置。6.2光纤预制光缆组件应满足多模A1b(62.5/125μm)和单模B1(9/125μm)信号传输,符合IEC60793光纤技术要求。表1预制光缆光纤性能要求项目参数光纤类型A1b(62.5/125μm)多模B1(9/125μm)单模光纤衰减系数≤3.5
