UASB程五良1, 陈煜南2, 李晓雁2, 项光明2, 于士淼3(1.昆山鹿城垃圾发电有限公司,江苏苏州215312;2.浙江伟明环保股份有限公司,浙江温州325000;3.山东建筑大学市政与环境工程学院,山东济南250101) : 采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理垃圾渗滤液,研究了启动期间容积负荷对UASB系统去除COD、NH3-N等指标的影响以及pH、碱度的变化趋势,以期为垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的处理提供运行参数。结果显示:采用硝化池污泥接种,在夏季自然水温下运行60d后完成了启动,当进水量为15m3/d、容积负荷为1.79kgCOD/(m3·d)时,对COD的去除率50%;随着容积负荷的增加,对有机物和氨氮的去除率以及pH均先下降,经短暂调整后出现上升,但对碱度的影响不大;UASB系统中存在厌氧氨氧化过程,但系统对氨氮的去除效果并不明显,最高去除率仅为30%;水力负荷影响污泥颗粒的形成。 : UASB; 垃圾渗滤液; 启动; 运行:X703 :A :1000-4602(2010)23-0010-04Start-upandOperationofUpflowAnaerobicSludgeBlanketforLandfillLeachateTreatmentCHENGWu-liang1, CHENYu-nan2, LIXiao-yan2, XIANGGuang-ming2, YUShi-miao3(1.KunshanLuchengGarbagePowerGenerationCo.Ltd.,Suzhou215312,China;2.ZhejiangWeimingEnvironmentalProtectionCo.Ltd.,Wenzhou325000,China;3.SchoolofMunicipalandEnvironmentalEngineering,ShandongJianzhuUniversity,Jinan250101,China) Abstract: Theupflowanaerobicsludgeblanket(UASB)wasusedtotreatlandfillleachate,andtheinfluenceofvolumeloadduringthestart-uponremovalofCODandNH3-NaswellasthevariationofpHandalkalinitywereinvestigatedtoprovidetechnicalparametersfortreatmentoflandfillleachatefromwasteincinerationplant.Theresultsindicatethatusingseedsludgefromnitrificationtank,thestart-upofUASBiscompletedafter60daysatsummernaturaltemperature.TheremovalrateofCODismorethan50%whentheinfluentrateis15m3/d,andthevolumeloadreaches1.79kgCOD/(m3·d).Withtheincreaseofvolumeload,theremovalrateoforganicmatterandammonianitrogenandpHarefirstre-ducedandthenincreased,whilethealkalinitybasicallyhasnochange.TheanaerobicammoniaoxidationprocessexistsinUASB,buttheremovalefficiencyofammonianitrogenisnothigh(themaximumonly30%).Thehydraulicloadhasinfluenceontheformationofgranularsludge.
