上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第1页合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段顶管施工专项方案编制:审核:批准:施工单位:上海水利工程集团有限公司编制日期:2011年7月18日目录一、工程概况·····················································4二、地质资料·····················································4上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第2页三、施工准备工作····················································63.1生产准备························································63.2技术准备························································7四、泥水平衡式顶管工作原理··········································7五、泥水平衡式顶管施工的优点·········································7六、泥水平衡式顶管施工工艺···········································86.1顶管机头、配套设备选择············································86.2施工工艺概述····················································9七、主要技术措施····················································137.1工作井布置····················································137.2后靠背的稳定计算············································147.3顶管顶力计算··················································157.4减阻泥浆······················································167.5测量及轴线控制················································177.6纠旋转的技术措施··············································177.7水力机械化施工················································17八、人工顶管······················································188.1工作井基坑施工方案··············································188.2顶管工作井内设备安装············································278.3引入测量轴线及水准点············································278.4顶进施工中的重点工序············································288.5工作井内管道施工·························································29九、沉降、变形观测·······················································29十、闭水试验·······························································29十一、顶管施工中要注意的问题·······································29上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第3页十二、质量控制措施························································30十三、安全文明施工措施·················································31十四、附图·························································32一、工程概况合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段,分为污水管道施工和污水提升泵站施工两个部分,污水主管道施工采用泥水平衡顶管施工,顶管施工长度为万泉河路1027米和天津路1762米,合计2789米。上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第4页1、万泉河路(上海路—天津路)段,污水主管工程为滨湖新区十五里河污水系统中的主干管,污水自西向东汇入天津路污水管后向北排出,最终进入十五里河污水处理厂。万泉河路段主干管管径DN1400mm,底坡i=0.0008,总顶进长度1027米,采用机械顶管(泥水平衡法)施工,管材采用离心浇铸玻璃钢夹砂管,“F”型接口。本段施工范围共设4个工作井,5个接收井,平均顶距120米。