-1-钢结构篮球馆施工方案目录1施工组织设计编制说明与工程概况···········································121.1施工组织设计编制原则和依据···········································121.2工程概况·························································121.3工期目标·······················································131.4工程质量目标··················································131.5安全目标·····················································131.6文明施工目标··················································132工程进度计划及材料供应········································142.1主要用材·····················································142.2工程进度计划安排·····················································142.3材料供应计划·····················································143施工组织管理···························································153.1项目管理组织机构和主要施工管理人员配置·······························153.2施工管理准备工作·····················································163.3施工队伍进场筹备工作·················································173.4劳动力配置·················································173.5机械设备配置·················································174主要施工方法·······················································184.1土建施工·················································184.2构件的预制和运输·················································184.3钢结构安装·················································244.4油漆、防火涂料的施工·················································264.5彩钢板安装·················································264.6其他工程·················································265施工过程管理·······························································275.1流水作业施工·················································27-2-5.2物资采购供应·················································275.3做好施工过程的协调配合工作···········································285.4做好服务工作措施·················································295.5做好工程资料管理措施·················································296工期、质量、安全、环保、文明施工等保证措施·····································296.1工期保证措施·················································296.2质量保证措施·················································296.3安全生产保证措施············································326.4文明施工管理措施·················································336.5环保管理措施·················································336.6安全防火管理措施············································336.7现场临时施工用电管理措施·············································346.8工程节约措施·················································35-3-1施工组织设计编制说明与工程概况1.1施工组织设计编制原则和依据:1.1.1本工程施工组织设计编制遵循以下原则:保证重点、统筹安排,遵守招标文件的要求。依据工程项目的内容,科学地安排施工顺序,合理组织施工,确保各项施工活动紧密衔接,加快施工进度,缩短工期。选用先进的施工技术,合理选择施工方案,保持质量体系并使之有效运行,确保安全生产和提高工程质量。充分挖掘和利用机械设备能力,提高机械化程度,减轻劳动强度和提高劳动生产率。