創意產業設計研究所碩博士班畢業流程事項※畢業生應於下學期開學日之前完成「離校手續」，否則將收取下學期註冊費。通過論文口試後，請先修改經指導老師確認將完整版論文上傳至圖書館「數位論文全文系統」，並經審核通過.需約3個工作天請至圖書館首頁,點選進入本校數位論文全文系統※數位論文需全文內頁加上浮水印(浮水印請勿變更大小或深淺)※將口試通過證明單中英文版(自行掃描)放至於第一頁※「論文繳交登入頁面」登入認證之帳號為學校計中「成功入口」學生E-mail(mail.ncku.edu.tw)之帳號密碼。※其他請參考數位論文全文系統的詳細說明並依其步驟上傳論文.1.數位論文核准通過後，連線至「數位論文全文系統」之查詢介面，搜尋自己之論文並列印「博碩士論文電子檔案上網授權書」將論文輸出裝訂，精裝本1本(交圖書館用)，平裝本4本(交所上與院圖)畢業生離校手續查詢系統下載流程：本校首頁/校園資訊/線上申請服務/點選畢業離校查詢/輸入學號及密碼/學生查詢結果OK→列印離校手續單辦理離校(請依表單上程序辦理)※依網頁公告依序完成以下手續,始可列印離校手續單1.填妥應屆畢業生意向調查表,生涯發展組(ext.50480)2.待所上將成績送達教務處(ext.50120)3.未欠學雜費(ext.50613)4.歸還圖書(ext.65760),歸還儀器財務(請洽相關單位)。註冊組與圖書館連線,若印出離校手續存查單後,再去圖書館借書,未還清圖書前不發給學位證書。持離校手續查存單開始離校流程1.所辦：繳交平裝論文3本、畢業生五寶(含曾投稿研討會論文電子檔一篇、不拘形式得意作品、得獎作品或經歷、影音檔、學位論文版精要版電子檔)、歸還所上所有器材之後，始得蓋所戳。2.院圖書館：繳交平裝論文1本3.註冊組：繳交畢業大頭照4.總圖書館：歸還書籍、繳交授權書、精裝本論文1本5.至其他相關單位：辦理離校手續6.註冊組：領取畢業證書→文書組蓋校印→完成InstituteofCreativeIndustryDesign．MasterandPhDProgramGraduationProcedure※Thegraduatehastocompletethe“SchoolLeavingProcedure”beforethestartingdayofnextsemester.Otherwise,itisrequiredtopaythetuitionfeeofnextsemester.AfterpassingtheThesisOralDefense，pleasereviseandconfirmwithsupervisors.UploadthecompleteThesistoNCKULibraryE-ThesesDissertationSystem.IttakesthreeworkingdaystoverifytheformatofyourPDFthesisandtheresultswille-mailtoyouafterwards.PleasevisitthehomepageofNCKULibraryandclicktoentertheNCKUE-ThesisDissertationSystem※Watermarkshouldbeaddedtoallpagesofe-thesis(Donotchangethesizeandcolorofthewatermark)※TheCertificateofOralDefense(口試通過證明單)shouldbe(scannedbyyourself)placedonthefirstpageofthethesis.※Theusernameandpasswordoftheloginpageisthesameas“NCKUPortal”studentE-mail(mail.ncku.edu.tw)providedbyComputerandNetworkCenter.※Forotherdetailedinformation,pleaserefertotheguideofE-ThesesDissertationSystemanduploadyourThesisaccordingtotheprocess.1.AftertheE-Thesisisverified,linktothesearchinginterfaceofE-ThesesDissertationSystem.SearchforyourownThesisandprintouttheDigitalThesisOn-LineAuthorizationForm.(toLibrary),4paperbackthesis(toICID&CollegeLibrary)GraduationProcedureSystem:NCKUhomepage/Menu/OfficeofAcademicAffairs/RegistrarDivision/clickonGraduationProcedureQuerySystem/EnterStudentID&Password/StudentSearchResultOK→PrintoutGraduationProcedureFormtostartschoolleavingprocess(Pleaseproceedaccordingtotheprocedureontheform)※GraduationProcedureFormcanonlybeprintedaftercompletingtheannouncementontheInternettofinishthefollowingprocedure.1.FillouttheGraduateSurvey(應屆畢業生意向調查表),StudentCounselingService(ext.50480)2.WaitforICIDofficetosendthegradestoOfficeofAcademicAffairs(ext.50120)3.Nounpaidtuitionfees(ext.50613)4.Returnbooks(ext.65760),returnequipments(relatedoffices).RegistrarDivisionsystemisconnectedwiththeNCKULibrary.Therefore,onceprintingouttheGraduationProcedureForm,youarenotallowedtoborrowbooksfromNCKULibrary.BegintheProcessofGraduationwiththeSchoolLeavingProcessSheet(離校手續查存單)1.ICIDOffice：Handin3copiesofpaperbackThesis,5elementsofGraduate(IncludingthePDFof1SubmittedConferencePaper,anykindofRepresentativeWork,Award-winningworksorexperiences,DVfile,PDFfileofcondensedThesis)、returningallequipmentsborrowedfromICID,thenreceivethestamp.2.CollegeofPlanning&DesignLibrary：Handin1copyofpaperbackThesis3.RegistrarDivision：HandintheGraduationPhoto4.NCKULibrary：Returnthebooks,Handinthesignedcopyrightformofyourthesis,and1copyofhardcoverthesis5.Gotootherrelatedoffices：forleavingcampusprocedure6.RegistrarDivision：ReceiveCertificateofGraduation→OfficeofGeneralAffairs(文書組)forUniversityStamp→Completed