2、天津路(万泉河路—石家庄路)段,污水主管工程为滨湖新区十五里河污水系统中的主干管,东侧污水管自南向北汇入天津路污水提升泵站后排至现d2000污水厂进厂管,西侧污水管为传输锦绣大道污水主管服务,该系统最终均进入十五里河污水处理厂。天津路段主干管管径为DN1000mm、DN1200mm、DN1400mm、DN1500mm四种,底坡i=0.0008,总顶进长度1762米。采用机械顶管(泥水平衡法)施工,管材采用离心浇铸玻璃钢夹砂管,“F”型接口。本段施工范围共设8个工作井,8个接收井,平均顶距120米。顶管工作井及接收井均采用圆形钢筋砼沉井。二、地质资料1.万泉河呈东西走向,从上海路到天津路,路场地地层以粘性土为主,按自上而下的顺序分述如下:①层素填土(Q4al):灰褐色,松散,以粘性土为主。厚度1.20米~2.30米,层底标高7.30米~13.90米,层底埋深1.20米~2.30米。②层粉质粘土(Q4al+Pl):灰黄色,硬塑,土质均匀致密,含黑色铁锰结核颗粒,充填灰色粘土,稍有光泽、干强度高,韧性高,沿线分布广泛。厚度2.40米~4.00米,层底标高3.50米~11.30米,层底埋深3.7米~5.50米。③层粘土(Q4al+p1):黄色~棕黄色,硬塑~坚硬,土质坚实,含黑色铁锰结核颗粒,有光泽,干强度高,韧性高;分布广泛。该层未揭穿,最大揭露厚度10.30米。2.天津路经本次勘察揭露,拟建场地地基土构成层序自上而下依次为:上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第5页①层耕土(Qml)—层厚0.60~1.40米,层底标高9.43~13.01米。灰褐色,湿,松散一稍密状态,主要由粘性土组成,含植物根茎、有机质等。此层土属于高压缩性土。②层粉质粘土(Q4al+pi)~层厚0.60~1.70米,层底标高8.03~11.99米。灰、灰黄色,湿,可塑状态,含粉质及氧化铁,无摇震反应,切面稍光滑,干强度中等,韧性低。其静探比贯入阻力Ps值一般为1.701~1.767MPa,平均为1.748MPa。此层土属于中等压缩性土。③层粘土(Q3al+p1)—此层未钻穿,最大钻遇厚度为16.40米。褐黄、黄褐色,湿,硬塑一坚硬状态,含高岭土、铁锰质氧化物、铁锰质结核等,局部夹粉质粘土,无摇震反应,切面光滑,干强度高,韧性高。其静探比贯入阻力Ps值一般为小775—5.016MPa,平均为4.926MPa。实测标准贯入试验锤击数为11~22击/30cm,平均为16.4击/30cm。此层土属于中等偏低压缩性土。3.地下水条件万泉河路根据区域水质环境资料,道路所穿越的池塘、沟渠中地表水发育。勘察钻孔深度14.2m范围内未见地下水。天津路场地地下水类型主要为分布于耕土中的上层滞水,水量与地势高低有较大关系,主要由大气降水、地表水渗入补给,场地无统一地下水位,地下水的排泄途径主要是蒸发及渗入低洼处为主。勘探期间测得钻孔内静止水位埋深0.50—1.00米,水位标高9.63~10.87米。拟建场地地下水位年变化幅度在1.50米左右。根据环境水文地质资料及参考附近水质分析报告,拟建场地及附近的水和土对砼有微腐蚀性,对钢筋砼结构中的钢筋有微腐蚀性。地下水位以上土对建筑材料有微腐蚀性。各土层渗透系数K值(经验值)见下表:层序土层名称K(cm/s)备注①层素填土6×10-5上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第6页②层粉质粘土1×10-6③层黏土层1×10-74.地基土有关设计参数拟建场地地基土承载力特征值、压缩模量Es1-2(MPa)等设计参数可按表2取用:序号名称承载力特征值(kpa)压缩模量(Mpa)②层粉质粘土1909.00②1层粉质粘土23011.00③层粘土26013.00三、施工准备工作3.1生产准备1、确定管线范围内及施工需用场地内所有障碍物,如管线、电线杆、树木及附近房屋等的准确位置。2、修建临时设施,场内临时施工道路用地在满足施工要求的前提下,结合现场具体情况进行修筑。临时施工道路直接采用挖掘机清除表面腐蚀土后,进行平整压实。局部土质不好的部位采用挖除换填的方法进行处理。同时施工过程中加强道路管理和维护,以保证施工道路畅通。安装临时水、电线路,并试水、试电。3、根据顶进长度,准备好各类管线和所需的辅助物(固定架等)。4、根据材料计划,分期分批组织材料进场,材料进场前必须按程序进行检验、验收合格,并报经监理工程师审批。5、按需、按批组织顶管施工设备、人员进场,同时报经监理工程师审批。3.2技术准备1、熟悉施工图纸,进行图纸会审,编制施工方案并经审批,对有关施工人员进行技术交底。2、组织有关人员现场勘察地形、地貌,实地了解施工现场及周围情况。3、进行施工测量和现场放线工作。组织测量人员进行桩位交接验收及复测工作,测设土方开挖及顶管工程控制点。上海市水利工程集团有限公司顶管施工方案合肥市十五里河污水处理厂污水管道及污水提升泵站工程Ⅱ标段第7页四、泥水平衡式顶管工作原理泥水平衡式顶管施工管道摩阻力与管道的长度成正比,顶进长度增加必须加大顶力,当顶进长度达到一定距离时,顶力加大会使管体或后背损坏,长距离泥水平衡式顶管就是通过润滑剂减阻和中继接力,减少顶进过程中的阻力,中继接力顶进,从而完成顶管施工。4.1泥浆形成机理:泥水平衡顶管中,刀盘与主轴之间有一个偏心距E,而中心刀刀排、切削刀与主轴是同心的。所以假设刀头切削下来的泥块颗粒较大,不会直接进入泥浆仓,大颗粒的泥块在破碎腔内被破碎成比格栅孔小的颗粒,才能通过格栅进入泥浆仓,这样使排泥管不会被堵塞。利用高压水枪,将土层的强度降低,含水量增大,以利用旋转刀盘上的刀片将土层切割成泥浆。4.2泥水平衡工作原理:.泥水平衡施工以泥水平衡原理为基本,通过改变泥水仓的送、排泥水量和顶进速度来控制排泥量,使泥水仓内泥水压力值稳定并控制在所设定的范围内,从而达到开挖面稳定。4.3触变泥浆减阻原理:通过在管壁处压注触变泥浆,形成一定厚度的泥浆套,使顶管在泥浆套中顶进,以减少阻力。五、泥水平衡式顶管施工的优点在泥水式顶管施工中,为使挖掘面上保持稳定,必须在泥水仓中充满一定压力的泥水