1.1.2本工程施工组织设计编制依据有:(1)根据淮北工业建筑设计院提供的设计图纸。(2)执行的标准、规范、规程:《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001)《钢结构设计规范》(GBJ50017-2003)《冷湾薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GBJ50018-2003)《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50205-2001)《建筑钢结构焊接技术规程》(JGJ81-2001)《钢结构高强度螺栓连接的设计、施工和验收规范》(JGJ82-91)《门式钢架、轻型房屋、钢结构技术规程》(CECS102:2002)《压型钢板、夹心班板屋面及墙体建筑构造》(01J925-1)《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50007-2002)《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2001)《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50204-2002)1.2工程概况:该工程为XX省XX市大郭庄机场篮球馆工程,本工程檐口标高为10.5m,建筑面积为1260M2,结构使用年限50年,抗震设防重要性为丙类,设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度0.15g,设计地震分组为第二组,场地类别为Ⅱ类,地面粗糙度B类,结构安全等级二级,耐火等级为二级,地基基础设计等级丙级,砌体施工质量控制等级为B级。主钢构梁柱钢材选用Q235B钢,屋面板采用75mm厚950型EPS夹心板,外板为蓝色,内板为白色。标高1.2000m以下为砖墙,标高1.2000m以上墙体采用双层Q90型单板夹50mm厚保温棉,内板0.4mm,外板0.5mm,内外板均为白色。-4-1.3工期目标:施工总日历工期为70天。开工日期为招标人中标开工令的指定日期。1.4工程质量等级工程质量等级:优良。1.5安全目标杜绝重伤及以上人身伤亡事故和电气设备安全事故的发生;1.6文明施工目标确保安全文明卫生施工。2工程进度计划及材料供应2.1主要用材:钢板、钢管、锥头、螺栓球、圆钢、角钢、槽钢、C型钢、宝钢彩钢板、水泥、石子、黄沙、采光带、耐候胶、密封胶、高强螺栓、普通螺栓、自攻钉、顶丝、落水管等。2.2工程进度计划安排2.2.1施工顺序根据招标文件的要求,我公司组织的各施工区段内的施工顺序如下:施工前期准备→土建进驻现场→放线开挖→基础施工→土方回填→基础的验收→钢构件进场→钢结构主体安装→砖墙砌筑→彩板安装→内外粉刷→地面工程→竣工验收;2.2.2各工序之间要尽可能最大限度地搭接,以保证按时完成施工任务。附表一:施工进度计划表2.3材料供应计划2.3.1钢材、水泥等原材料的采购:在中标通知到达之后3天内将(钢结构图纸须经过细化后,转换为车间生产用图)所有原材料计划用量下发到物资采购部,由物资部统一调配,根据工程进度的安排将所有原材料备齐,钢材运至加工厂加工,现场土建施工用黄沙、石子、水泥、钢筋等运至拟建场地;-5-2.3.2临设材料、加工厂构件运至现场现场土建施工队伍于开工令下发前2天进驻施工现场,搭设临时设施和修建临时道路,进行基础施工。预制厂加工构件经检测合格后于现场安装工期计划前2天陆续运至施工现场。2.3.3彩钢板供应:彩钢板原材料采购计划和钢材采购计划同时下达,货源备齐后于现场钢结构主体、辅件及围护结构安装完毕前一周运至施工现场,胶、钉等也同期到达。2.3.4高强螺栓、普通螺栓供应计划:螺栓等安装用连接件在钢结构进场的同时,随车到达施工现场。3施工组织管理全面系统地进行施工组织管理,实现工程建设计划和设计要求,围绕各阶段的施工内容,对人力、资金、材料、机械和施工方法等进行科学合理的安排,协调好施工中各班组各工种之间、资源与时间之间、各项资源之间的合理关系,在整个施工过程中按照客观施工程序及规律作出科学的合理的安排,使工程施工取得相对最优的效果,是我们在施工前及施工过程中需要碰到的问题。施工组织的总体构想及实施是本工程能否保质保量按期完成的关键,它的好坏直接影响到建设单位的投资效益、设计效果以及施工单位的综合经济效益。为此,我单位将配备一批施工经验丰富、技术水平高、懂经营、会管理、擅协调的管理人员进行施工组织,我们施工组织的宗旨是:“服务至上、诚信守约、安全快速、高速优质”。为此,我单位将做好以下几个方面的施工组织管理。3.1项目管理组织结构及主要施工管理人员的配置针对本工程的重要性及其实际情况,我单位将把本工程作为重点工程项目来管理。成立项目经理部,选派施工经验丰富、责任心强、德才兼备、素质高的管理人员和工程技术人员组成项目班子,全权组织项目施工,对工程项目的施工质量、安全、工期、成本等进行有计划地组织、协调、管理。在项目经理部的基础上并辅之以我公司技术中心、计量中心、生产调度、物资采购部的通力协作,以此确保工程如期优质地完成。项目部成员年富力强,均有承建过大型工程项目的经验。3.1.1项目班子配备:项目经理部下设施工技术、质量、安全、材料设备、试验检验计量、消防保卫、环保等职能部门,负责该工程的施工准备、安全生产、文明施工、工程质量、计划统计、环境卫生、竣工验收、用户回访等全过程的管理。附表二:项目管理组织结构图3.1.2项目部主要人员职责如下:(1)项目经理职责:是本工程实施的全面和最终负责人,对全面履行合同负直接责-6-任,对工程符合设计、验收规范、标准要求以及达到质量目标、安全目标、工期目标、成本目标等负责。在组织工程的施工过程中,要建立工程项目的质量保证体系,明确质量分工,确保资源充分配置,做好质量审核工作,在施工过程中认真执行施工组织设计,确保施工过程处于受控状态。(2)项目副经理职责:在项目经理的领导下,负责施工现场所有事宜,包括材料采购、生产加工、现场施工等保证工程实施的全面工作,
